The invention is mainly characterized in that the invention has the characteristics of Tibetan nationality, the refraction material is used for replacing the light guide fiber, and the pattern can be changed.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the pattern layer is positioned on the insole instead of the sole, and the pattern can be changed as long as the insole is replaced;
2. transparent polyurethane is selected as a supporting material, the light transmittance can reach 90%, the flexibility is good, the adjustability is strong, and the polyurethane with different refractive indexes can be selected for shoes with different styles and sizes;
3. the liquid material of the gel is selected as the lens, compared with the gas material which is easy to deform greatly under pressure and the solid material and the transparent polyurethane are difficult to be matched seamlessly, the gel filled in the transparent polyurethane lens type air bag can be more stable under pressure;
4. with an exit angle of 30 degrees, the pattern is effectively magnified. And along with the action of the legs, the height of the soles from the ground is changed continuously, and the larger the height from the ground is, the larger the range of the patterns is. The overall appearance is that the more violent the action, the more violent the pattern change;
5. three 60-degree sectors and two 30-degree sectors are arranged at the front part and the rear part of the shoe, so that the patterns are prevented from being overlapped and can be presented in all directions, or only the front part or the rear part is presented;
6. combines the optical effect and develops the traditional Tibetan culture.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a Tibetan dance shoe with a projection function comprises a shoe upper 1, a projection light source layer 2, a shoe pad 3, a first sole layer 4 and a second sole layer 5.
The insole comprises a buffer layer 6, a front hollow area 7 and a rear hollow area 8. The buffer layer 6 can effectively protect the soles of the dancers from being hurt and can feel comfortable. The front hollow-out area 7 and the rear hollow-out area 8 are detachably connected in a convex shape for placing the projection light source layer 2 and connecting the projection light source layer 2 with the insole.
As shown in fig. 3, the projection light source layer 2 has two layers and includes three parts of a power control module 10, an LED lamp 9 and a chopping board 11, wherein fillers are filled above the power control module 10 and the LED lamp 9 for buffering, and the device is protected by the dancer. The power supply control module 10 is located beside the circular LED lamp, the button cell effectively saves space, and the switch is located on the side face due to detachability of the button cell and is convenient to switch. The LED lamp 9 is used for emitting light, and the chopping board 11 is positioned below the LED lamp 9 and used for manufacturing patterns; in fig. 3, for example, a Tibetan element is represented by a black light absorbing material for gray color and a light guiding material for white color. The light absorbing material and the light guide material are mutually embedded and form a pattern. The dancer can select the projection elements needed for the dance by replacing the projection light source layer 2.
The first layer 4 of the sole comprises a light blocking partition 12, a polyurethane support layer 23, hydrogel lens groups (15, 16, 20, 21, 22) and hydrogel prism groups (17, 18, 19); the light blocking partition plate 12 enables the front part and the rear part of the shoe to be divided into three 60-degree sectors and two 30-degree sectors, so that the overlapping of patterns is avoided, the patterns can be presented all-around, or only the front part or the rear part is presented, the polyurethane supporting layer 23 selects transparent polyurethane as a supporting material, the transmittance can reach 90%, the flexibility is good, the adjustability is strong, the polyurethane with different refractive indexes can be selected for the shoes with different styles and sizes, the hydrogel lens groups (15, 16, 20, 21 and 22) and the hydrogel prism groups (17, 18 and 19) all select a liquid material of gel as lenses and prisms, compared with the gas material, the gel filled in the transparent polyurethane lens type air bags is easy to deform greatly under pressure and difficult to be matched with the transparent polyurethane in a seamless mode, and the gel filled in the transparent polyurethane lens type air bags can be more stable under pressure.
Now, taking the rear part of the shoe as an example to explain the optical principle, as shown in fig. 4, the light source layer transmits light to the upper part of the first layer of the sole, the pattern is simply drawn as a circle in the figure because the pattern is changeable, the partition plates 12 are led out from the circle center to divide the pattern into 6 areas, wherein the area near the middle has no light guide path for the lens group and the prism group, so that the effect of light emission at two sides of the shoe is generated, but no specific pattern exists.
For any one of the other five regions, a lens group and a prism group are provided, and the spatial position of a whole set of optical path system corresponding to each fan shape is shown as a partial enlarged view in fig. 4.
The light path system is shown in a sectional view along the fan-shaped axial line direction in fig. 5, wherein 14 is a diaphragm in fig. 5, because the baffles are led out from the center of a circle, only the left half of light rays in the sectional view enter the fan-shaped light guide area, in order to make the pattern more clear and beautiful, the projection range is as large as possible, and the thickness of the sole is reduced. The following three points are considered in the light path design:
1. no odd ray crossings occur. This results in the centre of the sector being outside;
2. firstly, reducing the pattern to change the vertical projection of the pattern into horizontal projection, and then amplifying the pattern when the pattern is emergent;
3. the vertical center point of the last outgoing pattern should be located on the vertical center line of the first layer of the sole.
Based on the above consideration, this patent has designed hydrogel lens group (15, 16, 20, 21, 22), hydrogel prism group (17, 18, 19), lens 15 is reducing the pattern, lens 16 lets the light parallel, so that the pattern becomes horizontal projection from vertical projection and does not waste the space and take place the ray crossing, prism 17 comprises two prisms, through refraction, let the pattern become horizontal projection from vertical projection, compare with reflecting material, this method is more favorable to projecting the pattern clearly, the stability of projection and the manufacturing of shoes, prism 18, 19, through refraction, let the central point in the vertical direction of pattern should be located the central line in the vertical direction of sole first floor, in order to maximize the thickness that utilizes sole first floor. The prism 21 enlarges the pattern to make the maximum use of the thickness of the first layer of the sole, the prism 22 enables the pattern to be emitted at an emergent angle of 30 degrees, the pattern is effectively enlarged, the height of the sole from the ground is continuously changed along with the movement of the leg, the larger the height from the ground is, the larger the range of the pattern is, the stronger the movement is, and the more violent the pattern change is.
