Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of environmental protection, in particular to a graded heavy metal soil in-situ remediation agent and a remediation method thereof.
Background
Soil heavy metal contamination is one of the major environmental hazards worldwide and may enter the human food chain through agricultural crops. Unlike the pollution of other organic compounds, heavy metal pollution is difficult to naturally degrade. Many organic compounds can reduce or eliminate the toxic and harmful effects through physical, chemical or biological purification of nature itself. However, heavy metals have enrichment property, and heavy metals such as lead, cadmium and the like enter the soil environment and accumulate for a long time to destroy the self-cleaning capability of the soil, so that the soil becomes a 'storage bank' of pollutants. When crops are planted on the land, heavy metals can be absorbed by plant roots, so that the yield of the crops is reduced or heavy metals, namely toxic grains and toxic vegetables, are produced. The heavy metal polluted cultivated land area of China is about 1.8 hundred million acres, and most of the heavy metal polluted cultivated land area is concentrated in southern areas. The polluted areas are mainly agricultural areas, sewage irrigation areas, suburban areas of large and medium cities around industrial enterprises, two sides of a traffic main road and the periphery of facility agricultural bases. In the aspects of prevention, control and restoration of heavy metal pollution of farmland soil, the current domestic demand is strong, but the prior art needs optimization and integration demonstration urgently; the complete set of applicable technology is less, the cost is high, the capital investment excessively depends on the government, and the bottleneck for restricting the engineering and industrialization of the farmland soil pollution remediation technology is formed.
Soil heavy metal remediation technologies are mainly divided into phytoremediation, microbial remediation, physicochemical remediation and agricultural engineering remediation technologies. The phytoremediation is to utilize plants and root microorganisms thereof to restore polluted soil, and the phytoremediation can be divided into three categories of plant extraction, plant volatilization and plant stabilization through the absorption and transfer of heavy metals in the soil by super-accumulation plants (such as mustard, chrysanthemum hemicalifornicum and the like); microbial remediation refers to a bioremediation technique that utilizes naturally occurring or artificially cultured functional microorganisms to promote or enhance the metabolism of microorganisms, thereby reducing the activity of toxic pollutants in soil or degrading the toxic pollutants into nontoxic substances. The repairing mechanism of the microorganism mainly comprises biological adsorption, biological conversion and the oxidation reduction, dissolution and methylation of the microorganism on heavy metal ions; the physical and chemical remediation comprises electric remediation, soil leaching and the like, and the electric remediation technology mainly applies a direct current electric field to the two sides of the heavy metal contaminated soil to form an electric field gradient, so that the heavy metal contaminants are brought to the two ends of the electrode, and the purpose of cleaning the contaminated soil is achieved. The soil leaching is to leach the polluted soil by using a leaching solution or a solution containing a reagent capable of improving the solubility of the heavy metal, transfer the heavy metal in the solid phase of the soil to the liquid phase, and then form a relatively stable complex or generate a precipitate by using a compound containing a certain ligand or anions and the heavy metal; the agricultural engineering restoration technology is a method for covering polluted surface soil with uncontaminated active soil or removing the polluted surface soil and then cultivating and activating the lower soil by using a physical mechanical method. The engineering restoration technology mainly comprises soil replacement, soil dressing, deep ploughing and soil turning and the like.
At present, most of the common soil remediation methods in China are remediation agents for in-situ remediation, but the heavy metal contaminated soil has the characteristics that the heavy metal contamination degrees at different depths are inconsistent, this is because the transfer of heavy metal ions is mainly achieved by the penetration of water, and the deeper the soil depth, the greater the density, namely, the pores or cracks are less, and the water permeability is weaker, so that the common repairing agent does not grasp the characteristics of the polluted soil during repairing, the repairing is carried out in a full-coverage non-differentiation mode, on one hand, the repairing is not concentrated enough, the repairing effect is not obvious enough, the time consumption is long, on the other hand, two extreme conditions often occur, the repairing agent stays on the surface layer of the soil and is difficult to deeply repair, on the other hand, the permeation capability is too strong, so that the deep repairing agent is rich, in conclusion, the current heavy metal pollution remediation agent is difficult to truly and effectively remediate soil in a targeted manner.
