In practical use, on the basis of the first embodiment, when a concentration value of combustible gas in a kitchen is normal, the kitchen range is started, the kitchen range can send a specific signal to the range hood, the range hood starts a first PM2.5 monitoring device arranged on the range hood after receiving the specific signal, the specific signal and a monitoring result of the first PM2.5 monitoring device are transmitted to a processor of an air conditioner in real time, and the air conditioner starts a second PM2.5 monitoring device arranged in the kitchen and far away from the range hood and a third PM2.5 monitoring device arranged outdoors after receiving the specific signal, and compares the concentration value of PM2.5 in the kitchen monitored by the second PM2.5 monitoring device in real time with the concentration value of PM2.5 outdoors monitored by the third PM2.5 monitoring device in real time; when the PM2.5 concentration value of the outdoor is larger than the PM2.5 concentration value in the kitchen, the ventilation equipment and the electric window are closed, the air purification device in the kitchen is started, and the air in the kitchen is purified by the air purification device; when the PM2.5 concentration value of the outdoor is smaller than that of the PM2.5 concentration value in the kitchen, the electric window is opened, and the fresh air exchange function of the ventilation equipment is started. Meanwhile, judging the magnitude relation between the concentration value of PM2.5 in the kitchen and the concentration value of PM2.5 near the range hood, and increasing the air exhaust amount of ventilation equipment and reducing the air exhaust amount of the range hood when the concentration value of PM2.5 in the kitchen is greater than the concentration value of PM2.5 near the range hood; and when the PM2.5 concentration value in the kitchen is smaller than the PM2.5 concentration value near the range hood, increasing the exhaust volume of the range hood and reducing the exhaust volume of the ventilation equipment.
The concentration value of the combustible gas in the kitchen can be obtained by monitoring harmful gas monitors arranged on an air conditioner and a range hood, the harmful gas monitors of the range hood and the air conditioner can be started in a linkage mode when the gas stove is started, the air displacement of different areas can be adjusted according to results, and the problems of energy waste and overlarge noise caused by the fact that all air exhaust equipment is started are solved.
Through this embodiment kitchen air monitoring purification method can monitor the harmful gas in the kitchen to with the faster more accurate discharge of the harmful gas that produces in the kitchen, through the volume of distinguishing different regional harmful gas, adjust the volume of airing exhaust that corresponds the region, avoid all opening the extravagant and too big problem of noise of the energy that exhaust equipment brought.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram provided by an embodiment of the kitchen air monitoring and purifying system.
As shown in fig. 3, the kitchen air monitoring and purifying system according to the embodiment includes:
the air quality monitoring module is used for monitoring air quality information in a kitchen in real time;
and the control processing module 5 is used for controlling the working states of the range hood 1, the ventilation equipment, the electric window 4 and the kitchen range 6 in the kitchen according to the air quality information.
Further, the system further comprises:
a range hood 1, a ventilation device and an electric window 4 arranged in a kitchen;
the control processing module 5 is electrically connected with the range hood 1, the ventilation equipment and the electric window 4 in a wired or wireless mode;
the kitchen air monitoring and purifying system operates by adopting the kitchen air monitoring and purifying method.
Further, the air quality monitoring module includes:
combustible gas monitoring devices 7 arranged in a kitchen, first PM2.5 monitoring devices 8 arranged on a range hood 1, second PM2.5 monitoring devices 9 arranged in the kitchen and far away from the position of the range hood 1, and third PM2.5 monitoring devices 10 arranged outdoors.
Further, the ventilation apparatus includes: a fresh air machine 2 and an air conditioner 3.
The air conditioner 3 may be an air conditioner having an air purification function, and the cooker 6 may be any electronic appliance that can generate harmful gas during cooking, such as a gas range, an induction cooker, and an electric ceramic cooker.
The control processing module 5 can be a control processor integrated in the ventilation equipment or the range hood 1; or can be independent of the ventilation equipment or the range hood 1 and a single control processor; or the control processing module 5 may include a plurality of sub-control processors, each sub-control processor is respectively disposed in the ventilation device and the range hood 1, and the sub-control processors are connected with each other through a wired or wireless transmission manner.
The working principle of the kitchen air monitoring and purifying system described in this embodiment is the same as that of the kitchen air monitoring and purifying method described in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and is not described herein again.
Through this embodiment kitchen air monitoring clean system solved kitchen harmful gas and can't arrange to the greatest extent, arrange to the greatest extent speed slow, the harmful gas volume in the different regions in kitchen can't distinguish, the energy resource consumption of airing exhaust is big and the too big problem of noise.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.

Claims (11)
1. A kitchen air monitoring and purifying method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
monitoring air quality information in a kitchen in real time;
and controlling the working states of a range hood, ventilation equipment, an electric window and a kitchen range in the kitchen according to the air quality information.
2. The kitchen air monitoring and purifying method according to claim 1, wherein the air quality information comprises: a combustible gas concentration value;
according to combustible gas concentration information, the operating condition of lampblack absorber, ventilation equipment, electronic window and cooking utensils in the control kitchen includes:
when the concentration value of the combustible gas is larger than the normal value of the combustible gas, starting the range hood and the ventilation equipment at full speed, opening the electric window, closing the opening and closing function of the cooker, and simultaneously sending reminding information to a user;
and when the concentration value of the combustible gas is less than or equal to the normal value of the combustible gas, enabling the switching function of the stove.
3. The kitchen air monitoring and purifying method according to claim 2, further comprising:
if the concentration values of the combustible gas monitored in the continuous specific time are all larger than the normal value of the combustible gas, alarm information is sent to property.
4. The kitchen air monitoring and purifying method according to claim 1, wherein the air quality information further comprises: PM2.5 concentration value;
the air quality information in the real-time supervision kitchen includes:
starting a first PM2.5 monitoring device arranged on the range hood to monitor a PM2.5 concentration value near the range hood in real time;
starting a second PM2.5 monitoring device which is arranged in the kitchen and is far away from the range hood to monitor the PM2.5 concentration value in the kitchen in real time;
and starting a third PM2.5 monitoring device arranged outdoors to monitor the concentration value of PM2.5 outdoors in real time.
5. The kitchen air monitoring and purifying method according to claim 4, wherein the controlling of the working states of a range hood, a ventilation device, an electric window and a cooker in a kitchen according to the air quality information comprises:
when the PM2.5 concentration value of the outdoor is larger than the PM2.5 concentration value in the kitchen, the ventilation equipment and the electric window are closed, the air purification device in the kitchen is started, and the air in the kitchen is purified by the air purification device;
when the PM2.5 concentration value of the outdoor is smaller than that of the PM2.5 concentration value in the kitchen, the electric window is opened, and the fresh air exchange function of the ventilation equipment is started.
6. The kitchen air monitoring and purifying method according to claim 4, wherein the working states of a range hood, a ventilation device, an electric window and a kitchen range in a kitchen are controlled according to the air quality information, and the method further comprises the following steps:
when the PM2.5 concentration value in the kitchen is smaller than the PM2.5 concentration value near the range hood, the exhaust volume of the range hood is increased, and the exhaust volume of the ventilation equipment is reduced;
and when the PM2.5 concentration value in the kitchen is greater than the PM2.5 concentration value near the range hood, increasing the air exhaust amount of the ventilation equipment and reducing the air exhaust amount of the range hood.
7. Kitchen air monitoring and purification method according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said ventilation device comprises: fresh air machine and air conditioner.
8. A kitchen air monitoring and purifying system, comprising:
the air quality monitoring module is used for monitoring air quality information in a kitchen in real time;
and the control processing module is used for controlling the working states of the range hood, the ventilation equipment, the electric window and the kitchen range in the kitchen according to the air quality information.
9. The kitchen air monitoring and purifying system of claim 8, further comprising:
the range hood, the ventilation equipment and the electric window are arranged in a kitchen;
the control processing module is electrically connected with the range hood, the ventilation equipment and the electric window in a wired or wireless mode;
the kitchen air monitoring and purifying system operates by adopting the kitchen air monitoring and purifying method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. The kitchen air monitoring and purifying system of claim 8 or 9, wherein the air quality monitoring module comprises:
the combustible gas monitoring devices are arranged in a kitchen, the first PM2.5 monitoring devices are arranged on the range hood, the second PM2.5 monitoring devices are arranged in the kitchen and far away from the position of the range hood, and the third PM2.5 monitoring devices are arranged outdoors.
11. The kitchen air monitoring and purifying system of claim 8 or 9, wherein the ventilation device comprises: fresh air machine and air conditioner.
