Experimental group: the leeches cultivated by the cultivation methods of examples 1-10 were subjected to pathogen detection, the method was referred to the pathogenic aeromonas hydrophila detection method (GB/T18652-2002), whether the leeches were contained pseudomonas and aeromonas hydrophila was detected, and the detection results are shown in Table 1.
Control group: leeches cultivated by the cultivation method according to examples 1-10, but using sterilized distilled water instead of gentamicin solution and chlorhexidine solution, the pathogenic bacteria of the leeches obtained by cultivation were detected, the method according to the pathogenic aeromonas hydrophila detection method (GB/T18652-2002), whether leech-containing pseudomonas and aeromonas hydrophila were detected, and the detection results are shown in Table 1.

1) Adding water for cultivation into a cultivation device, and placing the golden-edged leech larvae into the cultivation device for cultivation;

the cultivation box is a box body with a rectangular cross section, the cultivation box is made of transparent materials, a rectangular feeding port is arranged at the top of the cultivation box along the width direction of the cultivation box, a drain port corresponding to the feeding port is arranged at the bottom of the cultivation box, first convex edges are arranged at the left side and the right side of the drain port at the bottom of the cultivation box, water baffles are arranged at the left side and the right side of the drain port, when the water baffles are hinged at the bottom of the cultivation box through hinges so that the water baffles rotate to be perpendicular to the bottom of the cultivation box, the lower ends of the water baffles are in butt joint with the first convex edges, connecting lugs are arranged at the other ends of the water baffles, which are far away from the hinged positions, of the feeding port are provided with positioning plates, one end of each electric telescopic rod is hinged with the connecting lug on the left side of the corresponding water baffle, the other end of each electric telescopic rod is hinged with the connecting lug on the right side of the corresponding water baffle, second convex edges are arranged on the inner side walls of the front side and the rear side of the box, when the width of each electric telescopic rod is smaller than the width of the water baffles, and the width of the water baffles are in butt joint with the first side walls of the rectangular base, and the two sides of the water baffles are in butt joint with the rectangular side walls, and the width of the water baffles are in butt joint with the bottom of the rectangular side walls, and the two sides of the water baffles, and the bottom of the rectangular side walls are in butt joint with the side walls, and the front side of the water baffles and the front and the side and the bottom and the side wall is connected with the two side wall and the sealing plate;
2) Collecting fresh and clean animal blood, filling an artificial casing, and then feeding the leeches with golden edges in a feeding device for continuous cultivation;
3) In the cultivation process, the golden-edged leeches are placed in gentamicin solution with 8-12 ten thousand units per 100mL for 2-4 hours every two weeks, and then water is changed for cleaning;
4) Stopping feeding 2-3 months before sale, and soaking and washing the leech with 0.02-0.1% chlorhexidine water solution for 10-20min before sale to finish cleaning and purifying the leech saliva.
2. The method for cleaning and purifying live golden-edged leech saliva as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water for cultivation meets the requirements specified in fishery water quality standard, and the pH value of the water is 6.5-7.0.
3. The method for cleaning and purifying live golden-edged leech saliva as recited in claim 1, wherein the animal blood is chicken, duck, pig, cow, sheep blood.
4. The method for cleaning and purifying live golden-edged leech saliva as claimed in claim 3, wherein the animal blood is required to be free from pollution, deterioration and addition of any auxiliary materials, and golden-edged leech feeding should be completed within 4 hours from the time of slaughtering blood.
5. The method for cleaning and purifying live golden-edged leech saliva as recited in claim 1, wherein lead in the animal blood is less than or equal to 10mg/kg; cadmium is less than or equal to 0.8mg/kg; arsenic is less than or equal to 2mg/kg; mercury is less than or equal to 0.2mg/kg; copper is less than or equal to 15mg/kg.
6. The method for cleaning and purifying live golden-edged leech saliva as recited in claim 1, wherein the animal blood does not contain leech pseudomonas, aeromonas hydrophila or aeromonas maculosa.
7. The method for cleaning and purifying live golden-edged leech saliva as recited in claim 1, wherein the sewage outlet is provided with an escape-proof net, a valve switch is arranged below the escape-proof net to open or close the sewage outlet, and an escape-proof device is arranged at the feed inlet.
8. The method for cleaning and purifying live golden-edged leech saliva as recited in claim 1, wherein sealing strips are arranged at edges of the left and right water baffles so that the edges of the left and right water baffles are tightly connected with the first convex edge and the second convex edge when the water baffles are pulled up by the electric telescopic rod.
9. The method for cleaning and purifying live golden-edged leech saliva as recited in claim 1, wherein the bottoms of the cultivation boxes on both sides of the sewage outlet are inclined at an angle of 5-10 degrees with the horizontal ground.
