And the signal description information is acquired from a background database of the substation monitoring host and is transmitted to the telecontrol workstation in real time, and the telecontrol workstation stores the latest version of the description file, so that the consistency between the description information in the file uploaded to the dispatching master station and the monitoring background is ensured.
