Abstract
本发明公开了一种去黑眼圈的眼霜及其制备方法,眼霜含有以下物质:固态油脂,液体油脂,固态乳化剂,功效性成分,植物抗敏成分,保湿剂,防腐剂,眼霜的制备方法为将油相体系和水相体系分别加热,然在将油相体系和水相体系混合均质,后降温加入防腐剂以及功效活性成分,本发明可以改善因色素沉着和血液流通不畅等原因引起的黑眼圈,配方滋润温和,对安全性要求极高,油脂间的相容性和配伍性较好,具有抗菌消炎作用,且制备方法简单,无需复杂的操作流程。

本发明属于护肤化妆品领域,尤其涉及一种去黑眼圈的眼霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
眼霜有滋润功效,除了可以缓解黑眼圈、眼袋问题外,同时也具备改善皱纹、细纹的功效。眼霜是用来保护眼睛周围比较薄的这一层皮肤的。眼霜对眼袋、黑眼圈、鱼尾纹等都有一定的效用,但是不同的眼霜有不同的作用。黑眼圈的形成因睡眠不足或生活压力形成眼部血液循环减慢,血液停滞于血管内,血液细胞便移向连接着接近皮肤的细胞组织,使眼部皮肤形成一层蓝色。
在申请号为:CN201610440462.4,申请日为:20160617,名称为:一种去黑眼圈紧肤眼霜的专利中,公开了一种去黑眼圈紧肤眼霜,本发明的眼霜主要包括以下质量百分比的物质:细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原1~4%、甘草黄酮0.02~0.08%以及水等成分,此发明眼霜的特点是通过以上成分的协同作用,一方面,可以促进眼部肌肤在短时间内变得更为平滑,在肌肤表面形成精细的薄膜,具有明显的紧肤作用;另一方面,抑制黑色素的生成,补充肌底水分,从而使本发明眼霜具有去黑眼圈,紧肤除皱的功效,令双眸回复神采奕奕。虽然市场上有类很多此类眼霜产品,但是效果并不明显,这是现有技术的缺陷。

本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种去黑眼圈的眼霜及其制备方法

一种去黑眼圈的眼霜,其成分按质量百分比组成如下:
功效活性成分:0.5-10;
固态油脂:5-12;
液态油脂:3-10;
固态乳化剂:1-7;
保湿剂:6-20;
流变调节剂:0.01-5;
防腐剂:0.5-3;
去离子水:33-84;
所述功效活性成分为水蛭素、寡肽-1、植物甾醇、红没药醇、甘草根提取物、人参提取物、白芍提取物、积雪草提取物、芦荟提取物、雪莲提取物、马齿苋提取物、燕麦葡聚糖类、神经酰胺、植物鞘氨醇、咖啡因中的一种或几种。
优选的,上述功效活性成分为水蛭素、寡肽-1、红没药醇、甘草根提取物、植物甾醇、神经酰胺、咖啡因中的两种或几种。
其中,更优选的,所述功效活性成分为水蛭素、寡肽-1、丹参提取物、白芍提取物、双羟丙基咪唑烷基脲的混合物。
优选的,所述固态油脂为脂肪酸、脂肪醇、天然蜡、合成蜡、乳木果油、医用凡士林、羊毛脂、脂肪酸甘油酯中的一种或几种。
更优选,所述固态油脂为鲸蜡硬脂醇、乳木果油、医用凡士林中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述液态油脂为椰子油、橄榄油、硅油、棕榈酸异丙酯、碳酸二辛酯、沙棘果油、鳄梨油、杏仁油、小麦胚芽油、山茶籽油、角鲨烷、矿油、氢化聚异丁烯、季戊四醇四酯、辛酸、癸酸甘油三酯、异壬酸异壬酯、异构十六烷烃、月桂酸己酯、月见草油、棕榈酸乙基己酯、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、菜籽油、大豆油中的一种或几种。

上述所述眼霜的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
S1:油相体系的制备:将固态油脂、液态油脂、固体乳化剂组成的油相水浴加热至65℃-90℃,即得油相体系;
S2:水相体系的制备:将流变调节剂分散到去离子水和保湿剂组成的水相中,加热至55℃-85℃,即得水相体系;
S3:乳化形成:以转速2000-6000r/min均质所述步骤S2获得的水相体系,同时加入所述步骤S1获得的油相体系,再以转速2000-6000r/min均质8-15min;
S4:获得眼霜:将所述步骤S3所得的混合体系自然冷却,降温至温度50℃以下时,加入防腐剂,降温至温度30℃以下加入功效活性成分,香精,以转速150-700r/min搅拌15-45min,再自然冷却至室温即可得到所述眼霜。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的去黑眼圈眼霜,多种润肤剂和保湿剂相互搭配,保湿效果好,具有良好的抗菌消炎作用,对眼周的肌肤修护和保护的作用更加周全,且制备方法简单,无需复杂的操作流程。

制备方法:具体添加成分见表一:
1.将油相体系中的各种固态油脂和液态油脂在85℃的水浴中完全溶解,再将固体乳化剂也分别溶解其中;
2.将流变调节剂分散到去离子水和保湿剂组成的水相中,加热至85℃完全溶解;
3.在水相体系中缓缓加入油相体系,一边加一边均质,均质速度控制在3000r/min,均质时间控制在15min;
4.将步骤3所得的混合体系自然冷却,降温至温度50℃以下时,加入防腐剂,降温至温度30℃以下加入功效活性成分,以转速300r/min搅拌30min,再自然冷却至室温即可得到所述眼霜。

4.将步骤3所得的混合体系自然冷却,降温至温度50℃以下时,加入防腐剂,以转速300r/min搅拌30min,再自然冷却至室温即可得到所述眼霜。
表二:对比例1的成分表
实施例1中功效活性成分所述的原料:
蛭提取物中的水蛭素至今为止世界上被认为最强的、最有效和最安全的可逆行天然凝血酶抑制剂。黑眼圈常因睡眠不足、眼睛疲劳等因素引起,因眼周皮肤内微血管内血液流速缓慢,血液量增多而氧气消耗量提高,缺氧血红素大增,造成眼周肌肤淤血及浮肿现象,经过光线反射后显现出黑眼圈。水蛭素能够有效促进眼周血液循环,缓解眼周淤血和浮肿的现象。
白芍提取物可以缓解眼周肌肤因长期日晒、肌肤过度干燥或血液滞留导致的色素堆积,缓解黑眼圈现象。
寡肽-1能够促进细胞新生,从而缓解眼部皮肤因老化变薄,胶原蛋白流失产生凹陷,缓解眼窝底部的出现的青色阴影。
VE醋酸酯的作用:良好的抗氧化剂,清除自由基抗炎症,帮助伤口愈合,促进血液微循环。
红没药醇具有抗炎活性,配合丹参提取物调节皮肤免疫功能,消除炎症,避免眼周皮肤过薄而容易导致的敏感,接触其他外界因素对皮肤的毒副作用。
对于实施例1所制备的眼霜,做出了相应如下关于去黑眼圈眼霜的黑红度实验和皮肤弹性值实验效果实施例1以及刺激性、过敏性实验效果实施例2。
效果实施例1:实施例1和对比例1去黑眼圈眼霜的黑红度实验和皮肤弹性值实验比较。
对象:15名志愿者 部位:眼周
实验设计:每天早、晚使用洁面乳清洗面部及眼周,洗后分别使用实施例1和对比例1膏霜,使用8周。
实验结果:
1.黑红度变化:如附图1和附图2所示,与对比例1膏霜比较,实施例1膏霜的黑度在1周、2周、3周和4周分别下降了3.68%、10.03%、18.72%和19.73%;与对比例1膏霜比较,实施例1膏霜的红度在1周、2周、3周和4周分别下降了3.56%、7.12%、16.16%和17.26%,说明蛭提取物搭配寡肽-1和红没药醇有较好的去黑去红的功效。见附图1和附图2.
2.弹性制变化:如附图3所示,与对比例1膏霜比较,实施例1膏霜的弹性制在2周、4周、6周和8周分别上升了11.04%、12.07%、13.06%和14.88%,说明寡肽-1搭配蛭提取物和红没药醇有较好的提高眼周皮肤弹性的效果。见附图3。
效果实施例2:刺激性、过敏性实验。
实施例1制备眼霜经刺激性实验验证:均为无刺激和过敏反应。
本发明组分中的蛭提取物、寡肽-1、红没药醇按照表一特定的比例加入到配方中,得到的样品与空白眼霜作对照,去黑眼圈的的效果明显优于空白组眼霜。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明而非限制本发明的技术方案,尽管参照上述实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:依然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明的精神和范围,而所附权利要求意在涵盖落入本发明精神和范围中的这些修改或者等同替换。
Claims (13)
1.一种去黑眼圈的眼霜,其特征在于:其成分按质量百分比组成如下:
功效活性成分:0.5-10;
固态油脂:5-12;
液态油脂:3-10;
固态乳化剂:1-7;
保湿剂:6-20;
流变调节剂:0.01-5;
防腐剂:0.5-3;
去离子水:33-84;
所述功效活性成分为水蛭素、寡肽-1、植物甾醇,红没药醇、甘草根提取物、人参提取物、白芍提取物、积雪草提取物、芦荟提取物、雪莲提取物、马齿苋提取物、燕麦葡聚糖类、神经酰胺、植物鞘氨醇、咖啡因中的一种或几种。
2.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述功效活性成分为水蛭素、寡肽-1、红没药醇、甘草根提取物、植物甾醇、神经酰胺、咖啡因中的两种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述功效活性成分为水蛭素、寡肽-1、丹参提取物、白芍提取物、双羟丙基咪唑烷基脲的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述固态油脂为脂肪酸、脂肪醇、天然蜡、合成蜡、乳木果油、医用凡士林、羊毛脂,脂肪酸甘油酯中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述固态油脂为鲸蜡硬脂醇、乳木果油、医用凡士林中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述液态油脂为椰子油、橄榄油、硅油、棕榈酸异丙酯、碳酸二辛酯、沙棘果油、鳄梨油、杏仁油、小麦胚芽油、山茶籽油、角鲨烷、矿油、氢化聚异丁烯、季戊四醇四酯、辛酸、癸酸甘油三酯、异壬酸异壬酯、异构十六烷烃、月桂酸己酯、月见草油、棕榈酸乙基己酯、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、菜籽油、大豆油中的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述液态油脂为碳酸二辛酯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、异壬酸异壬酯、硅油、沙棘果油中的几种混合物。
8.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述固态乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、硬脂醇聚醚-21、硬脂醇聚醚-2、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-3甲基葡糖二硬脂酸酯、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、甘油硬脂酸酯柠檬酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚、蔗糖多硬脂酸酯、PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯中的一种或几种。
9.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述固态乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、聚甘油酯、硬脂醇聚醚中的一种或几种混合物。
10.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述保湿剂为甘油、丁二醇、甘油聚醚-26、甜菜碱、甘露糖醇、透明质酸钠、泛醇中的一种或几种。
11.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述流变调节剂为有机天然水溶性聚合物、有机半合成水溶性聚合物、有机合成类水溶性聚合物之一。
12.如权利要求1所述的眼霜,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、苯氧乙醇、双咪唑烷基脲中的一种或几种。
13.如权利要求1至5任一项所述的眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备步骤如下:
S1:油相体系的制备:将固态油脂、液态油脂、固体乳化剂组成的油相水浴加热至65℃-90℃,即得油相体系;
S2:水相体系的制备:将流变调节剂分散到去离子水和保湿剂组成的水相中,加热至55℃-85℃,即得水相体系;
S3:乳化形成:以转速2000-6000r/min均质所述步骤S2获得的水相体系,同时加入所述步骤S1获得的油相体系,再以转速2000-6000r/min均质8-15min;
S4:获得眼霜:将所述步骤S3所得的混合体系自然冷却,降温至温度50℃以下时,加入防腐剂,降温至温度30℃以下加入功效活性成分,香精,以转速150-700r/min搅拌15-45min,再自然冷却至室温即可得到所述眼霜。
