When the magnetic oil separator works, under the combined action of the flowing speed and the magnetic force of the engine oil, large and small metal particles are automatically separated, the large and large harmful metal particles are firmly adsorbed on the sleeve 23 by the magnetic force, and the small metal particles are not adsorbed and magnetized, so that the purpose of distinguishing the large and small metal particles is achieved, the metal particles which are originally scrapped and unusable are changed into usable magnetic substances, namely, the waste is changed into valuable, namely, the waste is equivalent to natural magnetic additive components, therefore, under the action of flowing and scouring of the engine oil, the magnetic substances are separated from the sleeve wall and are fused with the engine oil, the characteristics of the engine oil are changed, the lubricating property and the adsorption property of the engine oil are improved, the engine oil which does not have the magnetic characteristics originally is changed into the magnetic engine oil. Therefore, when the engine operates, an oil film protective layer can be quickly established on the surface of each part, so that the engine is comprehensively protected in cold start and hot working states, the frictional resistance between the parts of the engine is reduced, the worn parts are repaired, and the sealing performance of the engine is improved. Thereby improving the power performance of the engine, reducing the energy consumption and prolonging the service life of the engine oil and the engine.
In summary, the engine power-boosting energy-saving protector provided by the embodiment is characterized in that engine oil passes through the flow velocity impact force generated by the flow gathering of the sleeve guiding convergence groove to distinguish large and small metal particles adsorbed on the side wall of the sleeve, an original motor-driven mode is not adopted any more, the structure is simplified, and the production cost is reduced.

As shown in fig. 3-4, the grid holes 311 are correspondingly surrounded on the outer side of the casing, so that the engine can flow on the casing after passing through the grid holes, the side wall of the support member 31 at the lower end opposite to the grid holes is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped guide grooves 312 connecting the grid holes, and this structure is arranged, the engine oil enters the filter element under the high pressure action of the external oil pump, a part of the engine oil directly flows into the support member through the grid holes, and another part of the engine oil can flow into the support member from the grid holes along the arc-shaped guide grooves 312, so that the guide flow effect can be achieved, and the confluence effect is also achieved.
