Abstract
The present disclosure relates to the field of image processing technologies, and in particular, to an interaction method, an interaction device, and a storage medium for image uploading, which are used to solve the technical problem of poor interactivity when an electronic device uploads an image in the related art. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an image to be evaluated uploaded by a terminal; grading the image quality of the image to be evaluated to obtain a grading result corresponding to the image to be evaluated; and sending at least one piece of interactive information to the terminal according to the grading result, so that the user can timely obtain feedback in uploading the image, the user can quickly and effectively upload the image meeting the requirements, and the user experience is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of image processing technologies, and in particular, to an interaction method and apparatus for uploading an image, and a storage medium.
Background
With the rapid development of science and technology, the functions of mobile terminals such as mobile phones are more and more abundant, and people can rapidly handle various life services by using mobile phones in daily life, such as uploading certificates and sharing photos through the internet.
At present, the man-machine interaction mode after the picture is uploaded is single, and the effect after the picture is uploaded is usually finished only after the prompt word such as 'uploading success' or 'uploading failure' is displayed. In the modern information intelligent era, the simple interactive prompting mode is single and limited in interaction.
Disclosure of Invention
The disclosure provides an interaction method, an interaction device and a storage medium for uploading images, and aims to solve the technical problem of poor interactivity when electronic equipment uploads images in the related art.

and sending at least one piece of interactive information to the terminal according to the grading result.

determining a corresponding service request when the terminal uploads the image to be evaluated;

Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, so that how to apply technical means to solve technical problems and achieve the corresponding technical effects can be fully understood and implemented. The embodiments and various features in the embodiments of the present application can be combined with each other without conflict, and the formed technical solutions are all within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
The inventor of the present disclosure finds, in the prior art, after uploading an image to a server through a terminal, only a simple feedback of an uploading result, such as "uploading in progress", "uploading successful", or "uploading failed", can be obtained, so that the feedback mode is single, the interactivity is poor, and the intelligent development of modern technologies is not facilitated.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of one implementation environment shown in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the implementation environment may include a terminal 100 and a server 200. The terminal 100 may be a mobile user equipment, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, etc., accessing the server 200 through a mobile communication network. Specifically, the terminal 100 may be installed with various applications, and the client initiates a network connection request when accessing the network service, based on which the terminal 100 may connect to the mobile communication network and log in to the server 200.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an image uploading method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, so as to solve a technical problem in the related art that interactivity after an image is uploaded by a terminal device is poor. The method shown in this embodiment may be applied to the server 200 shown in fig. 2, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s11, acquiring an image to be evaluated uploaded through a terminal;
s12, scoring the image quality of the image to be evaluated to obtain a scoring result corresponding to the image to be evaluated;
s13, sending at least one interactive message to the terminal according to the grading result.
In step S11, the image to be evaluated is an image received by the server 200 and uploaded by the user through the terminal 100, such as a portrait, a certificate photo, or other images. The image to be evaluated may be uploaded by a user operating a client installed on the terminal 100, for example, when the user opens the client and requests a corresponding service, such as certificate photo review and data review during certificate transaction, the image may be uploaded through a corresponding network service platform.
In step S12, the server 200 performs image processing on the received image to be evaluated to perform corresponding scoring on the image quality, so as to determine a scoring result corresponding to the image to be evaluated.
In an actual process, before scoring an image to be evaluated, the server 200 may also perform service information, such as certificate online transaction/audit and the like, requested when the terminal 100 uploads the image to be evaluated; then, the image requirement information corresponding to the current image to be evaluated can be determined according to the service request, and the image quality of the image to be evaluated is scored based on the image requirement information, so that the uploaded image is more in line with the requirement. The image requirement information is preset condition information corresponding to the service request, and can have corresponding requirements on the image quality of the uploaded image, for example, corresponding requirements on the picture format, definition, storage size, content ratio, fuzziness, transparency and the like of the uploaded photo, and each requirement in the image requirement information can be considered as each scoring item, and each scoring item can correspond to different weights.
Specifically, when the image quality of the image to be evaluated is evaluated in step S12, the server 200 may perform corresponding image processing on the image to be evaluated first to obtain image attribute information, image feature information, and the like of the current image to be evaluated; the image attribute information may include pixels, resolution, image data size, color, and the like, and the image feature information may be obtained by feature extraction on the image, and may include information such as color features, texture features, shape features, spatial relationship features, and content features of the image.
Further, the server 200 may calculate image attribute information and perform information verification on image feature information based on the image request information corresponding to the service requested by the terminal 100, and may determine a scoring result corresponding to the image to be evaluated based on the calculation result and the information verification result. For example, calculating the blur degree of the image to be evaluated, or calculating the feature content ratio, the content center, and the like in the image, where the content may be a specific object in the image to be evaluated, such as a human face/image, a photographed object, and the like. Where the ambiguity corresponds to a calculated result that is a deviation, similar to a variance. When calculating the ambiguity, if the picture sharpness accounts for 30 points in the total points (e.g. 100 points), the score can be obtained by multiplying the calculated sharpness by the score, for example, the sharpness is 80% by 30, and the other algorithms are the same as this score. The fuzziness and the content proportion are calculated results, when evaluation is carried out, the calculated fuzziness can be compared with a preset fuzziness threshold value, if the fuzziness and the content proportion are close to each other, the definition is high, and if the fuzziness deviation value between the fuzziness and the content proportion is higher than the deviation threshold value, the uploaded image can be evaluated as a fuzzy picture; wherein the preset ambiguity threshold can be set according to the conventional image sharpness; the deviation threshold may be set automatically by the platform or set according to the user's requirement/subjective awareness, for example, the ambiguity deviation threshold may be 30, 50 or 60, etc., which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
And performing information verification based on the image characteristic information, namely performing duplicate checking on the content of the image to be evaluated, namely inquiring whether the image content in the image to be evaluated is uploaded repeatedly. At this time, the server 200 may check whether the currently uploaded image is a repeatedly uploaded image based on image feature information in the image content, such as a human face feature.
Then, the server 200 can evaluate the image quality of the uploaded image according to the calculation result and the verification result, and determine the grading result of the image to be evaluated. The scoring result is a conclusion calculated by comprehensively considering all scoring items, which may include corresponding scoring and/or evaluation conclusions. For example, when the identification photo is uploaded, the uploaded image is required to be clear and cannot be the same as the identification photo of another person, and then the uploaded image needs to be subjected to digital image blur degree calculation, photo duplication checking and other processing, so that a comprehensive score is obtained. The digital image processing technology is used to extract feature information in the picture, and the server 200 may search whether a picture having the same image feature information (e.g., face information) exists according to the feature information using an image information search technology.
In step S13, the server 200 may perform corresponding comments on the image to be evaluated uploaded by the terminal 100 according to the scoring result, so as to form corresponding interaction information and feed back the interaction information to the terminal 100, so as to improve interactivity. Specifically, the interaction information fed back to the terminal 100 by the server 200 may be a score corresponding to a scoring result, such as an actual score or a grade corresponding to a score of an uploaded image; and/or the interaction information can be comment information, recommendation information, suggestion information and the like corresponding to the grading result.
When the interactive information is fed back to the terminal 100 based on the scoring result, the server 200 may compare the score of the image quality of the uploaded image with a scoring threshold, so as to feed back the corresponding interactive information according to the comparison result.
Specifically, if it is determined that the score is higher than or equal to the score threshold, the server 200 may output a score evaluation for the image, for example, "image uploaded by you is 80 minutes/four stars, and meets the uploading requirement". Or, the server 200 may further determine a scoring item with the worst score among scoring items corresponding to the image to be evaluated, and output suggestion information or recommendation information generated according to the worst scoring item to the terminal 100. For example, output advice information "although a photo that you upload meets the requirement, the definition of the photo is slightly low, and it is recommended to upload a high definition image". Even, the server 200 may further search, based on image feature information in the uploaded image, whether an image with the same feature is included in an image library corresponding to the terminal 100, and a score of at least one score item corresponding to the image is higher than that of a currently uploaded image to be evaluated, for example, a definition is higher than that of the currently uploaded image; if the image exists, the searched image can be used as a recommended image, and corresponding recommendation information is fed back. For example, "though the photos uploaded by you meet the requirements, the definition of the photos is lower than xx photos in the library", and the recommended photos can be marked in the image library in a thumbnail mode or directly shown so as to be convenient for the user to select; if the image does not exist, the feedback can be given back that the picture uploaded by the user meets the requirement, but the definition of the picture is slightly low, and a high-definition image is recommended to be retaken.
Or if the score is lower than the score threshold value, searching a recommended image comprising image feature information in an image library corresponding to the terminal 100, wherein the score of the recommended image is higher than the score threshold value; further, the server 200 may generate recommendation information, comment information, suggestion information, or the like based on the recommended image as the interaction information, wherein the recommendation information may be used to recommend the interaction information of the preferred image to the user through the terminal 100; the comment information may be information for evaluating the currently uploaded image, such as a rating level, a quality of a rating item, and the like; the suggestion information may be only a text suggestion of the operation direction, such as "suggest to upload again an image with high definition" or the like. Further, the server 200 may send the interaction information to the terminal 100, for example, if the interaction content is "upload images generally, suggest xx images with higher scores in the gallery (for example, display in a thumbnail mode)", or "upload images with lower definition, suggest to upload/upload xx images with higher definition in the gallery again", or the like.
After the server 200 sends the interactive information to the terminal 100, the user may perform corresponding interactive operation on the terminal 100 to input the interactive operation information through the interactive information, for example, re-upload the image according to the recommendation or confirm uploading the image based on the score to continue the next step, and so on.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the server 200 scores the image quality of the image uploaded by the terminal 100, and then feeds back corresponding interaction information to the terminal 100 based on the score, so that the interactivity with the terminal 100 is improved, and the user experience is higher.
An application scenario of the interactive method for uploading images in the embodiment of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 3A and 3B are schematic diagrams illustrating a process of the server 200 interacting with the terminal 100. The server 200 obtains the pictures uploaded by the user through the terminal 100, performs operations such as calculation and verification on the pictures, then scores the pictures, and further gives evaluation, suggestion and recommendation options to the user according to the scores, so that the user can continue to select whether to interact according to evaluation and interaction information fed back after the pictures are uploaded in the operation, interaction modes of the equipment after the pictures are uploaded are effectively enriched, and user experience is improved.
Specifically, the server 200 first obtains a picture, such as a portrait picture, uploaded by the user through the terminal 100; then, the server 200 may perform calculation or information query check on the uploaded image, for example, if the uploaded certificate photo is the same as the certificate photo of another person, the image must be clear and cannot be the same as the certificate photo of another person, so that the digital image ambiguity calculation and the photo duplication check are performed at this time; further, the server 200 evaluates the calculation or verification result, for example, the calculation, verification and evaluation are performed on the photo which may have the requirements of picture format, definition, storage size, content ratio, fuzziness, transparency and the like; then, the server 200 may determine whether to give a suggestion or recommend another alternative as the interaction information based on the score. a processor configured to execute the computer program in the memory to implement the steps of the interactive method based on uploaded images according to any of the above-mentioned alternative embodiments.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an interactive apparatus 400 based on uploading an image according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus 400 may include: a processor 401, a memory 402, a multimedia component 403, an input/output (I/O) interface 404, and a communication component 405.
The processor 401 is configured to control the overall operation of the apparatus 400, so as to complete all or part of the steps in the above-mentioned interaction method based on the uploaded image. The memory 402 is used to store various types of data to support operation of the apparatus 400, and such data may include, for example, instructions for any application or method operating on the apparatus 400, as well as application-related data. The Memory 402 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk or optical disk. The multimedia components 403 may include a screen and an audio component. Wherein the screen may be, for example, a touch screen and the audio component is used for outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component may include a microphone for receiving external audio signals. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 402 or transmitted through the communication component 405. The audio assembly also includes at least one speaker for outputting audio signals. The I/O interface 404 provides an interface between the processor 401 and other interface modules, such as a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The communication component 405 is used for wired or wireless communication between the apparatus 400 and other devices. Wireless Communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), 2G, 3G, or 4G, or a combination of one or more of them, so that the corresponding Communication component 405 may include: Wi-Fi module, bluetooth module, NFC module.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 400 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic components, for performing the above-mentioned image uploading interactive method.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium comprising program instructions, such as a memory 402 comprising program instructions, which are executable by a processor 401 of the apparatus 400 to perform the above-described interactive method of image upload is also provided.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. In order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations will not be separately described in this disclosure.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.
Claims (10)
1. An interactive method for uploading images is applied to a server, the server is connected with at least one terminal, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an image to be evaluated uploaded by a terminal;
grading the image quality of the image to be evaluated to obtain a grading result corresponding to the image to be evaluated;
and sending at least one piece of interactive information to the terminal according to the grading result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to scoring the image quality of the image to be evaluated, the method further comprises:
determining a corresponding service request when the terminal uploads the image to be evaluated;
and determining image requirement information corresponding to the image to be evaluated according to the service request, and grading the image quality of the image to be evaluated based on the image requirement information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein scoring the image quality of the image to be evaluated comprises:
acquiring image attribute information and image characteristic information related to image quality in the image to be evaluated;
calculating the image attribute information according to the grading item corresponding to the image requirement information and carrying out information verification on the image to be evaluated based on the image characteristic information;
and determining a grading result corresponding to the image to be evaluated according to the calculation and the information verification result.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein sending at least one interactive message to the terminal according to the scoring result comprises:
sending the score corresponding to the scoring result to the terminal; and/or
And sending comment information, recommendation information or suggestion information corresponding to the grading result to the terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein sending comment information, recommendation information, or advice information corresponding to the scoring result to the terminal comprises:
judging whether the score corresponding to the scoring result is higher than a scoring threshold value;
and sending comment information, recommendation information or suggestion information corresponding to the grading result to the terminal according to the judgment result.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein sending comment information, recommendation information, or advice information corresponding to the rating result to the terminal according to the determination result comprises:
if the judgment result shows that the score is higher than a score threshold value, outputting evaluation information generated aiming at the score to the terminal; or
And determining the scoring item with the worst score in the scoring items corresponding to the image to be evaluated, and outputting suggestion information or recommendation information generated according to the scoring item with the worst score to the terminal.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein comment information, recommendation information, or advice information corresponding to the rating result is sent to the terminal according to the determination result, and further comprising:
if the judgment result shows that the score is lower than the score threshold value, searching a recommended image comprising the image characteristic information in an image library corresponding to the terminal, wherein the score of the recommended image is higher than the score threshold value;
and sending recommendation information generated based on the recommendation image and/or comment information or suggestion information generated based on the score to the terminal.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending at least one piece of mutual information to the terminal according to the scoring result, the method further comprises:
receiving interactive operation information which is input by a user through the terminal and corresponds to the at least one piece of interactive information;
and responding to the interactive operation information.
9. An interactive device for uploading images, comprising:
a memory having a computer program stored thereon; and
a processor for executing the computer program in the memory to carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
