The solvent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of diethylene glycol butyl ether; 15-30 parts of ethylene glycol butyl ether; 15-30 parts of ethanol; 20-40 parts of deionized water; 5-20 parts of a surfactant. Weighing diethylene glycol butyl ether, ethylene glycol butyl ether, ethanol, deionized water and a surfactant; placing into a closed mixing container, stirring and mixing for one hour at 30-40 deg.C under normal pressure; after being mixed evenly, the mixture is filtered by a filter screen to obtain the solvent which can clean the water paint and the oil paint. The solvent capable of cleaning the water paint and the oil paint is suitable for coating in the fields of automobile industry and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of paint cleaning, in particular to a solvent capable of cleaning water-based paint and oil-based paint.
Background
Coating, which is a process of coating paint on an object surface (substrate surface) and drying to form a film, is an important link in a surface manufacturing process. The disadvantages of rust protection, corrosion protection, aesthetics and the use of the modified material itself are important functions of the coating. With the development of Chinese economy and the development of foreign coating technology, through the introduction of technology and the communication with foreign technology, the Chinese coating technology starts to develop rapidly, and particularly, the coating technology is developed vigorously in the fields of automobile industry and the like, so that the coating technology has obvious progress.
With the increase of the working strength of energy conservation and emission reduction and the establishment of mandatory standards in the aspect of environmental protection and safety of domestic related products, a good development space is provided for the waterborne paint. The water-based paint takes water as a diluent, does not contain organic solvent, does not contain benzene, toluene, xylene, formaldehyde and free TDI toxic heavy metal, is non-toxic and non-irritant, is harmless to a human body, does not pollute the environment, is plump in paint film, is glittering and translucent, has good flexibility, and has the characteristics of water resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, yellowing resistance, quick drying, convenient use and the like. Accordingly, water-based paints are increasingly used in companies that coat bicycles, electric vehicles, or automobile housings.
However, in many cases, these enterprises need to switch between water-based paint and oil-based paint frequently, and the switching process necessarily requires cleaning of the pipeline. However, the existing cleaning agent is incompatible with water and oil, and is very troublesome and inconvenient to switch.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: aiming at the problems that the conventional solvent cannot clean the water-based paint and the oil-based paint at the same time and the switching is troublesome, the invention provides the solvent capable of cleaning the water-based paint and the oil-based paint.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: the solvent capable of cleaning the water paint and the oil paint is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
15-30 parts of diethylene glycol butyl ether;
15-30 parts of ethylene glycol butyl ether;
15-30 parts of ethanol;
20-40 parts of deionized water;
5-20 parts of a surfactant.
Preferably, the composition consists of the following components in parts by weight:
20 parts of diethylene glycol butyl ether;
20 parts of ethylene glycol butyl ether;
20 parts of ethanol;
30 parts of deionized water;
10 parts of a surfactant.
The surfactant is one or more of dodecyl hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine, dodecyl sulfopropyl betaine, tetradecylamidopropyl hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine and decyl hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine.
A preparation method of a solvent capable of cleaning water paint and oil paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing diethylene glycol butyl ether, ethylene glycol butyl ether, ethanol, deionized water and a surfactant;
b, placing the mixture into a closed mixing container, and stirring and mixing the mixture for one hour at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ under normal pressure;
and C, filtering by using a filter screen after uniformly mixing to obtain the solvent capable of cleaning the water-based paint and the oil-based paint.
The temperature in step B is preferably 35 ℃.
The filter screen in the step C is 100-300 meshes.
The solvent capable of cleaning the water paint and the oil paint provided by the invention takes the diethylene glycol butyl ether and the ethylene glycol butyl ether as main components, can be mixed and dissolved with water in any proportion and is dissolved in ethanol, and the paint can be dissolved due to the higher boiling point and the lower volatilization speed; the diethylene glycol butyl ether and the ethylene glycol butyl ether are dissolved by the ethanol and the water, so that the dispersion efficiency is improved; the surfactant is one or more of dodecyl hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine, dodecyl sulfopropyl betaine, tetradecylamidopropyl hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine and decyl hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine, has good dispersibility and obvious paint cleaning effect.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the solvent capable of cleaning the water-based paint and the oil-based paint. The invention takes ethanol and water as solvents, and the diethylene glycol butyl ether and the ethylene glycol butyl ether are dissolved and dispersed; the dispersibility is further improved by adding a surfactant; the invention can control the quality of the solvent by filtering through the filter screen. Therefore, the preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of good component uniformity, simple preparation method and easy control.
