To sum up, the electronic commerce system and the method of the invention configure the order document by using the form designer through the management end, configure the corresponding workflow for the order document, the server end automatically transfers the order document to the relevant personnel for processing according to the workflow, the client end obtains the corresponding order document according to the selected product or service, generates the order request after filling the corresponding requirement according to the order document format, and performs the corresponding processing when receiving the order document in the current link of the circulation, the employee end processes the current link of the order document when receiving the order document transferred to the self link, thereby realizing the electronic commerce system which can bring both the employee and the client into the circulation process, takes the order document of the client as the starting point, has each processing condition transparent to the user and continuously allows the user as the processing personnel to participate in the work progress in the middle link, the invention is especially suitable for business transaction and non-standard customized service transaction among companies.

Claims (10)
1. An electronic commerce system, comprising:
the management end is used for configuring the order document by utilizing the form designer and configuring a corresponding workflow for the order document;
the server is used for storing the order-placing bill configured by the management end and the configured corresponding workflow, and automatically transferring the order-placing bill to related personnel for processing according to the workflow;
the client acquires corresponding order-placing documents according to the selected products or services after obtaining the login authority, generates an order-placing request after filling corresponding requirements according to the format of the order-placing documents, and performs corresponding processing when receiving the order-placing documents in the current circulation link;
and the employee side processes the current link of the bill issuing document when receiving the bill issuing document which is transferred to the self link.
2. The electronic commerce system of claim 1, wherein the management side further comprises:
the form generation module is used for generating a form for providing a user configuration requirement item by using a form designer;
the ordering document setting unit is used for setting an ordering document of a user according to the generated form and storing the ordering document to the server side;
and the workflow configuration unit is used for configuring the workflow of each bill issuing document based on the actual business process and storing the result to the server side.
3. The electronic commerce system of claim 2, wherein the form designer comprises:
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring the content of a form template file formed based on form software, and the form template file contains basic information of the transaction and a requirement item agreed by a buyer and a seller to the transaction;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the acquired form template file to acquire the form elements in the form template file;
the configuration unit is used for adjusting and configuring the attributes of the form elements in the form template file according to user requirements to obtain an editable configuration file;
and the form generating unit is used for generating the transaction form according to the analysis result of the analysis unit and the configuration file configuration of the corresponding configuration unit.
4. An electronic commerce system as in claim 2 wherein: the bill placing setting unit sets an amount field, user information and a processing state field for the generated bill placing.
5. The electronic commerce system of claim 1, wherein the client further comprises:
the login module is used for logging in by a client and accessing the product display module;
the product display module is used for recording and displaying the information of each product or service;
and the ordering request module is used for acquiring the corresponding ordering document according to the selected product or service, filling the corresponding requirement according to the ordering document format and then generating the ordering request.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the client further comprises a flow processing module for processing a current link of the document to be issued according to the workflow when receiving the document to be issued in a flow to the client.
7. An electronic commerce method, comprising:
step S1, providing corresponding order-placing documents according to the products or services selected by the client, and receiving order-placing requests generated after the client fills corresponding requirements according to the format of the order-placing documents;
and step S2, automatically transferring the order-placing bill to relevant personnel for processing according to the workflow of the order-placing bill corresponding to the order-placing request.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein before the step S1, the method further comprises the steps of:
and step S0, acquiring the order-placing document configured by the form designer by the management end, and configuring a corresponding workflow for the order-placing document.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the step S0 further comprises:
step S001, the management end generates a form providing a user configuration requirement item by using a form designer;
s002, setting a user order document according to the generated form, and storing the user order document to a server side;
and S003, configuring the workflow of each bill issuing document based on the actual business process, and storing the result to the server.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein the step S2 further comprises:
when the next bill data flow is transferred to the staff end, the current link of the next bill is processed by the staff end, and the processing result is fed back to the server end so as to carry out the next flow transfer link;
when the order document data flow is transferred to the client, the client performs corresponding processing on the order document which is transferred to the current link and feeds back the processing result to the server so as to perform the next flow transfer link.
