The edges of the two sides of the first sheet metal water channel part 1 and the second sheet metal water channel part 2 which are sealed and fixed are provided with connecting through holes 12, and rivets or bolts penetrate through the through holes to be fixedly connected with the wall of the washing tub 100, so that the water channel structure 101 is fixed with the washing tub 100.
Preferably, the connecting through holes 12 are arranged on the flanges 7 at two sides of the first sheet metal water channel part 1 or the second sheet metal water channel part 2; so, mounting 13 fixed connection is enough, can further fasten first panel beating water course portion 1 and second panel beating water course portion 2, reinforcing sealing performance.
Preferably, the corresponding positions of the flanging 7 of the first sheet metal water channel part 1 and the extending plate 10 of the second sheet metal water channel part 2 are provided with through connecting through holes 12, and the fixing piece 13 passes through the connecting through holes 12 to be fixedly connected with the wall of the washing tub 100.
Further, a sealing element 14 is arranged between the side wall of the first sheet metal water channel part 1 facing the washing tub 100 and the outer wall of the washing tub 100, a hole is formed in the sealing element 14, and the fixing element 13 sequentially penetrates through the connecting through hole 12 in the sealing structure and the hole in the sealing element 14 to be fixedly connected with the tub wall of the washing tub 100.
In this embodiment, the sealing member 14 may be a sealing gasket disposed between the water channel structure 101 and the outer wall of the washing tub 100. Specifically, the sealing member 14 is disposed around the fixing member 13, and after the fixing member 13 passes through the connecting through hole 12 and is connected to the washing tub 100, the sealing member 14 surrounds the fixing member 13 and is clamped between the first sheet metal waterway part 1 and the outer wall of the washing tub 100. Therefore, firstly, the gap between the two side edges of the first metal plate water channel part 1 and the washing tub 100 can be filled, the fixation of the water channel structure 101 and the washing tub 100 is enhanced, and the noise generated along with the shaking of the washing tub 100 is avoided; secondly, the hole of the washing tub 100 connected with the fixing member 13 is sealed, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the washing tub 100 and avoiding water leakage.
Preferably, along the height direction of the waterway structure 101, a plurality of connecting through holes 12 are distributed on two sides of the first sheet metal waterway part 1 and the second sheet metal waterway part 2 which are fixed and sealed with each other in the circumferential direction of the washing tub 100, and a plurality of fixing pieces 13 respectively penetrate through the connecting through holes 12 to be connected with the tub wall of the washing tub 100.
Preferably, the connecting through-holes 12 are symmetrically arranged in pairs on both sides in the circumferential direction of the waterway structure 101.
The fixing pieces 13 and the connecting through holes 12 on the two sides of the water channel structure 101 in the circumferential direction form a riveting structure or a bolt connecting structure, and the fixing pieces and the connecting through holes are matched with the flanging 7 structures on the two sides of the first metal plate water channel part 1 or the second metal plate water channel part, so that the sealing and fixing of the drainage channel 3 can be ensured, and the water channel structure 101 and the outer wall of the washing barrel 100 can be fixedly and hermetically connected.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment provides a washing machine, which includes a washing tub 100, a water channel structure 101 is disposed on an outer wall of the washing tub 100, the water channel structure 101 includes a first sheet metal water channel portion 1 and a second sheet metal water channel portion 2, and the first sheet metal water channel portion 1 and the second sheet metal water channel portion 2 are sealed and fixed and jointly enclose a drainage channel 3 communicated with an interior of the washing tub 100.
When the washing machine is dehydrating, the water inside the washing tub 100 is discharged from the dehydration holes at the upper portion of the washing tub 100, enters the drainage channel 3, and is discharged.
Preferably, the waterway structure 101 of the washing machine of the present embodiment has one or more technical features of the first embodiment or the second embodiment.

Claims (6)

1. A water channel structure of a washing machine is arranged on the wall of a washing barrel of the washing machine and is characterized by comprising a first metal plate water channel part and a second metal plate water channel part, wherein the first metal plate water channel part and the second metal plate water channel part are sealed and fixed and jointly enclose a drainage channel communicated with the inside of the washing barrel;
the first metal plate water channel part comprises a first side plate, and the first side plate is attached to the outer wall of the washing barrel and extends for a certain distance in the height and the circumferential direction of the washing barrel; the edges of the two sides of the first side plate in the circumferential direction extend for a certain distance in the direction away from the center of the first side plate along the circumferential direction of the washing barrel, then are bent in the opposite direction, and extend for a certain distance in the direction close to the center of the first side plate to form a flanging;
the second metal plate water channel part comprises a second side plate, and the second side plate and the first side plate are oppositely arranged at a certain distance in the radial direction of the washing barrel; the edges of two sides of the second side plate in the circumferential direction respectively extend for a certain distance along the radial direction of the washing barrel towards the direction close to the center of the washing barrel to form a second bending plate; the second side plate and the second bending plates on the two sides of the second side plate enclose a second concave cavity; one end of the second bending plate close to the washing barrel extends for a certain distance in the direction far away from the center of the second side plate along the circumferential direction of the washing barrel to form an extension plate; the extension plate is wrapped and clamped in the flanges at two sides of the first sheet metal water channel part;
through connecting through holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the flanging of the first metal plate water channel part and the extending plate of the second metal plate water channel part, and the fixing part penetrates through the connecting through holes to fixedly connect the water channel structure with the barrel wall of the washing barrel;

The waterway structure of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein both side edges of the first side plate in the circumferential direction extend a certain distance in a radial direction of the washing tub toward a direction away from the center of the washing tub to form a first bent plate; the first side plate and the first bending plates on two sides of the first side plate enclose a first concave cavity.

The waterway structure of a washing machine as recited in claim 2, wherein the first bent plate is bent in a direction away from a center of the first side plate along a circumferential direction of the washing tub to extend a distance, and is bent in an opposite direction to extend a distance toward a center of the first side plate to form a turn-up.

The waterway structure of a washing machine as recited in claim 1, wherein a plurality of connecting through holes are distributed along a height direction of the waterway structure at both sides of the first sheet metal waterway part and the second sheet metal waterway part which are fixed and sealed with each other in a circumferential direction of the washing tub, and the plurality of fixing members are respectively connected with a tub wall of the washing tub through the connecting through holes.
5. The waterway structure of a washing machine as recited in claim 4, wherein the connection through-holes are symmetrically provided in pairs at both sides of the waterway structure in a circumferential direction.
6. A washing machine comprises a washing barrel and is characterized in that the outer wall of the washing barrel is provided with a water channel structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, the water channel structure comprises a first sheet metal water channel part and a second sheet metal water channel part, and the first sheet metal water channel part and the second sheet metal water channel part are sealed and fixed and jointly enclose a drainage channel communicated with the inside of the washing barrel.
