Abstract
The invention discloses a gap bridge structure of a semi-submersible type ocean engineering platform, which abandons the complexity that the height of the platform is adjusted by the self-pressurization load or discharge operation of a conventional platform when the conventional semi-submersible platform is used for gap bridge work at sea, and meanwhile, the self-operation draft range of the platform is limited, the height of the gap bridge is adjusted by connecting a flange and a bolt, and the height can be adjusted to about 40 meters so as to meet the butt joint with different types of ships and platforms. The operation of the form is relatively simple, the working cost and time are greatly saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a semi-submersible type ocean engineering platform gap bridge structure.
Technical Field
The gap bridge is a movable passage facility for traffic with the outside, has the function of allowing personnel to climb out of the ship and is generally used for various large and medium ships. The device consists of the gangway ladder and the retraction mechanism, and when the device is used, the retraction mechanism is used for removing the gangway ladder from the ship for personnel to get on and off. When the ship sails, the gangway ladder is folded and fastened and fixed at the side of the deck.
The semi-submersible type ocean engineering platform gap bridge can be adjusted in height twice, and the height adjustment can be determined according to actual working conditions, so that butt joint with ships and platforms of different heights and different types can be realized. Therefore, the butt joint of the height of the platform and other various ships or platforms is adjusted through self pressurized load or discharge operation of the conventional platform when the platform works at sea, the working cost and time are greatly saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the semi-submersible type ocean engineering platform gap bridge aims to overcome the high limitation of the semi-submersible type ocean engineering platform gap bridge in the conventional operation and use. The fitting-out platform design realizes that different solutions are provided for the gap bridge to be lifted to different heights so as to meet the requirement that semi-submersible ocean engineering platform personnel safely and smoothly pass through the gap bridge under different conditions.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a semi-submersible type ocean engineering platform gap bridge structure comprises a gap bridge structure and three outfitting platforms, wherein a gap bridge walking platform is arranged at the bottom of the gap bridge structure, and a gap bridge is arranged at the top of the gap bridge structure; the gap bridge structure is heightened by heightening the first section structure through the gap bridge and heightening the second section structure through the gap bridge. The gap bridge structure is lifted by a deck to be heightened, the heightened structure is fixedly connected with the original gap bridge structure through flanges, bolts and nuts, and two sections of gap bridge structures can be heightened at most according to working requirements. Three independent outfitting platforms with different heights are designed respectively. The three outfitting platforms are respectively installed on the folding and unfolding frame on one side of the gap bridge structure and correspond to the three using heights of the gap bridge. The first outfitting platform is a fixed platform; the outfitting platform II and the outfitting platform III are platforms which can be retracted or released through a steel wire rope or an iron chain.
Furthermore, the heightened structure gap bridge heightened second section structure is fixedly connected with the end part of the gap bridge structure through a connecting flange, a bolt, a nut and a gasket; the first section of gap bridge heightening structure is fixedly connected with the second section of gap bridge heightening structure.
Has the advantages that: the invention solves the limitation of the gap bridge in the height direction, increases the types of ships or platforms which are butted with the semi-submersible type ocean engineering platform, overcomes the complexity of adjusting the height of the platform by the self-pressurization load or discharge operation of the conventional platform when the platform works by using the gap bridge at sea, greatly saves the working cost and time and improves the working efficiency.
