Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a leakage protector, and fig. 1 shows an internal connection schematic diagram of the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the earth leakage protector of the present embodiment includes: the control system comprises a control module 11, and a switch module 12, a concentration detection module 13, a zero sequence current transformer 14 and a release 15 which are electrically connected with the control module 11, wherein the switch module 12 is used for connecting a power supply and a target electrical appliance. In the present embodiment, the target appliance may be an appliance that generates carbon monoxide due to operation.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the zero sequence current transformer 14 is configured to detect whether there is a leakage current in the loop, and the control module 13 is configured to control the release 15 to operate to disconnect the power circuit when the zero sequence current transformer 14 detects that there is a leakage current in the loop, that is, when there is a leakage current, so that the power supply is interrupted to supply power to the target electrical appliance.
Further, in this embodiment, the concentration detection module 13 is configured to detect the concentration of carbon monoxide, specifically, the concentration detection module 13 may include a probe 131 disposed inside the earth leakage protector and configured to detect the concentration of carbon monoxide, and the control module 11 is configured to control the switch module 12 to open and then close when the concentration of carbon monoxide is greater than the first threshold. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first threshold may be set according to an actual application in a customized manner, and the switch module 12 may include a relay or a thyristor.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the concentration detection module 13 detects that the concentration of carbon monoxide is greater than the first threshold, the control module 11 controls the switch module 12 to open and then close, if the zero-sequence current transformer 14 does not detect electric leakage, the release 15 will not operate to open the power circuit, so that when the control module 11 controls the switch module 12 to open, the target electrical appliance is switched from the current working state to the power-off state, so that the target electrical appliance stops generating carbon monoxide, thereby achieving safety assurance, and in addition, the control module 11 also controls the switch module 12 to close, the target electrical appliance is switched from the power-off state to the standby state, at this time, although the power supply to the target electrical appliance is not interrupted, the target electrical appliance is still not in the working state, that is, carbon monoxide is not generated, and the target electrical appliance can still perform work that can be performed in the standby state, such as machine freeze protection, etc.
This embodiment increases switch module and concentration detection module in earth-leakage protector, make earth-leakage protector can also detect the concentration of carbon monoxide in the environment when detecting the electric leakage, and, when carbon monoxide leaks and concentration exceeds standard, can also break off and close in proper order through control switch module, make the target electrical apparatus of being connected with earth-leakage protector can switch to the outage state from the current condition, switch to standby state again, thereby target electrical apparatus can enough avoid producing new carbon monoxide and can also carry out the part work that can go on under standby state when carbon monoxide concentration exceeds standard.
In addition, because the concentration detection module is arranged in the leakage protector, the position of the concentration detection module can be changed by changing the power-on position of the leakage protector, and the flexibility setting of the position of the concentration detection module for detecting the concentration of the carbon monoxide is realized while the linkage performance of the concentration detection module and the target electrical appliance is ensured.

In this embodiment, the control module 11 may further be configured to count a duration that the concentration of the carbon monoxide is greater than the first threshold, that is, a duration that the concentration of the carbon monoxide exceeds the standard, and the control module 11 is specifically configured to control the switch module 12 to be opened and then closed first when the concentration of the carbon monoxide is greater than the first threshold and the duration is greater than a third threshold, where the third threshold may be set in a user-defined manner according to actual applications. On the one hand, judge the duration that carbon monoxide concentration exceeds standard, can avoid the erroneous judgement that produces because some accidental reason, improve earth-leakage protector's reliability, on the other hand, if the duration that carbon monoxide concentration exceeds standard is less than the third threshold value, then can characterize the concentration of carbon monoxide and be in the trend of reducing, because the potential safety hazard that carbon monoxide concentration exceeds standard and cause obtains solving, just also need not switch target electrical apparatus to standby state by operating condition.
In this embodiment, the target electrical appliance can still perform work in the standby state, for example, machine freeze protection, the control module 11 can be further configured to receive an ambient temperature detected by the sensor, where the sensor can be disposed on the leakage protector or in the target electrical appliance, the control module 11 is specifically configured to control the switch module to be turned off and then turned on when the concentration is greater than the first threshold and the ambient temperature is less than a fourth threshold, where the fourth threshold can be set by a user according to actual application, and when the ambient temperature is less than the fourth threshold, the target electrical appliance can be characterized to be in a low-temperature environment in which the machine freeze protection is required.

Referring to fig. 7, the gas water heater of the present embodiment includes a gas water heater complete machine 2, an anti-freezing device 3, and the earth leakage protector 1 as provided in embodiment 1 or 2, wherein the gas water heater complete machine 2 may be the target appliance in embodiments 1 and 2, and the anti-freezing device 3 is configured to operate when the ambient temperature is lower than a fifth threshold (which may be set by a user according to an actual application).
In the embodiment, due to the existence of the leakage protector, the gas water heater can be powered off when electric leakage occurs, and can be switched to the standby state under the condition that the concentration of carbon monoxide exceeds the standard, so that not only can new carbon monoxide be prevented from being generated, but also devices such as anti-freezing devices, which can work when the gas water heater is in the standby state (not in the combustion working state), can continuously execute working tasks, so as to perform work such as anti-freezing protection on the gas water heater, and avoid freezing damage to the gas water heater due to too low temperature.
