In an optional embodiment, the control device of the marking machine further comprises: the first conveying unit is used for detecting the object to be marked after the marking operation is executed, judging whether the marking operation is qualified or not based on the detection result, and conveying the product to be marked after the marking operation is executed to the next production line under the condition that the judgment result shows that the marking operation is qualified; and the second conveying unit is used for conveying the product to be marked which has performed the marking operation to the unqualified marking area under the condition that the judgment result shows that the marking operation is unqualified.
In an optional embodiment, the control device of the marking machine further comprises: the determining unit is used for determining the product type information of the next product to be marked after the marking machine is controlled to execute the marking operation on the product to be marked based on the target marking scheme and the product to be marked is sent to the marking area to be removed; and the determining unit is used for determining whether the marking scheme needs to be switched or not based on the product type information of the next product to be marked.

According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a marking machine using the control method of the marking machine.
The marking machine provided by the embodiment of the invention can mark different types of products or different positions of the same product, improves the flexibility of the marking machine, achieves the technical effect of improving the marking efficiency of the marking machine, and further solves the technical problem of low marking efficiency caused by low flexibility of the marking machine in the related technology.

Claims (10)

1. A method of controlling a marking machine, comprising:
determining product type information of a product to be marked;
generating triggering information based on the product type information so as to trigger a marking machine to select a target marking scheme corresponding to the product type from a plurality of marking schemes to be selected, wherein the marking schemes to be selected comprise: determining a marking scheme based on product information of different products to be marked, and determining the marking scheme based on different marking requirements of the same product to be marked;
and controlling the marking machine to perform marking operation on the product to be marked based on the target marking scheme.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining product type information for a product to be marked comprises:
determining identification information of a production line for conveying the product to be marked;
and determining the product type information of the product to be marked based on the identification information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining product type information for a product to be marked comprises:
determining that the product to be marked reaches a marking area;
collecting the image of the product to be marked by using image collecting equipment;
and analyzing the image, and determining the product type information of the product to be marked based on the analysis result.

The method of claim 1, further comprising, before generating triggering information based on the product type information to trigger the marking machine to select a target marking scheme corresponding to the product type from a plurality of marking schemes to be selected: generating the plurality of marking schemes to be selected;
wherein generating the plurality of marking schemes to be selected comprises:
selecting a plurality of products of different types, and generating a plurality of marking schemes to be selected based on the characteristic information of the products of different types and marking requirements; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and selecting the same type of product, and generating the multiple marking schemes to be selected based on the characteristic information of the product and different marking requirements.
5. The method of claim 1, after controlling the marking machine to perform a marking operation on the product to be marked based on the target marking scheme, further comprising:
and detecting the object to be marked after the marking operation is executed, and judging whether the marking operation is qualified or not based on the detection result to obtain a judgment result.
6. The method according to claim 5, after detecting the object to be marked after the marking operation is performed, so as to determine whether the marking operation is qualified based on the detection result, and obtaining a determination result, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the judgment result shows that the marking operation is qualified, conveying the product to be marked after the marking operation is executed to the next production line;
and under the condition that the judgment result shows that the marking operation is unqualified, conveying the product to be marked which has performed the marking operation to an unqualified marking area.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that, after controlling the marking machine to perform a marking operation on the product to be marked based on the target marking scheme, it further comprises:
after the product to be marked is sent to the marking area to be moved away, determining the product type information of the next product to be marked;
and determining whether the marking scheme needs to be switched or not based on the product type information of the next product to be marked.
8. A control device of a marking machine, comprising:
the determining unit is used for determining the product type information of the product to be marked;
the selecting unit is used for generating triggering information based on the product type information so as to trigger the marking machine to select a target marking scheme corresponding to the product type from a plurality of marking schemes to be selected, wherein the marking schemes to be selected comprise: determining a marking scheme based on product information of different products to be marked, and determining the marking scheme based on different marking requirements of the same product to be marked;
and the control unit is used for controlling the marking machine to carry out marking operation on the product to be marked based on the target marking scheme.
9. A marking machine characterized in that the marking machine uses the control method of the marking machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. The marking machine of claim 9, wherein the marking machine is a laser marking machine.
