Abstract

The invention can effectively overcome the defects of oil stain removal by adopting two processes of organic solvent cleaning and nitrogen purging replacement in the prior art, and can completely remove the oil in the deep-cooling express line storage tank.

The nitrogen purging and replacing method mainly adopts the mode that liquid nitrogen is vaporized and then is continuously charged into the deep-cooling express storage tank for discharging, the treatment effect of the method is not obvious, and due to the fact that the boiling point of oil stains is extremely high and the temperature of the vaporized liquid nitrogen is low, the vaporized nitrogen directly purges the oil stains in the storage tank and cannot be effectively removed, and a great amount of trace oil stains cannot be completely removed after being adsorbed on the inner wall.
