Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of speed reducers, and provides a damping device of a planetary gear speed reducer, wherein the planetary gear speed reducer comprises a motor and a primary gear, the primary gear is provided with a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove, the damping device comprises a transmission frame arranged at the end part of a main shaft of the motor, the right end of the transmission frame is provided with a first mounting shaft correspondingly connected with the first mounting groove and a second mounting shaft correspondingly connected with the second mounting groove, a first elastic piece is tightly arranged between the first mounting shaft and the first mounting groove, and a second elastic piece is tightly arranged between the second mounting shaft and the second mounting groove. The invention utilizes the damping device to make the primary gear and the motor shaft into a split structure, has compact structure, supports the connection between the primary gear and the motor by arranging the transmission frame, is favorable for reducing the vibration of the motor to the primary gear when the motor runs at high speed, and can be convenient for the primary gear to be replaced in time when the primary gear is damaged by the split structure.

In an implementation mode, a channel is arranged at the center of the transmission frame, and a threaded gear used for being in threaded fit connection with a spindle of the motor is arranged on the channel.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a damping device for a planetary gear reducer, where the planetary gear reducer includes a motor 1 and a primary gear 2, the primary gear 2 is provided with a first mounting groove 3 and a second mounting groove 4, the damping device includes a transmission frame 5 mounted at a main shaft end of the motor 1, a first mounting shaft 6 correspondingly connected to the first mounting groove 3 and a second mounting shaft 7 correspondingly connected to the second mounting groove 4 are provided at a right end of the transmission frame 5, the first mounting shaft 6 and the second mounting shaft 7 are symmetrically arranged with respect to a central axis of the transmission frame 5, a first elastic member 8 is tightly disposed between the first mounting shaft 6 and the first mounting groove 3, and a second elastic member 9 is tightly disposed between the second mounting shaft 7 and the second mounting groove 4.
