As shown in fig. 1 ~ and fig. 2, an intelligent range hood according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main unit 1, a fan 2 disposed inside the main unit 1, a smoke exhaust pipe 7 communicated with the fan 2, a range hood control circuit 3, a smoke collecting hood 4 disposed below the main unit, a control panel 5, and a safety control module.
A first check door 70 is arranged at one end of the smoke exhaust pipe 7 connected with the external pipeline 8, a second check door 72 is arranged at one end connected with the fan 2, and the second check door 72 is provided with a pivot part 74 electrically connected with the range hood control circuit 3. In this embodiment, the pivot part 74 is a rotating motor, and is controlled by the controller 6 via the range hood control circuit 3 to start or stop to correspondingly close or open the smoke exhaust pipe 7.
The safety control module comprises a controller 6 and a harmful gas monitor 61, the harmful gas monitor 61 is connected to the input end of the controller 6 and transmits signals to the controller 6, and the smoke exhaust ventilator control circuit 3 is connected to the output end of the controller 6 and receives control signals from the controller 6. The output end of the controller 6 is also connected with a gas valve control circuit 63, a wireless communication module 64 and an alarm 65, and the wireless communication module 64 sends information to the mobile terminal through a wireless network.
The working or control process of the invention is as follows: because kitchen oil smoke is concentrated into the common flue 8 to be discharged, and when the problem of increasingly serious odor returning and smoke reversing occurs firstly, when the first check door 70 can not completely block the odor returning and smoke reversing smoke 80 (the first check door 70 can not be completely closed due to the influence of grease accumulated on the pipe wall of the smoke exhaust pipe 7 and the edge of the first check door 70 after a long time), and when the harmful gas monitor 61 monitors that the harmful gas (acrolein) with a certain concentration exists in the host 1, the harmful gas monitor reports the harmful gas to the controller 6, the controller 6 sends an instruction to the smoke exhaust ventilator control circuit 3, the smoke exhaust ventilator control circuit 3 closes the air suction switch, so that the fan 2 is started to suck fresh air 90 to backwash the smoke 80 in the host 2 and the smoke exhaust pipe 7 in the common pipeline 8, the polluted smoke 80 is discharged, the second check door 72 is normally in an open state, and when the air in the host 1 of the harmful gas monitor 61 meets the set safety value, the controller 6 instructs the cooker hood control circuit 3 to activate the pivot 74 to rotate the second check door 72, closing the smoke exhaust pipe 7, preventing smoke 80 from the common duct 8 from flowing back again.
The intelligent range hood not only automatically realizes the functions of exhausting, removing oil fume pollution and guaranteeing health, but also can be emergently used before corresponding maintenance by remotely controlling the opening and closing of the second check door 72 due to the existence of the wireless communication module 64, and people can also remotely operate to remove danger and then arrive at the site after the danger is removed, thereby further guaranteeing safety.
