Background
In order to enable the existing buses and buses to run on highways more quickly, a whole piece of toughened window glass is mostly adopted. The window breaker of the existing passenger car has the defect of insufficient operation convenience. In order to overcome the defects of the conventional window breaking device, various window breaking device schemes are provided for numerous patents. For example, the authorized bulletin numbers CN105999572A "a multifunctional automobile window breaker", CN206566367U "a window breaker and a window breaker using the window breaker" and the like, these window breakers provide beneficial tools for emergency escape when a bus has an accident, but they have a common defect that a window breaker needs to be found when a danger comes, and because the provided window breaker is small and exquisite, the hardness of the ejection spring is strong, the window breaker is difficult to be used normally by old, weak and children, even for adults, if the strength is insufficient or the using method is not correct, the toughened glass is difficult to be broken to realize escape and self rescue; particularly, when the vehicle is inclined and overturned by ninety degrees, the passenger cannot take the window breaker easily, and even if the window breaker is taken, the passenger cannot knock the toughened glass arranged on the top by the window breaker. The prior art has portable window breaker, and this window breaker is small and exquisite portable, but need to trigger this device and break the window, must hold this device and exert pressure more than 10 kilograms to toughened glass's direction and can reach the purpose of trigger cone head broken window, and this is still not suitable for children and old and weak people, or when the door window is above. Before, this research and development team design has the broken window ware of fixing on toughened glass, but this type of broken window ware need reserve the hole of fixed broken window ware on toughened glass, can't install on the current door window that does not preset the fixed orifices.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a fixed window breaker which can well overcome the defects.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a fixed window breaker comprises a protective cover, a trigger sleeve, a passive turntable, an active turntable, a coil spring, a bottom plate, a rope, a handle and a spring ring; the side surface of the protective cover is provided with a strip-shaped opening and a short opening, the protective cover is clamped on the bottom plate, a passive turntable and an active turntable can be accommodated in an inner cavity of the protective cover, and the parts on the passive turntable and the active turntable are not contacted with the protective cover under any condition; the trigger sleeve is fixed on the bottom plate, an inner cavity opening of the trigger sleeve is arranged below the trigger sleeve, and a sliding groove is arranged at a lower opening of the trigger sleeve; the top of the inner cavity is provided with a limiting hole, and a taper rod tail access hole is arranged above the limiting hole; a linkage block, a conical rod and a conical rod tail are arranged on the conical head; the spring ring is sleeved on the conical rod, one end of the spring ring is propped against the linkage block, the other end of the spring ring is propped against the lower part of the limiting hole, and the tail of the conical rod cannot enter the inner cavity through the limiting hole under the action of the limiting ring; the driven turntable is provided with a driven turntable central hole, a clamping hole, an inclined plane chute and an inclined plane protrusion; the driving turntable is provided with an annular groove, a rope is arranged in the annular groove, and one end of the rope is fixed in the annular groove; one end of a spring leaf is fixed on a driving disc bottom plate in the middle of the driving rotary disc by a rivet, and an inclined plane head is fixed at the other end of the spring leaf; the inclined plane head always props against the bottom of the driven turntable under the action of the spring piece; a coil spring is arranged in a coil spring cavity on the driving disc bottom plate, the outer end of the coil spring is fixed on the inner wall of the coil spring cavity, and the inner end of the coil spring is fixed outside the positioning shaft; the central hole of the driving turntable is sleeved on the limiting shaft; the limiting disc limits the driving turntable to the lower side of the limiting disc, and limits the driven turntable to the upper side of the limiting disc; the screw penetrates through the gasket and the limiting disc and is screwed into a threaded hole in the middle of the positioning shaft, and the movable turntable and the driving turntable are limited on the positioning shaft; and a double-faced adhesive tape plate is fixed below the bottom plate, and a protective film is arranged below the double-faced adhesive tape plate.

The rope is pulled to enable the driving turntable to rotate the ring at most, and after the driving turntable is linked with the driven turntable, the ratio of the distance of the linkage block forced to move by the inclined surface protrusion to the distance of the length of the rope pulled out from the guide ring is not less than the following ratio; the outer diameter of the driving turntable is not less than 110mm, the width of the annular groove formed in the driving turntable is not less than the diameter of the rope, and the rope can bear 80 kilograms of pulling force.
When the rope is not influenced by external force, the coil spring can drive the driving turntable to reset and drive the rope to retract to the position where the limiting ball is contacted with the guide ring.
By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention is suitable for being stuck and fixed on the toughened glass window and is suitable for being installed and used on the fixed glass window of the existing bus;
2. the invention adopts a pull wire triggering mode, can be installed at a higher position of a vehicle window, and can not shield the view of passengers;
3. the handle of the invention can automatically droop no matter what inclination angle the vehicle is placed; even in water, can be held by a user for use;
4. according to the relationship between the diameter of the rotating disc and the diameter of the moving gear, a user only needs to apply about 2 kilograms of pulling force on the handle, so that the shooting mechanism can be triggered to break the window;
5. the invention pulls the rope to the limit once, so that the conical head can hit 2 times towards the toughened glass, the window breaking speed is high, and the window breaking rate is high;
6. the invention can be directly installed on the vehicle window provided with the solar film, after the toughened glass is broken by using the invention, the handle can be used for driving the rope to pull the solar film adhered on the bottom plate to displace the solar film, thereby achieving the purpose of completely breaking the window.

The inclined plane head 45 is arranged below the movement track of the clamping hole 32, and when the driving turntable 40 rotates, the inclined plane head 45 is driven to pass through the lower part of the clamping hole 32 and enter the clamping hole 32 under the action of the spring piece 44; the inclined plane head 45 is arranged below the motion track of the clamping hole 32, and when the driving turntable 40 rotates, the inclined plane head 45 enters the clamping hole 32 under the action of the spring piece 44 when passing below the clamping hole 32; after the bevel head 45 enters the engaging hole 32, the driven rotary disc 30 can be driven to rotate clockwise, but the driven rotary disc 30 cannot be driven to rotate counterclockwise.

When the driving turntable 40 and the driven turntable 30 are linked, the ratio of the distance of the linkage block 24 forced by the inclined plane protrusion 34 to the distance of the length of the rope 70 pulled out from the guide ring 62 is not less than 1: 10; the outer diameter of the driving turntable 40 is not less than 110mm, the width of the annular groove 41 formed in the driving turntable 40 is not less than the diameter of the rope 70, and the rope 70 is made of fireproof materials and can bear 80 kilograms of pulling force.
When the rope 70 is not influenced by external force, the coil spring drives the driving turntable to reset and drives the rope to retract to a position where the limiting ball is contacted with the guide ring.
