The modified asphalt strong-shearing stirring device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism (4) is composed of a stirring motor (41), a stirring rod (42) and stirring blades (43), the stirring motor (41) is installed on the discharging mechanical sealing cover (12), the stirring rod (42) respectively penetrates through the feeding mechanical sealing cover (11) and the discharging mechanical sealing cover (12) and is in transmission connection with the stirring motor (41), the stirring blades (43) are provided in plurality, and the stirring blades (43) are arranged inside the stirring tank (1) and are in transmission connection with the stirring rod (42).

7. A modified asphalt strong-shear mixing device as defined in claim 1, wherein a first waste gas discharge pipe (81) is arranged on the top of the material collecting tank (2), and a second waste gas discharge pipe (82) is arranged on the top of the discharging mechanical sealing cover (12).
8. A modified asphalt strong shear mixing device according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the mixing tank (1) is provided with a plurality of bumps (16).
9. A modified asphalt strong-shear mixing device as defined in claim 1, wherein said mixing tank (1) is inclined, and the end of said mixing tank (1) where said feeding mechanical sealing cover (11) is installed is higher than the end of said discharging mechanical sealing cover (12).
10. A modified asphalt strong-shear mixing device as defined in claim 1, wherein a heating device (32) is arranged inside the stuffy tank (3).
