Description

Electric sliding window
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of buildings, and particularly relates to an electric sliding window.
Background
The existing windows mainly comprise a push-pull type window and a flat-open type window, and are influenced by factors such as air tightness, the existing building outer walls all over the world generally adopt inward flat-open type windows, and the obvious defect that the inward flat-open type windows occupy indoor space cannot be eliminated; the inward casement window is matched with the externally hung type sand window for use, dust is inevitably accumulated on the externally hung type sand window, and the dust on the sand window enters a room at the first time when the window is opened; the existing sliding window has poor air tightness, and components such as pulleys are easy to damage, so that the maintenance period is short; the existing window for the outer wall of the building generally has the problem that mosquitoes can not be prevented from entering a room in the process of closing the window screen, because the window screen is closed after the window is opened; the existing window also has the problem of more frames, and the lighting influence is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of the existing window and provides an electric sliding window, which adopts the following technical scheme that:
an electric sliding window comprises an outer frame, a fixed window sash and a movable window sash, wherein the fixed window sash and the movable window sash are arranged in the outer frame, the outer frame comprises an upper broken bridge aluminum profile, a left broken bridge aluminum profile, a lower broken bridge aluminum profile and a right broken bridge aluminum profile which are sequentially connected end to end, the fixed window sash and the movable window sash both comprise two layers of glass and a drying agent strip arranged between the edges of the two layers of glass, the two layers of glass are hermetically bonded with the drying agent strip, the fixed window sash and the movable window sash are both directly contacted with corresponding sealing strips arranged on the outer frame, namely the fixed window sash and the movable window sash do not need to be provided with frames, and one;
two four-wheel pulleys are arranged above the movable window sash, the wheels of the four-wheel pulleys adopt bearings, two front wheels and two rear wheels of the four-wheel pulleys are respectively spliced with a rear wheel shaft through a front wheel shaft and the rear wheel shaft, the splicing parts are in interference fit, the front wheels and the rear wheels of the four-wheel pulleys stretch across a group of sealing seats in an upper broken bridge aluminum profile of the outer frame, when the four-wheel pulleys are assembled, the two wheels on one wheel shaft are moved to the middle of the wheel shaft, and are placed into the outer frame along the direction of the upper broken bridge aluminum profile of the outer frame, and then the two wheels are horizontally rotated by ninety degrees and are separated to two ends of the wheel shaft, otherwise, the four-; the four-wheel tackle comprises a four-wheel tackle body, a movable window sash, a front wheel shaft, a rear wheel shaft, a movable window sash, a front wheel shaft, a rear wheel shaft, a movable window sash and a movable window sash, wherein the four-wheel tackle body is; the movable window sash is hung on the upper broken bridge aluminum profile of the outer frame through the four-wheel pulley and can be freely pushed, pulled and slid;
a screw nut is arranged between the two four-wheel pulleys and fixedly connected with the movable window sash; because the internal space of the broken bridge aluminum profile is limited, in order to realize that the height of the upper broken bridge aluminum profile of the outer frame is not increased, the screw nut is arranged close to the axle of the four-wheel tackle as much as possible; a lead screw is arranged in the screw nut, the lead screw is driven by a speed reducing motor to rotate in a reciprocating manner to drive the screw nut, the four-wheel pulley and the movable window sash to do reciprocating linear motion, and then the sliding switch of the movable window sash can be realized; an axial gap is formed in the upper side of the nut, a U-shaped shaft bracket is arranged in the upper broken bridge aluminum profile of the outer frame at a position corresponding to the screw rod, the screw rod is rotationally connected to the U-shaped shaft bracket and is connected with an output shaft of the speed reducing motor through a transmission gear, and a shell of the speed reducing motor is fixedly connected to the U-shaped shaft bracket; the lead of the speed reducing motor is punched out of the outer frame and is connected with a control circuit arranged in the wall.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the window sash has no frame, the sand window uses the outer frame of the sliding window as the frame, so that about forty percent of materials can be saved, and the lighting area can be increased by about fifteen percent; the sand window is pulled out and retracted along with the movable window sash, so that dust is not accumulated, and the indoor ventilation quality is ensured; the motor controls the switch, a handle and a lock are not needed, and the window sash structure is simplified; the design is reasonable, the installation is convenient, the internal space of the section bar can be fully utilized, and the size of the existing bridge-cut-off aluminum section bar is not increased; the gaps are few, and the sealing and heat-preserving effect is obviously improved; the electric control switch is easy to realize automatic control and remote control, and has an anti-theft function, because the screw structure can keep locking when the speed reducing motor does not rotate, the movable window sash cannot be pushed open by manpower.
