Description

Electrode group hole electrolytic machining process device
The technical field is as follows:
the invention belongs to the field of electrolytic machining, and particularly relates to an electrode group hole electrolytic machining process device.
Background art:
the electrolytic machining system consists of a feeding system, a direct current power supply or a pulse power supply, an electrolyte system, a control system and a tool device. When in processing, the workpiece is connected with the anode of a power supply, the cathode of a tool is connected with the cathode of the power supply, 6-24V pulse voltage is applied between the workpiece and the cathode of the tool, the gap between the two electrodes is about 0.1-1mm, electrolyte rushes through between the two electrodes at the speed of 5-60m/s, a conductive path is formed between the two electrodes, metal on the surface of the workpiece is dissolved into the electrolyte under the electrochemical action, and an electrolysis product is washed away by the electrolyte flowing at a high speed. With the feeding of the machine tool, the workpiece is gradually machined according to the shape of the cathode of the tool, and finally the surface shape opposite to the cathode of the tool is machined on the workpiece. The electrolytic machining removes materials by utilizing the principle of anodic dissolution, and has the advantages of wide machining range, high machining efficiency, good machining surface quality, no tool loss, no mechanical cutting force and the like.
