the step of generating corresponding task bars from the plurality of tasks includes the steps of:
and respectively determining second identifications of the tasks according to the video projects where the tasks are located, and endowing the second identifications to corresponding task bars.
In this embodiment, the movie flow management software is a software for analyzing and processing a movie project, and can be used for splitting data of the movie project so as to obtain a plurality of different tasks; when the task bar corresponding to the task is generated, a second identifier of the task can be obtained according to the video project where the task is located, the second identifier is used for representing the video project where the task is located, and the second identifier is given to the task bar to be displayed, so that a user can distinguish the task conveniently.
It should be noted that, during task scheduling, tasks of multiple video project data may be scheduled at the same time, different video projects may be distinguished through different second identifiers, which may be, but not limited to, colors, shapes, symbols, marks, characters, and the like of task bars, and progress of multiple video projects may be seen through a video task scheduling interface, so as to implement global visualization of task scheduling and task states of multiple video projects.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the scheduling method of the movie task further includes the following steps:
acquiring the current time, and displaying a first identifier of the task bar if the date of the task bar is before the current time; and if the date of the task bar is behind the current time, displaying a second identification of the task bar.
In this embodiment, the task bar itself corresponds to a date, and if the date of the task bar is before the current time and the scheduling time of the task has passed, a first identifier may be displayed to indicate a task state corresponding to the task bar, so that a user can conveniently know whether the task is executed; if the date of the task bar is behind the current date, the scheduling time of the task does not pass and the task is not executed, the second identification can be displayed to represent the video project where the task is located, and if the number of the second identifications of the same project is less, the number of scheduled tasks which are not executed in the project is less, so that the execution state of the task can be displayed, and the execution progress of the video project can also be displayed.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, if the date of the task bar is before the current time, the first identifier and the second identifier of the task bar are displayed; if the date of the task bar is behind the current time, displaying a second identifier of the task bar; therefore, even if the task is executed, the video project where the executed task is located can be distinguished.
In one embodiment, the scheduling method of the film and television tasks further comprises the following steps:
and updating the task states of the tasks through the video flow management software, and synchronously updating and displaying a first identifier, wherein the first identifier comprises a task completion identifier, a task audit identifier or a task modification identifier.
In this embodiment, after a task scheduling, an operator may execute a task named by the operator according to an actual situation, and needs to perform auditing or modification after the execution, a corresponding task state may be reflected in the movie and television flow management software, the movie and television flow management software updates task states of a plurality of tasks, updates the first identifier synchronously, and updates the task state in time in a movie and television task scheduling interface, and according to the execution situation of the task, the first identifier may include a task completion identifier, a task auditing identifier, or a task modification identifier, and the task completion identifier indicates that the operator has completed the task; the task auditing identification represents that the operator has executed the task and is currently in the auditing process; the task modification identifier indicates that the task is checked and is being modified by an operator, and the task state can be further detailed and displayed through various different identifiers, so that a user can conveniently know the task execution state.
Further, the first identifier may also include an unprocessed identifier of the task, that is, an initial identifier of the task, and in practical applications, when the task is scheduled, it may happen that the task has been scheduled but the task is not executed, the first identifier is always an unprocessed identifier.
Further, if the first identifier is represented by a color, the task unprocessed identifier, the task completed identifier, the task review identifier, and the task modified identifier may be represented by different colors.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the scheduling method of the movie task further includes the following steps:
receiving an adjusting instruction, moving any task bar according to the adjusting instruction, and moving the task bar to a target position of a scheduling interface of the film and television task, wherein the original position of the task bar is different from the date or the operator of the target position.
In this embodiment, in the actual application process, the movie project task often needs to be adjusted, but is not invariable, and at this time, the adjustment instruction may be received to move the task bar to the required position, such as a different date position of an operator, a same date position of different operators, a different date position of different operators, and the like, so as to promote the progress of the movie project.
It should be noted that the adjustment instruction may not only move the task bar, but also adjust the date corresponding to the task bar, for example, the original length of the task bar covers 3 working days, and if the processing time needs to be prolonged, the task bar may be lengthened, so that the length of the task bar may cover 5 working days, and the like.
In one embodiment, the step of arranging the task bar according to date and operator includes the steps of:
and determining the priorities of the tasks according to the sequence of the tasks or the importance levels of the tasks, and arranging the task bars according to the priorities, the dates and the operators.
In this embodiment, a plurality of tasks under a movie project are sometimes correlated with one another, the execution of the tasks has a mutual dependency relationship, the priority of the tasks can be determined according to the sequence of the plurality of tasks, the priority of the task before is high, the priority of the task after is low, the task bar is arranged by combining the priority, the date and the operator, the scheduling of the movie project tasks can be optimized, and the error confusion of the scheduling of the tasks is avoided; in addition, the priority of the tasks can be determined according to the importance levels of the tasks, wherein the priority with high importance level is high, the priority with low importance level is low, and thus the more important tasks can be preferentially executed to meet the requirements of the film and television projects.
Further, if the task belongs to processing of video images, the movie project data can be split into a series of edited video shots, each shot can be split into a group of tasks of different procedures, each shot has importance level attributes, for example, in various shots, three shots, namely a filmstrip shot, a highlight field shot and a template shot of the same field, have high importance levels and belong to a priority processing shot, and at the moment, the corresponding tasks of the shots can be prioritized.
In one embodiment, the scheduling method of the film and television tasks further comprises the following steps:
determining the sequence of the tasks according to the dependency relationship among the tasks;
after moving a task bar corresponding to any task, judging whether the dates of other tasks related to the task and the dates of the moved task bar conflict with the sequence of the task, if so, adjusting the task bars corresponding to the other tasks so that the task and the adjusted other tasks meet the sequence of the task.
In this embodiment, since the tasks are not independent and have a dependency relationship with other tasks, the order of the tasks may be determined according to the order, after moving a task bar of any one task, because the operator or the date corresponding to the task changes, other tasks related to the task may conflict with the schedule of the task after adjustment, and task bars corresponding to other tasks that need to conflict at this time are also adjusted, so as to ensure that the tasks of the movie project can be performed orderly.
Specifically, if the actual scheduling of the task at the previous stage is adjusted and conflicts with the scheduling time of the task at the later stage, the scheduling time of the task at the later stage automatically extends to the time after the scheduling time of the task at the previous stage; if the actual scheduling of the later stage task is adjusted and conflicts with the scheduling time of the earlier stage task, the scheduling time of the earlier stage task is automatically carried forward to the scheduling time of the later stage task.
In one embodiment, the scheduling method of the film and television tasks further comprises the following steps:
and acquiring the number of man-hours corresponding to each task bar under the name of each operator, counting the total number of man-hours of each operator corresponding to each task bar every day, and performing scheduling adjustment alarm if the total number of man-hours per day exceeds the preset number of man-hours per day.
In this embodiment, a task corresponding to a task bar needs to consume a certain number of hours to be executed and completed, in the task scheduling process, the number of hours corresponding to each task bar under the name of each operator can be obtained and counted, the total number of hours corresponding to each task bar by each operator every day is counted, the task can be executed and completed by the operators within a reasonable range, and if the total number of hours per day exceeds the preset number of hours per day, the tasks are difficult to complete by the operators in actual operation, so that the scheduling adjustment alarm can be performed, and a user is prompted to adjust the task scheduling in time, so that the task scheduling conforms to the actual situation.
Further, if 3 task bars exist on the same day under the name of a certain operator, the corresponding number of hours is 3 hours, 3 hours and 4 hours, the total number of hours is 10 hours, and the normal working time of the general operator every day is 8 hours, so that the total number of hours corresponding to the task bars exceeds the preset number of hours, at this time, the task scheduling of the operator can be prompted to be adjusted, and if the 4-hour task bars are moved to other dates or under the names of other operators, the current total number of hours under the name of the current operator does not exceed 8 hours;

Based on the database of the process management software server, the server side of the scheduling system is used for periodically synchronizing the specified data in the database of the process software server to the database of the scheduling system server and analyzing the specified data into a specific data format according to a set rule. And the scheduling system client reads the database of the scheduling system server and presents the task data in the form of a task bar in a front-end interface according to the date and the personnel data. The color attribute of the task bar is associated with task state data in the process software, so that the progress of the project task can be directly known from the color change. When a worker moves a task bar in the scheduling system client and adjusts the date and the belonged personnel of the task bar, the data write-back module in the scheduling system client can write back the new date and the assigned personnel data corresponding to the task bar to the process software database and the scheduling system database at the same time, and the scheduling adjustment work of the task is completed. Scheduling software in the scheduling system client automatically checks the data according to the task data in the database of the scheduling software, analyzes and compares whether the scheduling time of the tasks is reasonable or not, and gives prompt information.
The scheme has the following advantages:
1. task scheduling and task state global visualization of multiple projects
According to the scheme, all currently-in-progress projects can be automatically read from movie and television process management software, task data distributed by each project is presented in the form of task bars, the color of a new task bar is consistent with the color of the project, and when the task state changes (for example, the task state changes to pass or repair), the color of the task bar changes correspondingly. Therefore, the progress of all projects of the enterprise can be clearly seen at the front end of the system, and particularly the tasks of all the projects are planned for a future period of time.
2. Greatly facilitates the personnel and date adjustment of task arrangement for overall planning and production
According to the scheme, the task information of the existing excel table writing is presented on the front-end interface in a graphic form of a task bar, a worker can directly move the task bar to different dates and people in the client-side interface by using a mouse, and the system can automatically write back the corresponding adjusting data to the background database. Therefore, the interactive operation during the adjustment of task arrangement is greatly simplified, specific task information (personnel, time and the like) does not need to be input, and the adjusted data can be automatically written back to the process software in time, so that the synchronization of scheduling data and manufacturing data is realized.
3. Programmed checking and automatic adjustment of task scheduling
According to the scheme, after the project task information in the process software is read, data processing is carried out inside, and the working hours required by each task can be automatically calculated according to background setting. If the task allocation needs to be carried out on a certain employee, the system can automatically calculate the total working hours of all tasks scheduled for the employee on the day, and then judge whether the task allocation of the employee exceeds the rated quantity.
In addition, the system can automatically compare the task sequence among a plurality of process stages belonging to the same shot, and give an error prompt if the task scheduling time of a downstream stage is found to be before the scheduling time of a task of an upstream stage. If the actual scheduling of the upstream stage task is adjusted and conflicts with the scheduling time of the downstream task, the scheduling time of the downstream task automatically extends to one day after the scheduling time of the upstream task.
