背景技术
为了改进内燃机气缸中的柴油燃料喷射,实施了闭环策略,其中,命令单元接收与燃料喷射器的针阀构件位置相关的信号。已经设计了电动开关的几种设计,其中,最有效的一种是利用针阀构件的尖端和互补的座面来建立电接触。不幸的是,所述面在压力下磨损,并且需要具有机械耐久性和导电性的保护涂层。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是以提供利用闭环控制策略控制的燃料喷射器的针阀构件的方式来解决上述问题。该针阀构件具有圆柱形芯,该圆柱形芯的尖端沿着纵轴延伸,所述尖端限定倾斜密封面,该密封面适于在闭合位置接触喷嘴主体的互补的座面,并因此将电路闭合,从而使得能够传送与所述闭合位置相关的电信号。
有利地,所述倾斜密封面在第一区域中涂覆有适于持续喷射器的寿命时间的电绝缘耐磨材料,并且在不同的第二区域中保持导电。
而且,针阀构件的闭合位置在所述倾斜密封面中产生具有不均匀谱的接触压力,所述压力在所述第一区域中最大。
而且,导电的所述第二区域与所述第一区域相邻。
而且,在所述第一区域的峰值部分中出现峰值接触压力,第二区域在与所述峰值部分距离约0.2mm处开始。
在一个实施方式中,所述第二区域是未涂覆的。
在另一实施方式中,所述第二区域涂覆有导电涂层。
而且,所述第二区域被布置在所述第一区域与也涂覆有所述耐磨涂层的第三区域之间。
而且,第一区域是所述倾斜面的与针芯连接的上部,而第三区域朝向尖面的尖锐末端延伸。
而且,所述第二区域在约0.5mm的宽度上纵向延伸。
而且,所述耐磨涂层是类金刚石涂层DLC。
而且,所述耐磨涂层的厚度约为3μm至4μm。
本发明还涉及一种适于利用闭环控制策略控制的柴油燃料喷射器,所述喷射器包括喷嘴组件,该喷嘴组件具有:限定阀座面的主体;和针阀构件,该针阀构件在该主体的孔中被引导并适于在断开位置与闭合位置之间移动,所述针阀构件是如前所述的针阀构件。

具体实施方式
在柴油燃料喷射器10中,通过命令强液压驱动的小电动阀间接地控制针阀构件12,该针阀构件12在喷嘴主体16的孔14中在闭合位置CP与断开位置OP之间被引导。为了使这种间接控制更加准确,实施了闭环策略,其中,ECU根据代表针阀构件12的位置的输入信号来计算发送到所述电动阀的命令信号。
更精确地说,针阀构件12在细长的圆柱形芯18中沿着纵轴X延伸,该圆柱形芯18的末端设置有限定倾斜面22的尖端20,该倾斜面22在所述闭合位置CP与布置在孔14的盲端处的互补的座面24密封接触,从而防止下游燃料流向穿过所述主体的壁28布置的喷孔26,并且该倾斜面22在所述断开位置OP被抬离所述座面24,从而使得所述下游流和燃料能够喷射。
尽管存在许多另选的几何形状,但是所描绘的示例示出了圆锥形的座面24和倾斜面22,所述倾斜面22包括从与针芯18相交的上缘30延伸到尖锐末端32的几个截头圆锥形的部分,该尖锐末端32位于限定在孔14的最末端处的小囊34中,喷孔26在所述囊34中开口。
在图中,当在闭合位置CP推动时,表面接触压力升高,并且该曲线图示出了沿着所述互补面的所述压力的不均匀谱。所述压力在限定圆形线的、几乎没有宽度的峰值部分36处达到接近2000MPa的峰值压力PP。表面接触压力从所述峰值部分36在两侧下降,向上延伸到上缘30的短的上圆锥形部38仍然承受相当高的压力,所述上圆锥形部38被识别成最大压力区域。在从所述峰值部分36朝向尖锐末端32向下延伸的较宽的下圆锥形部40中,压力也下降到零。
为了防止这些面的磨损,该倾斜面22被涂覆有类金刚石涂层(DLC),该类金刚石涂层在机械上是硬的且耐磨的,并且是电绝缘的。所述DLC涂层的厚度为3μm至4μm,并且被布置成使持续喷射器的整个寿命,这被理解成适于持续配备该喷射器的发动机的整个寿命,对于车辆而言这意味着几十万公里,该几十万公里对于喷射器10来说代表超过5亿次的燃料喷射或在断开位置OP与闭合位置CP之间的5亿次移位。
闭环策略需要对电接触进行开关,该电接触交替地断开电路和闭合电路,并且为了建立所述电接触,倾斜面22在峰值部分36下方设置有布置在所述下部40中的导电区域42。导电区域42没有DLC,并且在闭合位置CP中,该导电区域42与座面24的区域表面接触。因此,倾斜面22限定了被DLC涂覆的第一区域44,然后是作为所述导电区域42的第二区域,然后下方是也被DLC涂覆的第三区域46。
为了实现所述区域42的所述电导性,可以在施加DLC时保护倾斜面的相关区域,因而保持裸露,另选地,可以用特定的导电涂层(例如WC-CH(碳化钨)或taC(四方非晶碳))进行涂覆。
在所示的示例中,导电区域42从接近峰值部分36(即DLC涂层)的上限48朝向尖锐末端32向下延伸到下端50,延伸了大约半毫米的宽度W。从所述峰值部分36到导电区域42的所述上限48的距离D为十分之几毫米,例如0.2mm。在所示的示例中,导电区域42连续地绕针阀构件延伸。在未示出的另选的方案中,所述导电区域可以是中断的并且包括一个或更多个实现所述电接触的部分。

Claims (12)

1.一种利用闭环控制策略进行控制的燃料喷射器(10)的针阀构件(12),所述针阀构件(12)具有圆柱形芯(18),所述圆柱形芯(18)的尖端(20)沿着纵轴(X)延伸,所述尖端(20)限定倾斜密封面(22),所述密封面适于在闭合位置(CP)接触喷嘴主体(16)的互补的座面(24),并因此将电路闭合,从而使得能够传送与所述闭合位置(CP)相关的电信号,所述倾斜密封面(22)在第一区域(44)中涂覆有适于持续所述喷射器(10)的寿命时间的电绝缘耐磨材料,并且在不同的第二区域(42)中保持导电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的针阀构件(12),其中,所述针阀构件的所述闭合位置(CP)在所述倾斜密封面(22)中产生具有不均匀谱的接触压力,所述压力在所述第一区域(44)中最大。
3.根据权利要求2所述的针阀构件(12),其中,导电的所述第二区域(42)与所述第一区域(44)相邻。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的针阀构件(12),其中,在所述第一区域(38)的峰值部分(36)中出现峰值接触压力(PP),所述第二区域(42)在与所述峰值部分(36)距离约0.2mm处开始。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的针阀构件(12),其中,所述第二区域(42)是未涂覆的。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的针阀构件(12),其中,所述第二区域(42)涂覆有导电涂层。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的针阀构件(12),其中,所述第二区域(42)被布置在所述第一区域(44)与也涂覆有所述耐磨涂层的第三区域(40)之间。
8.根据权利要求6所述的针阀构件(12),其中,所述第一区域(44)是所述倾斜面(22)的与所述针阀构件的所述芯(18)连接的上部,而所述第三区域(46)朝向尖面的尖锐末端(32)延伸。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的针阀构件(12),其中,所述第二区域(42)在约0.5mm的宽度(W)上纵向延伸。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的针阀构件(12),其中,所述耐磨涂层是类金刚石涂层(DLC)。
