In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for interactively inputting purchase and delivery information of a pharmaceutical product, and in a specific embodiment, the method may be used in an application system on a pharmaceutical product purchase platform for implementing purchase information input, delivery information input, and purchase and delivery information interaction, and a specific flow of an implementation manner of the method is as shown in fig. 1, and includes:
and S101, importing an interface according to the account login information binding information and generating a unique identity code.
As a specific implementation, this step may specifically include that the user registers an account number on a purchasing platform (e.g., a medicine purchasing platform), obtains a login user name and a password, and then logs on the purchasing platform through the user name and the password provided by the purchasing platform, and binds account information to obtain a unique id code, which may be a key code in a feasible embodiment. The user can only select to log in through a user name and a password when logging in for the first time, the key can be inserted and bound after logging in, and the user can select to log in through the user name and the password when logging in for the next time, or the user can input a digital certificate password of a key end to log in through inserting the key. Of course, in other embodiments, the purchasing platform may also be a purchasing platform for other types of goods, and is not limited to the above-mentioned medicine purchasing platform, and is not limited herein.
The users of the medicine purchasing platform described in this embodiment may be hospitals and suppliers, where a hospital is a medicine purchasing party, and a supplier is a medicine supplier who makes a supply-and-demand contract with a hospital. All hospitals and suppliers are subjected to identity binding with the medicine purchasing platform, and various application functions provided by the medicine purchasing platform are realized through respective unique identity identification codes (such as key codes), specifically including an information input function and an information release function of an information input system.
Specifically, after a medicine purchasing party logs in for the first time through a user name and a password, a hospital can bind a medicine purchasing information import interface to a medicine purchasing platform through binding account login information and obtain a unique identity code serving as the medicine purchasing party, the medicine purchasing information of the hospital end can be directly issued to the medicine purchasing platform through the medicine purchasing information import interface through the unique identity code, and on the other hand, order processing information and delivery information issued by a corresponding medicine supplier can be received; after the drug supplier logs in for the first time through the user name and the password, the drug supplier can bind the order processing information import interface inside the enterprise to the drug purchasing platform through binding account login information and obtain a unique identity code serving as the drug supplier.
In practical application, after identity binding, a drug supplier can also perform enterprise qualification verification to determine that the enterprise has the qualification for transaction on the purchasing platform, and only an enterprise passing the qualification verification can receive the drug purchasing information issued by the matched drug purchasing party through the unique identity code, import the order processing information and the delivery information to the platform through an order processing system import interface inside the enterprise, and issue the information to the corresponding drug purchasing party.
And S102, acquiring purchasing information.
In this embodiment, the purchase information may be medicine purchase information, and specifically includes: drug type information, drug quantity information, buyer's institution information, and seller's institution information. The medicine purchasing information comes from a purchasing plan of the hospital, the hospital selectively imports the medicine type information and the medicine quantity information which need to be purchased into the medicine purchasing platform according to the purchasing plan, repeated editing is not needed, and a purchasing catalog can be directly generated on the medicine purchasing platform. The buyer institution information and the seller institution information are manually maintained at the time of information import in the hospital, and in a possible embodiment, the buyer institution information and the seller institution information can be directly imported and acquired optionally through the bound account information.
And S103, matching suppliers for the purchasing party according to the purchasing information and the identity identification code, and generating a purchasing order to release to the suppliers.
Specifically, after the medicine purchasing information of the medicine purchasing party is acquired, the medicine suppliers are matched according to the buyer organization information and the seller organization information contained in the buyer organization information, and if the medicine supplier specified in the medicine purchasing information does not complete registration or identity binding on the medicine purchasing platform, the purchase order cannot be processed. And if the supplier registered and bound in the platform conforms to the seller organization information contained in the medicine purchasing information, generating a purchasing order, and issuing the medicine purchasing information to the selected medicine supplier through the identity code of the medicine purchasing party.
And S104, acquiring the order delivery information of the matched supplier and issuing the order delivery information to the purchasing party.
After the medicine purchasing information is successfully released, an order information is newly added to the matched medicine supplier, so that the medicine supplier can prepare and deliver the goods in the enterprise through the order information, and the order delivery information in an order information management system (which can be an enterprise ERP system) of the enterprise, including the order processing information and the delivery information, is imported to a medicine purchasing platform through an order processing information import interface.
Specifically, the order processing information may include: a medicine order type, an actual delivery medicine type, an order amount, an actual delivery amount, etc., and the delivery information may include delivery time and delivery status (e.g., in stock or delivered, etc.). In actual operation, after the medicine purchasing information is successfully issued, the medicine purchasing platform directly acquires order delivery information from the matched medicine supplier information import interface, and if the acquired order delivery information is empty, the medicine purchasing platform issues order unprocessed information to the medicine supplier; at this point it will be appreciated that the supplier may not have seen the order information or yet published the processing information for the order. And if the obtained order delivery information is not empty, the order delivery information is issued to the medicine purchasing party, and the order delivery information comprises a delivery list, a delivery state and a delivery arrival notice.
According to the method for interactively inputting the medicine purchasing and delivery information, the identity information of the hospital and the identity information of the supplier are respectively bound, and the medicine purchasing information import interface of the medicine purchasing party and the order processing information interface of the supplier are respectively bound, so that the purchasing plan of the hospital and the delivery information of the supplier can be directly, safely and accurately imported to a medicine purchasing platform, manual repeated inputting is not needed, and errors caused by data inputting are avoided. Meanwhile, purchasing information is respectively issued to the mutually matched suppliers through the unique identification codes of the medicine purchasing party and the medicine supplier, and delivery information is issued to the purchasing party, so that information interaction between the purchasing party and the medicine supplier is realized, information leakage can be avoided, and the information can be checked and seen by an unrelated user.
As a specific implementation manner, as shown in fig. 2, the step S102 of acquiring purchase information specifically refers to acquiring medicine purchase information, where the medicine purchase information specifically includes: drug type information, drug quantity information, buyer's institution information, and seller's institution information. The process of step S102 may specifically include:
s201, reading an information input identification code in a medicine variety class;
and S202, judging whether the medicine type information contains an illegal information entry identification code.
In this example, the illegal information entry identification code includes: the medicine variety class comprises information entry identification codes which cannot be read or matched. The specific determination process can be described as follows: and matching the read medicine type information with the registered medicine type information in the medicine purchasing platform, if the medicine type information contains an information entry identification code which cannot be read or matched, namely the medicine type is not registered in the platform, the medicine type can be successfully read and added into the medicine purchasing catalog after the medicine type is registered, and if the situation does not occur, the medicine type information can be successfully read and added into the medicine purchasing catalog. It should be noted that, in practical applications, the types of drugs include information entry identification codes that cannot be read or matched, and it is impossible for the information entry of the types of drugs to be wrong, because the acquired drug purchasing information is directly imported through the hospital, usually, the drug information management system at the hospital has already checked the detailed information of the drugs, and if there is a mistake, the detailed information of the drugs should be processed in the drug information management system in the hospital.
Step S203, for the medicine types of which the information entry identification codes cannot be read successfully, the platform issues a prompt for requesting the registration of the medicine types to the medicine purchasing party, and the medicine purchasing party confirms after receiving the prompt. If the drug purchasing party confirms that a registration request of the drug type needs to be provided, step S204 is entered, the drug purchasing party registers the newly added drug type, and the drug purchasing platform updates the platform drug database; and if the medicine purchasing party confirms that the registration request of the medicine type does not need to be made, skipping the medicine type to read the information entry identification code of the next medicine type in the medicine purchasing information.
The embodiment further checks the medicine purchasing information by reading the information entry identification code of the medicine type in the medicine purchasing information so as to ensure the legality and the compliance of purchasing medicines, and simultaneously can update the medicine information database on the medicine purchasing platform in real time so that the medicine information on the medicine purchasing platform is consistent with the medicine information stored in the internal system of the hospital and the supplier.
As a specific implementation manner, as shown in fig. 3, the process of matching a supplier for the purchasing party according to the purchasing information and the identification code in step S103, and generating a purchasing order to issue to the supplier in step S103 may specifically include:
step S301, matching the drug supplier which is registered on the drug purchasing platform and completes identity binding according to the receiving address in the buyer organization information, wherein the matching is successful as long as the delivery address of the drug supplier comprises the receiving address of the buyer organization. The hospital can sign supply and demand contracts with suppliers, both parties can simultaneously bind the signed and effective supply and demand contracts when the medicine purchasing platform carries out account registration and identity binding, and the medicine purchasing platform can be matched through the information, so that the safety of information release can be ensured, and the information is effectively prevented from being checked by irrelevant users.
Step S302, according to the matching result of the medicine suppliers, whether the number of the matched medicine suppliers is one or more is judged, namely whether the number of the matched suppliers according to the receiving address exceeds one is judged. In practical operation, there may be a plurality of drug providers signed by one hospital, and one drug provider may also supply drugs to a plurality of hospitals simultaneously, so that the number of matched providers may be greater than 1. If a drug provider is matched based on the shipping address, the purchase order is issued directly to the drug provider.
Step s303. if more than one drug provider is matched according to the shipping address, the drug provider set as the preferred delivery is selected and the purchase order is issued to the drug provider.
In this embodiment, a hospital may sign a contract for multiple drug providers at the same time, and information of each drug provider may be viewed and edited on a platform, including enterprise change public information of the drug provider, user evaluation of the enterprise, complaint conditions, and score conditions of the enterprise. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an interface for a buyer to view a score of a drug provider. When the buyer obtains a plurality of matched medicine suppliers, the evaluation scores of the medicine suppliers, including the enterprise product scores and the enterprise scores, can be selected and checked through the medicine supplier list, so that the optimal medicine supplier is selected and set as the medicine supplier with the first delivery to distribute the medicine purchasing information. In one possible embodiment, the hospital may also directly set its own first supplier, which is the subject of the priority matching when matching the drug suppliers.
The embodiment can accurately and directionally issue the medicine purchasing information by matching the medicine supplier with the medicine purchasing party so as to avoid unnecessary information leakage caused by the fact that irrelevant users check the information issued by the purchasing party.
