Background
At present, when a water taking pump station is built on the bank of a river, a lake or a reservoir, a traditional fixed bank water taking pump station is often adopted. The traditional fixed bank water taking pump station is in the following construction process: firstly cofferdam building, then pumping water in the cofferdam, then building a pump house, and finally installing equipment (such as a water pump, a valve, a pipeline, a control box and the like). The water taking pump station has large engineering quantity and long construction period; the water inlet pipe of the water pump is often required to be fixed below the lowest water level, the more obvious the water level drop is, the larger the amount of reinforced concrete in the pump room is, and the construction cost is high. Meanwhile, as the pumping height of the fixed water intake pump station is below the lowest water level, sundries (such as branches, leaves, plastic garbage and other floaters) around the water intake port are easy to gather at the pipe opening of the water intake pipe, the floaters are easy to be sucked into the water intake pipe to cause blockage when water is taken, and when the water level is too low, water pumping is easy to cause and the water level is higher, silt and sediment at the water bottom are also easy to be sucked into the pipeline.
In recent years, aiming at various defects of the traditional fixed water taking pump station, floating water taking pump stations such as floating ship type pump stations and cable car type pump stations are also provided. The pontoon type pump station is generally built on the bank side of a swimming river bank, and water is taken by utilizing a power device of a ship body; but this pump station needs often to change the joint, removes the ship position, and the hull maintenance cost is high, and is poor to stormy waves adaptability, and the hull is from great, draft, the unable normal water intaking in shallow water region. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-3, the water intake pump station with adjustable water intake height of the invention comprises a pump room, three water pumps 1 and a water pump control cabinet 2 corresponding to each water pump 1, wherein the water pumps 1 adopt vertical long-shaft pumps, the water inlet pipes of the vertical long-shaft pumps directly go deep underwater, and the motors of the vertical long-shaft pumps are vertical and have a larger distance from the water surface, so that the water intake of the motors of the water pumps 1 caused by the fluctuation of the water surface is prevented;
the pump room comprises a pump room frame body 3 and a mounting platform 4 driven by a power source (the power source is a motor), the water pumps 1 are mounted on the mounting platform 4 at intervals in a row, a water outlet of each water pump 1 is connected in series with a water outlet pipe 5, and each water outlet pipe 5 is provided with an overhaul valve and a pressure gauge;

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to facilitate maintenance of the water pump 1, a rail 11 (i.e., an i-shaped steel) is disposed on a cross beam at the top of the steel frame, and a crane 12 is slidably disposed on the rail 11. During actual installation, the three water pumps 1 are positioned on the same straight line and aligned with the guide rail 11 on the cross beam up and down, so that the crane 12 is ensured to be coaxial with the water pumps 1 when being adjusted to the position above the water pumps 1, and further the lifting stability of the water pumps 1 is ensured. When the water pump 1 needs to be maintained, the water pump 1 is detached from the mounting platform 4, and then the water pump 1 is lifted upwards by a crane 12 for maintenance or repair; after the maintenance is completed, the water pump 1 is reset by the crane 12, and the water pump 1 is fixedly installed on the installation platform 4.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to protect the water pump control cabinet 2, the water pump control cabinet is installed on the upper part of a steel structure frame, and a cable on the water pump 1 is connected to the water pump control cabinet 2 through a cable bent frame 13 on the steel structure frame; a support table 14 is arranged at the lower part of the upright post of the steel structure frame, and when the water taking level of the water pump 1 is a low level (namely the water outlet pipe 5 of the water pump 1 is connected with the water inlet joint positioned below in series), the support table 14 is used for supporting the mounting platform 4; the mounting platform 4 is raised to a predetermined height (i.e., when the water level of the water pump is high), and the mounting platform 4 is fixed by a fixing pin.
The concrete construction method of the water taking pump station with the adjustable water taking height comprises the following steps:
firstly, laying a concrete bottom wall at a shoreside design position, and installing a steel structure frame on the concrete bottom wall (when the design position is in a lake or a river, firstly, a plurality of reinforced concrete piles are driven into the design position, and then, the steel structure frame is installed on the reinforced concrete piles);
secondly, installing a slide rail, pulleys 9 and a motor on the upright post of the steel structure frame, constructing a support table 14 on the lower part of the steel structure frame, placing the installation platform 4 on the support table 14, and respectively winding two pull ropes 10 on the installation platform 4 on the pulleys 9 corresponding to the installation platform;
thirdly, a single water pump (namely three water pumps 1 are positioned on the same straight line) is installed on the installation platform 4, the water pump control cabinet 2 is installed on the upper part of the steel structure frame, and a cable of the water pump 1 is connected to the water pump control cabinet 2 through a cable bent frame 13 on the steel structure frame; then, a water pumping pipeline is installed at a designed position to ensure that a water outlet pipe 5 of each water pump 1 corresponds to a group of water inlet interfaces;
fourthly, installing a guide rail 11 and a crane 12 on a cross beam at the top of the steel structure frame to finish the construction operation of the water taking pump station.
The specific working process of the invention is as follows:
in rainy season, the water level of the lake or river is higher, the flange blind plate on the water inlet joint above is detached, the control system (or manually) controls the motor to act, so that the mounting platform 4 rises at a constant speed, the water pump 1 rises along with the mounting platform 4 at a constant speed, when the water outlet pipe 5 of the water pump 1 is coaxial with the water inlet joint A above, the motor stops acting, the mounting platform 4 is fixed, the water outlet pipe 5 of each water pump 1 is respectively connected with the water inlet joint A corresponding to the water outlet pipe in series into a whole, the water inlet joint B below is sealed by the flange plate, and the water pump 1 is started to pump water;
in dry seasons, when the water level of the lake or the river is low, the limiting table on the slide rail is detached, the flange blind plate on the water inlet joint B below is removed, and the water outlet pipe 5 of the water pump 1 is detached from the water inlet joint A above; the motor is controlled to drive the mounting platform 4 to descend at a constant speed manually or by using a control system, when the water outlet pipe 5 of the water pump 1 is coaxial with the water inlet joint B below, the motor stops acting, the supporting platform 14 at the lower part of the steel structure frame supports the mounting platform 4, finally, the water outlet pipe 5 of each water pump 1 is respectively connected with the water inlet joint B below corresponding to the water inlet joint in series, the water inlet joint A above is sealed by a blind flange plate, and the water pump 1 is started to pump water.
