It can be understood that the virtual resource processing method provided by the present application can be applied to a data processing device, and the data processing device can be divided into a server and a client based on the function in the whole virtual resource processing process, where the client refers to a party requesting to perform virtual resource transfer, the server refers to a party providing virtual resources, and the virtual resources are transferred from the server and then transferred to the client.
The user side may be a terminal, including but not limited to desktop terminal devices such as a desktop, portable terminal devices such as a notebook computer, a tablet computer, and a smart phone, and Virtual Reality (VR)/Augmented Reality (AR) terminal devices. The server may specifically be a server, and the server refers to any computing device that provides virtual resource processing services.
The virtual resource processing method provided by the application can be stored in the data processing equipment in the form of a computer program. The data processing device realizes the virtual resource processing method provided by the application by running the computer program. The computer program may be independent, or may exist in a form integrated with another computer program, for example, in a form of a functional module, a plug-in, or an applet integrated with another computer program.
In practical application, the virtual resource processing method provided by the present application can be applied to, but is not limited to, the application environment shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a user terminal 101 and a server terminal 102 are connected through a network, the server terminal 102 provides at least one type of virtual resource, when a balance of a specified type of virtual resource is insufficient, a first prompt message is sent to the user terminal 101 to prompt that the specified type of virtual resource is being maintained, the user terminal 101 displays the first prompt message and a corresponding reservation processing control on a virtual resource processing page, a user can trigger the reservation processing control by clicking, touching, or a voice password, and the like, the user terminal 101 responds to a trigger operation for the reservation processing control, sends a first indication message to the server terminal 102 to indicate the server terminal 102 to automatically transfer a specified number of specified type of virtual resources when the specified type of virtual resource is in a transferable state or send a recovery provision notification message to notify the user that the specified type of virtual resource is in a transferable state, the server 102 generates a reservation processing record according to the first indication information, so as to execute the reservation processing operation aiming at the specified type of virtual resource according to the reservation processing record.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the present application, the virtual resource processing method of the present application will be described below from the perspective of a user side and a server side.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of a virtual resource processing method is shown, the method includes:
s201: and receiving first prompt information sent by a server.
The service end specifically refers to a provider of the virtual resource processing service, and the provider may be a direct provider, such as an operator operating the virtual resource, or an indirect provider, such as a third party organization, such as an agent cooperating with the operator. The virtual resource refers to an allocable resource operated by an operator and existing in a digital form.
For example, for a telecommunication service, the virtual resource may be a telephone fee, a traffic, a network duration, or the like, and the service end may specifically be a telecommunication operator itself, or may be an e-commerce platform, a payment platform, or the like cooperating with the telecommunication operator. For another example, for a game service, the virtual resource may be a game duration, and the server may be a game operator or an agent cooperating with the game operator.
In actual application, a server can provide at least one virtual resource, and when at least one virtual resource is insufficient in balance, first prompt information is sent to a user side, where the first prompt information is used to prompt that a specified type of virtual resource provided by the server is being maintained, where the specified type of virtual resource is the virtual resource that is insufficient in balance.
S202: and displaying the first prompt information and the corresponding reservation processing control on the virtual resource processing page.
The user side displays first prompt information on the virtual resource processing page to prompt the user that the specified type of virtual resource is maintained, and simultaneously, the user side also displays a corresponding reservation processing control on the virtual resource processing page so as to trigger reservation processing operation aiming at the specified type of virtual resource through the reservation processing control.
In practical application, the client may display a plurality of reservation processing controls for the specified type of virtual resources, where each reservation processing control corresponds to a certain number of virtual resources and is used to request transfer of a corresponding number of specified type of virtual resources from the server. Of course, the user may also display a reservation processing control capable of customizing the number of resources for the specified type of virtual resources, and the user may customize the number of the specified type of virtual resources to be transferred through the reservation processing control.
To facilitate understanding, reference is made to specific examples. Referring to fig. 3, the payment platform provides a recharge service for virtual resources such as telephone charges and traffic, and the user displays a first prompt message 31 for the virtual resource of telephone charges on a recharge page 30 of the payment platform, that is, a resource processing business surface, and prompts the user that a telephone charge cargo source is being maintained, and proposes a reserved recharge, and displays a reserved processing control 32 for different telephone charges and a reserved processing control 33 supporting customized telephone charges.
S203: and responding to the trigger operation aiming at the reservation processing control, and sending first indication information to the server.
The user can trigger the reservation processing control in the forms of clicking, touch control or voice password, and the user side responds to the operation aiming at the reservation processing control, and sends first indication information to the server side to indicate the server side to automatically transfer the specified number of specified type virtual resources when the specified type virtual resources are in a transferable state.
Of course, the first indication information may also indicate that the server sends a provisioning resuming notification message to notify the user that the specified type of virtual resource is in the transferable state when the specified type of virtual resource is in the transferable state, so that the user may actively enter the resource processing page to perform the resource processing operation.
Considering the situation that the user clicks by mistake, the user side can also display a reservation processing confirmation page when detecting the triggering operation aiming at the reservation processing control, the reservation processing confirmation page bears a confirmation control and a cancellation control, when the user side detects the triggering operation aiming at the confirmation control, first indication information is sent to the service side, and when the user side detects the triggering operation aiming at the cancellation control, the reservation processing operation is cancelled.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, which shows a schematic diagram of confirming the reserved recharging in the telephone fee recharging process, as shown in fig. 4, after the recharging page 30 triggers the telephone fee reserved recharging operation, the user displays a reserved processing confirmation page 34 in a pop-up window form, the reserved processing confirmation page 34 carries a confirmation control 35 and a cancellation control 36, when the user clicks the confirmation control 35, the user sends the first indication information to the service end, and when the user clicks the cancellation control 36, the reserved processing operation is cancelled, and the first indication information is no longer sent.
It should be noted that, the automatic transfer of the specified amount of the specified type of virtual resources by the server can be divided into two cases, one case is that the user opens the substitute deduction service, and the server automatically transfers the virtual resources after the substitute deduction is successful, and the other case is that the user prepays the resources, and the server automatically transfers the virtual resources after the prepayment is successful. These two cases will be described in detail below.
Specifically, the user side responds to the triggering operation for the reservation processing control, when the withholding service for the specified type of virtual resource is not opened, a payment withholding service opening page is displayed, the payment withholding service opening page bears an opening control, the user can trigger the operation of opening the withholding service for the virtual resource through the opening control, and the user side responds to the triggering operation to open the withholding service for the specified type of virtual resource.
For ease of understanding, the telephone recharge is illustrated. As shown in fig. 5, when the user triggers the reservation processing control for the first time, the user terminal jumps to the payment withholding service opening page 37, the payment withholding service opening page 37 carries an opening control 38, and when the opening control is triggered, the withholding service for the telephone charge is opened, that is, the withholding is performed for the telephone charge at the first time after the telephone charge resource is recovered.
In some cases, the user terminal may also display a prepaid page carrying a prepaid control through which the user can trigger the prepaid operation in response to the triggering operation for the reservation processing control, and the user terminal may send a prepaid request to a deduction terminal, such as a server corresponding to the collection account, for prepaid amount required for transferring the specified number of the specified type of virtual resource, in response to the prepaid operation, and when the deduction is successful, the deduction terminal may send a prepaid success notification message to the user terminal, and of course, the deduction terminal also sends a prepaid success notification message to the service terminal.
Correspondingly, in this scenario, the first indication information is used to indicate that the server automatically transfers the specified number of the specified type of virtual resources when the specified type of virtual resources is in a transferable state and the prepay success notification message is received.
In view of the above, an embodiment of the present application provides a virtual resource processing method, which provides a reservation processing channel when a virtual resource is in a maintenance state, so that a virtual resource supply can be automatically processed or a user is notified to manually process when the virtual resource supply is recovered to normal, specifically, when a balance of a specified type of virtual resource provided by a service end is insufficient, a first prompt message is sent to a user end to prompt that the specified type of virtual resource is being maintained, the user end displays the first prompt message and displays a corresponding reservation processing control, a user can trigger a reservation processing operation through the reservation processing control, and the user end sends, in response to the reservation processing operation, a first indication message to a service end, where the first indication message is used to indicate that the service end automatically transfers the specified amount of the specified type of virtual resource when the specified type of virtual resource is in a transferable state, or send a recovery supply notification message to notify the user that the virtual resource is in a transferable state, so that a main Resource processing is carried out, so that stable service can be provided for users, user experience is improved, user loss is avoided, and operation cost of operators is reduced.
It is understood that the reservation time can be set during the reservation process, and the reservation time can be set by default or can be customized by the user. When the appointed type virtual resource is still in the maintenance state when the appointment time arrives, the server side can automatically cancel the appointment order and send second prompt information to the user side to prompt the server side to automatically cancel the appointment order because the appointed type virtual resource is still in the maintenance state when the appointment time arrives. And the user side receives second prompt information sent by the server side and displays the second prompt information, so that the user can know that the reservation order is cancelled because the supply of the reservation order is not recovered due to the expiration of the reservation period.
Please refer to fig. 6, which shows that in the scenario of charging the telephone fee, the reservation time is up, the source of the telephone fee is still not recovered, and the user end displays the second prompt information in the form of a small horn in the charging page 30 as a page message 39, that is, the reservation charging is automatically cancelled because no goods are available.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to view the virtual resource processing situation, a query function for the virtual resource reservation processing result is provided. Specifically, the user side sends a processing result query request to the server side in response to a processing result query operation, where the processing result query request is used to request to query whether the specified number of specified types of virtual resources are successfully transferred by the server side, the server side queries an order state in response to the processing result query request, if the order state is still in a reservation state, it indicates that the specified number of specified types of virtual resources are not successfully transferred by the server side, and if the order state is successful, it indicates that the specified number of specified types of virtual resources are successfully transferred by the server side.
For ease of understanding, the exemplary illustration is for a fee top-up. Referring to fig. 7, when the user triggers the processing result query operation, the user may jump to the order management page 40 and display the processing result 41 for the virtual resource in the form of displaying the order status on the order management page 40.
Further, the user side may further display a cancel reservation control on the display page of the processing result, and thus, the user side may send second indication information to the server side to indicate the server side to cancel the reservation processing operation in response to the cancel reservation operation triggered by the cancel reservation control. Similar to the reservation confirmation processing, in consideration of the fact that a false click exists, the user side can also display a reservation cancellation confirmation page after detecting the triggering operation of the reservation cancellation control, the page bears a confirmation cancellation control and a cancellation abandoning control, the user triggers the confirmation cancellation control, then the operation of sending the second indication information to the server side is executed, and the user side triggers the cancellation abandoning control, then the operation of sending the second indication information to the server side is abandoned.
Referring to fig. 8, when the user triggers a cancel reservation operation through a cancel reservation control at the time of telephone charge recharging, the user displays a reservation cancel confirmation page 42 in a pop-up window form on the order management page 40, the reservation cancel confirmation page 42 carries a confirmation cancel control 43 and a discard cancel control 44, and the user can confirm whether to cancel the reservation order by triggering the corresponding controls.
It should be noted that the user terminal may further receive a cancellation success notification message sent by the service terminal after canceling the reservation order, and display the cancellation success notification message. As shown in fig. 9, the user side may display the cancellation success notification message 45 in the form of a pop-up window on the order management page 40, and as shown in fig. 10, the user side may also display the cancellation success notification message 45 through a push page of a social account, such as a public number.
Next, a virtual resource processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application is introduced from the perspective of a server.
Referring to fig. 11, a flow chart of a virtual resource processing method is shown, the method includes:
s1101: and when the balance of the virtual resources of the specified type is insufficient, sending first prompt information to the user side.
The method comprises the steps that a server provides at least one virtual resource, when balance of a virtual resource of a specified type in the virtual resource provided by the server is insufficient, first prompt information is sent to a user side, and the first prompt information is used for prompting that the virtual resource of the specified type is maintained. The specified type of virtual resource may be a telephone charge, a traffic, a network duration, or a game duration, which is not limited in this embodiment.
S1102: and receiving first indication information sent by the user terminal in response to the triggering operation aiming at the reservation processing control.
In a specific implementation, the user side displays the first prompt information and the corresponding reservation processing control, and the user can trigger reservation processing operation through the reservation processing control, so that the user side can send first indication information to the server side in response to the reservation processing operation to indicate the server side to automatically transfer the specified number of specified types of virtual resources to the user side when the specified types of virtual resources are in a transferable state.
Of course, in some cases, the first indication information may also indicate that the server automatically sends a provisioning resuming notification message to notify the user that the specified type of virtual resource is in the transferable state when the specified type of virtual resource is in the transferable state.
S1103: and generating a reservation processing record according to the first indication information so as to execute reservation processing operation aiming at the specified type of virtual resource according to the reservation processing record.
Specifically, the server may generate a corresponding reservation processing record for the first indication information sent by each client, so that the server may automatically transfer the specified number of specified types of virtual resources to the client or send a provisioning resuming notification message to notify the user that the specified types of virtual resources are in a transferable state when the virtual resources are in the transferable state within a reserved time according to the reservation processing record.
In practical application, when the specified type of virtual resources are in a transferable state, that is, when the supply of the goods source is recovered, the server side automatically transfers the specified amount of the specified type of virtual resources to the user side after the amount corresponding to the virtual resources to be transferred is paid out.
The amount corresponding to the virtual resource to be transferred can be checked into two cases: one situation is that for a user who opens a payment withholding service, after the supply of the specified type of virtual resources is restored, withholding operation is triggered, and when a server receives a withholding success notification message, specified quantity of specified type of virtual resources are automatically transferred; in another case, when the user terminal triggers the reservation processing operation, a prepayment operation is initiated to prepay corresponding money, and when the service terminal receives a prepayment success notification message sent by the deduction terminal and the specified type of virtual resources resumes to supply, the specified amount of the specified type of virtual resources is automatically transferred.
In actual application, the server side can confirm whether the virtual resource of the specified type is resupplied or not through the following two ways: one way is to periodically access the back-end to determine whether to resume provisioning, and another way is to subscribe to a resume provisioning reminder, which pushes a resume provisioning notification message when the source resumes provisioning.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application provides a virtual resource processing method, and further provides a mechanism for performing reservation processing on a virtual resource when the virtual resource is in a maintenance state on the basis of real-time processing on the virtual resource, so that stable service is provided for a user, user experience is improved, user loss is avoided, and operation cost of an operator is reduced.
In consideration of traceability and security, the server may also uplink the reservation processing record and the processing record for the resource, for example, hash the reservation processing record and the processing record for the resource, and then generate a block according to the hash value and broadcast the block to the blockchain network, so that the node in the blockchain network records the block into the blockchain according to the consensus algorithm after the verification for the block is passed. On one hand, the sharing of the virtual resource processing data can be realized through the block chain, and on the other hand, the safety of the virtual resource processing data is ensured based on the non-tampering characteristic of the block chain.
That is, the virtual resource processing method of the present application may also be applied To a blockchain system, see fig. 12, where fig. 12 is an optional structural schematic diagram of the blockchain system provided in the embodiment of the present application, a blockchain system 100 is formed by a plurality of nodes 200 (any type of computing device in an access network, such as a server and a user terminal) and a client 300, a Peer-To-Peer (P2P, Peer To Peer) network is formed between the nodes 200, and a P2P Protocol is an application layer Protocol operating on a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). In a blockchain system, any machine, such as a server, terminal, can join to become a node 200, which includes a hardware layer, an intermediate layer, an operating system layer, and an application layer.
Referring to the functions of each node in the blockchain system shown in fig. 12, the functions involved include:
1) routing, a basic function that a node has, is used to support communication between nodes.
Besides the routing function, the node may also have the following functions:
2) the application is used for being deployed in a block chain, realizing specific services according to actual service requirements, recording data related to the realization functions to form recording data, carrying a digital signature in the recording data to represent a source of task data, and sending the recording data to other nodes in the block chain system, so that the other nodes add the recording data to a temporary block when the source and integrity of the recording data are verified successfully.
3) And the Block chain comprises a series of blocks (blocks) which are mutually connected according to the generated chronological order, new blocks cannot be removed once being added into the Block chain, and recorded data submitted by nodes in the Block chain system are recorded in the blocks.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is an optional diagram of a Block Structure (Block Structure) provided in the embodiment of the present invention, where each Block includes a hash value of a transaction record (e.g., a virtual resource transfer record) stored in the Block (hash value of the Block) and a hash value of a previous Block, and the blocks are connected by the hash value to form a Block chain. The block may include information such as a time stamp at the time of block generation. A block chain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralized database, is a string of data blocks associated by using cryptography, and each data block contains related information for verifying the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generating a next block.
In order to make the technical scheme of the present application clearer and easier to understand, the virtual resource processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application is further introduced below with reference to a specific scenario of telephone fee recharging.
Referring to the interaction flowchart of the virtual resource processing method shown in fig. 14, the method specifically includes the following steps:
1. a user makes an order reservation on a front-end order page;
specifically, after entering a recharge home page, a user is prompted to maintain the current goods source, the user can reserve recharge, if the goods source is recovered within the commitment time, the user can automatically recharge, and when the user determines to reserve recharge, a reservation recharge substitute buckle service can be opened;
2. the front-end ordering page generates an order on an appointed recharging service level according to an appointed operation triggered by a user;
at this time, the order state is the reservation state, and the transaction is not completed;
3. the service end gives back the result to the front-end order-placing page in the reserved recharging service layer;
the result represents the current generation reservation order;
4. the server side returns order information to the front-end order page;
the order information specifically includes information such as a mobile phone number, a charging amount, a charging request time, an order state and the like.
5. The user can also access the front-end order page to look up the order status;
6. the front-end order page responds to the user operation and initiates a query request to the service-end reserved recharging service level;
7. the server side reserves a recharging service layer and returns order information;
the server introduces a timing function and presents the timing function to the front-end user for inquiry. The front end presents the reservation state to the user, and the user can cancel the order at any time in the reservation time
8. When the background of the goods source resumes the telephone charge goods source supply, pushing a goods source resuming notification message to the reserved recharging service level, so that the reserved recharging service level can initiate an ordering operation;
the reservation recharging service layer deducts corresponding money recharging telephone fees for the user, and then adds corresponding money recharging fees for the user account; in practical application, the 'telephone charge automatic charging' interface can be reused, so that the utilization rate of the interface is improved, resources are saved, and higher reliability is achieved;
9. the server side returns order placing information to a front-end order page on a reserved recharging level;
the order placing information comprises information such as a mobile phone number, a recharging amount, recharging completion time and the like, and the order state is changed into a completion state.
Of course, if the goods source background is not put on shelf in the reserved time, the reservation is automatically cancelled for the user. If the user needs to make a reservation again after receiving the reach message.
