One end of the base 6 is a boss 17, the positioning plate 1 is detachably fixed at the upper end of the boss 17, the upper end face of the rotating plate 4 is flush with the upper end face of the boss 17, one side of the boss 17 is provided with an avoiding opening used for rotating the rotating plate 4, and after the handle 16 is pulled, the rotating plate 4 rotates towards the avoiding opening.
The rotating plate 4 is detachably fixed on the boss 17 through a bolt.
The rotating arm 5 is a bent rod, and the outer corner of the bent part is propped against one end of the second sliding block 13.
The second stop block 11 is of a cylindrical structure, the first slider 10 is a dovetail slider, the first slider 10 is embedded in a dovetail chute of the rotating plate 4, the position of the first slider 10 is adjusted through the second adjusting bolt 9, the rotating plate 4 is detachably fixed with the sealing plate 7 on one side provided with the dovetail chute, and the second adjusting bolt 9 horizontally penetrates through the sealing plate 7 and abuts against the first slider 10.
The tool 3 to be processed may be a dental surgical tool such as an upper frontal sinus lifter, a bone splitting instrument or a dental bone extruder.
When the bone splitting instrument is used, the handle part of the bone splitting instrument is placed into the positioning groove 2, the rod part to be bent is clamped into a gap between the first stop block 8 and the second stop block 11, the end part of the second slide block 13 props against the rod part at the moment, the rotating arm 5 is clockwise shifted to drive the second slide block 13 to slide towards the direction of the rod part, and due to the fact that the first stop block 8 and the second stop block 11 limit the rod part, the second slide block 13 bends the front part of the rod part clockwise by taking the second stop block 11 as an axis, and the process is the first step of bending, and is shown in figures 1-4.
Then, the handle 16 is rotated counterclockwise to drive the rotating plate 4 to rotate counterclockwise around the first stopper 8, and since the handle portion is clamped in the positioning groove 2 of the positioning plate 1, the rotation of the rotating plate 4 causes the rear portion of the rod portion to be bent counterclockwise around the first stopper 8, which is the second step of bending, as shown in fig. 5. This process is completed.
