Abstract
本发明实施例提供通信方法及终端、网络设备。一方面,本发明实施例终端通过上报该终端的终端能力的方式,与网络设备进行协商,确认该终端是否允许执行双无线操作、双注册操作和双连接操作中的至少一项,能够有效避免由于终端执行双无线操作、双注册操作和双连接操作中的至少一项而导致的无法进行基于N26接口的不同类型核心网之间的网络切换的技术问题,从而提高了不同类型核心网之间的网络切换的可靠性。
