Wherein, in the description of the present disclosure, unless otherwise indicated, "plurality" means.
The method is mainly applied to scenes such as video and photo shooting, wherein the material resources refer to properties or auxiliary tools for shooting and the like, and comprise special effects, magic expressions, stickers and the like.
Taking the magic expressions shown in fig. 1 as an example, the magic expressions in the display panel are classified into a plurality of categories, such as "favorite", "hot", "newest", "sprout", "record", etc., wherein the magic expressions in each category are sorted in an online order.
When the user selects the magic expressions, the user needs to browse each expression and try one by one to select the appropriate expression, the user cannot find the favorite magic expression to download, time for the user to select the magic expression is wasted, and the magic expression selecting efficiency of the user is reduced.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a material resource allocation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, including the following steps.
In step S200, in response to a video generation instruction input by a target object, determining a material resource recommendation sequence of the target object through a trained material recommendation model, where the material resource recommendation sequence includes identifiers of a plurality of material resources recommended for the target object;
in step S201, in response to a material resource display instruction input by the target object, displaying the material resources to the target object in the order of the identifiers in the material resource recommendation sequence;
in step S202, at least one material resource of the material resources displayed to the target object is preloaded.
According to the method and the device, the material recommendation model for performing expression recommendation on the target is constructed, the material resource recommendation sequence for the target object can be obtained through the trained material recommendation model, the corresponding material resources are displayed to the target object based on the material resource recommendation sequence, the sequencing of the display panel is customized for the target object, the personalized recommendation on the target object is realized, the recommended material resources are more suitable for the target object, and the target object is convenient to select; in addition, at least one of the material resources which are recommended for the target object in a personalized mode is preloaded, and then the target object does not need to be loaded when the preloaded material resources are selected, so that the time for the target object to download the material resources can be shortened.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target object may refer to a user or the like that needs to use a material resource, for example, a user who shoots a short video using a magic expression in a certain short video APP.
In an alternative embodiment, the material recommendation model is obtained by training a material resource recommendation sequence as an output feature by using the operation information of at least one object as an input feature.
In this way, when the material resource recommendation sequence recommended to the target object is determined by the trained material recommendation model, the operation information of the target object can be input into the trained material recommendation model, and the material recommendation sequence output by the material recommendation model is represented as the material resource recommendation sequence promoted by the target object.
The operation information of the object refers to information of some operation behaviors of the user, such as data of browsing and clicking videos (which may include videos and/or short videos, the same below) by the user, which types of videos the user likes to see, which types of videos the user likes to click, and the like.
In an alternative embodiment, the operation information of the object may be determined through a user behavior log.
Specifically, when behavior logs of multiple users are obtained, a large number of behavior logs of exposure and click of the users may be collected by the server, where the behavior logs may include a large number of behavior data of the users to videos (the behavior data may include click data, like data, the same as below), expression behavior data used when the large number of users record videos, and the like. For example, the video recorded by the user, the video watched by the user, and the expression (including a common expression and/or a magic expression, the same below) used when the user records the video, or the expression used when the user watches the video displayed by other users, and the like, of course, other data may also be included, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited.
The server can acquire a large number of user behavior logs in real time or periodically, and also can acquire the behavior logs of a plurality of users when receiving an operation instruction of triggering and recording videos by the users through the terminal.
In another optional implementation, when the material recommendation model is trained, the operation information of the object and the heat information of the material resources can be used as input features, and the material resource recommendation sequence is used as an output feature to train the neural network model to obtain the material recommendation model.
In this way, when the material resource recommendation sequence recommended to the target object is determined by the trained material recommendation model, the operation information and the material resource heat information of the target object can be input into the trained material recommendation model, and the material recommendation sequence output by the material recommendation model is represented as the material resource recommendation sequence promoted by the target object.
The material resource recommendation sequence output by the material recommendation model obtained by training in the mode is targeted, and because the heat of the material resources is considered during training, the material resources with higher use frequency can be provided for a period of time in general for receiving TV shows, movies or other popular factors, so that the method is more suitable for practical use.
The material resource heat information refers to the heat of the material resource on the platform, and is determined according to the heat of the magic expression on the platform, the number of authors, the amount of works and the like.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the material recommendation model is a neural network model, and when the material recommendation model is trained, the operation information of at least one object is used as the input of the neural network model, or the operation information of at least one object and the material resource heat information are used as the input of the neural network model, weighted calculation is performed, and the material resource recommendation sequence is used as the output feature to generate the material recommendation model. The material resource recommendation sequence can be an individualized recommendation list aiming at the user, and the user can be individualized recommended according to the material recommendation model.
The following is mainly described in detail by taking material resources as magic expressions as examples:
in the related technology, the magic expressions need to be downloaded one by one in sequence according to the clicking sequence of the user when being downloaded, the user waiting time is long, and the user experience is poor.
Fig. 3 shows a magic expression downloading flowchart in the related art, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 300, the terminal determines that the user clicks a magic expression entrance;
step 301, the terminal judges whether the user selects the magic expression, if so, step 303 is executed, otherwise, the flow is ended;
and step 302, adding the magic expressions selected by the user into a download queue by the terminal, and preloading according to the adding sequence of the download queue.
Taking fig. 1 as an example, assuming that a user sequentially clicks three magic expressions of "cameo-sword", "little dinosaur", and "change of star and moon" from left to right, the three magic expressions are sequentially added to a download queue for downloading according to the user clicking sequence, and in a short time when the user selects a magic expression, the three magic expressions are not downloaded completely, so that a process that the magic expressions are loaded at the same time so that the magic expressions are temporarily unavailable occurs, and the user waiting time is long.
In order to solve the above problem, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a preloading manner, so that the user waiting time is reduced through preloading, and the user experience is improved. For example, based on the personalized recommendation list, the magic expression pre-download is performed under a WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) network.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the preloading is different from the downloading, the preloading refers to adding some material resources into a downloading queue for downloading before the user selects no material resource for downloading, so as to provide better experience for the user and reduce the waiting time, and the downloading refers to adding the material resource selected by the user into the downloading queue for downloading.
When at least one material resource in the material resources displayed to the target object is preloaded, there are many optional implementations, and the following are listed:
and in the first preloading mode, preloading the un-downloaded material resources in the first N material resources in the material resource recommendation sequence, wherein N is a positive integer.
Specifically, the un-downloaded material resources in the material resources corresponding to the identifiers of the first N material resources in the material resource recommendation sequence are preloaded in the WiFi network, where N is a positive integer.
For example, when the user clicks the magic expression entrance, the magic expressions of the top three of the top ten of the hotness ranking are automatically downloaded under the WiFi network, wherein the magic expressions of the top ten of the hotness ranking are displayed to the user according to the personalized recommendation list, and the user can conveniently and quickly use the magic expressions to shoot when shooting.
Taking the personalized recommendation list shown in fig. 4A as an example, it is assumed that the personalized recommendation list recommended to the user a by the material recommendation model includes 10 identifiers of magic expressions, which are respectively: a1, a2, A3, a4, a5, a6, a7, A8, a9, and a10, wherein the right part shown in fig. 4A identifies corresponding material resources, which are: star of diamond, leg-lengthening and weight-losing, dry make-up, peach soda water, piglet glasses, …, love heart; when the user A clicks the magic expression entrance, responding to the material resource display instruction of the target object, displaying the material resources recommended for the user A to the user A in the column of 'hot' according to the form from front to back as shown in FIG. 4A, wherein the material resources corresponding to A1-A10 are displayed to the user A from top to bottom, and the method is shown in FIG. 4B.
Taking the personalized recommendation list shown in fig. 5A as an example, the personalized recommendation list recommended for the user B through the material recommendation model also includes 10 identifiers of magic expressions, which are respectively: b1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B10; when the user A clicks the magic expression entrance, responding to the material resource display instruction of the target object, displaying the material resources recommended for the user A to the user A in the column of 'hot' according to the form from front to back as shown in FIG. 4A, wherein the material resources corresponding to A1-A10 are displayed to the user A from top to bottom, and the method is shown in FIG. 4B.
When the user B clicks the magic expression entrance, responding to the material resource display instruction of the target object, and displaying the material resources recommended for the user B to the user B according to the sequence from top to bottom shown in FIG. 5A, wherein the material resources correspond to B1-B10. The right part shown in fig. 5A is a material resource corresponding to the identifier, which is: big head, tassels of stars, love light waves, big glasses of bear, small green flower, …, small Nezha; when the user B clicks the magic expression entry, in response to the material resource display instruction of the target object, the material resources recommended for the user B are displayed to the user B in the column of "hot" in the form from front to back according to the sequence from top to bottom shown in fig. 5A, where the material resources are corresponding to B1-B10, as shown in fig. 5B.
Taking N as an example, the top three of the hottest rankings shown in fig. 4B are a1, a2, and A3, and assuming that none of them are downloaded, when the user a clicks the magic expression entry (under WiFi network), a1, a2, and A3 may be added to the next to be preloaded in the queue; the top three hot rankings shown in fig. 5B are B1, B2, B3, and when user B clicks on a magic expression entry (under WiFi network), then B1, B2, B3 may be added to the next queue for preloading, assuming no downloads.
Randomly determining at least one un-downloaded material resource in the material resource recommendation sequence to perform preloading;
still taking 10 magic expressions recommended for the user a in the preloading manner one as shown in fig. 4B as an example, assuming that none of the 10 magic expressions is downloaded, at least one of the 10 magic expressions may be randomly selected for preloading in this manner, for example, randomly selecting a 2-long leg and slim, and a 10-love for preloading.
Still taking 10 magic expressions recommended for the user B in the preloading manner one as shown in fig. 5B as an example, assuming that none of the 10 magic expressions is downloaded, at least one of the 10 magic expressions may be randomly selected for preloading in this manner, for example, randomly selecting B1-big head, B5-small green flower for preloading.
Selecting at least one material resource corresponding to the un-downloaded material type from the material resource recommendation sequence to preload according to the frequency of the material type used by the target object;
suppose that 10 material resources are recommended to the user C through the material recommendation model, wherein the material resources totally include 5 material types, which are: "sprout", "magic sound", "make up", "game", user C often used "make up" and "sprout" type material resource to shoot little video recently, the material resource use frequency of other three types is lower, therefore can be with these 10 material resources belong to "make up" or "sprout" type at least one not downloaded material resource carry on the preloading.
Suppose that 10 material resources are recommended to the user D through the material recommendation model, wherein the material resources totally include 4 material types, which are: "entertainment", "party", "accessory", "game", recently, the user D often uses the "entertainment" type material resources to shoot the small video, and the use frequency of the remaining three types of material resources is low, so that the material resources not downloaded in at least one of the 10 material resources belonging to the "entertainment" type can be preloaded.
And fourthly, preloading at least one un-downloaded material resource related to the current position of the target object in the material resource recommendation sequence.
For example, if the user E inputs a material display instruction at the seaside, the un-downloaded material resources related to the sea among the material resources displayed to the user may be preloaded; when the user E inputs a material display instruction in the shopping mall, the un-downloaded material resources, such as clothes materials, in the material resources related to the shopping mall among the material resources displayed to the user can be preloaded.
And selecting at least one un-downloaded material resource from the material resource recommendation sequence to preload according to the new sequence of the material resources in the material resource recommendation sequence.
Still taking 10 magic expressions recommended for the user a in the preloading mode one and shown in fig. 4B as an example, assuming that none of the expressions is downloaded, the expressions are sorted according to the new sequence, and the sequence from new to old is as follows: a3, A4, A10, A1, A5, A6, A9, A8, A2 and A7, when the latest 4 new material resources are selected, the material resources corresponding to the A3, the A4, the A10 and the A1 can be preloaded.
Still taking 10 magic expressions recommended for the user B in the preloading mode one as an example and shown in fig. 5B, assuming that none of the expressions is downloaded, the expressions are sorted according to the new sequence, and the sequence from new to old is as follows: b1, B2, B10, B3, B5, B7, B9, B8, B4 and B6, when the last 3 new material resources are selected, the material resources corresponding to B1, B2 and B10 can be preloaded.
It should be noted that several preloading manners listed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are merely examples, and any manner of preloading at least one of the material resources that are displayed to the target object is applicable to the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In addition, the above several manners may also be used in combination, and if it is determined that all the material resources related to the current location of the user are downloaded according to the fourth preloading manner, at this time, the preloading may be performed according to any one of the first, second, third, and fifth preloading manners, and so on.
In an optional implementation manner, when at least one of the material resources displayed to the target object is preloaded, it is required to determine whether the preloaded material resources include an all-in-one material resource, where the all-in-one material resource means that one material resource includes at least one sub-material resource, such as a "summer hair band" shown in fig. 1, the magic expression includes three different hair bands, which are different in color and style, and the material resource of the "summer hair band" is the all-in-one material resource and includes three sub-material resources.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the preloaded material resources include at least one sub-material resource, the first M sub-material resources are preloaded, where M is a positive integer. For example, the first two hair bands in the magic expression "summer hair band" are preloaded.
Assuming that M is 1, a1 includes three child material resources, that is, none of a11, a12, a13, a2, and A3 includes a child material resource, when preloading a1 to A3, specifically, adding a11, a2, and A3 to a download queue for preloading; if M is 2, add a11, a12, a2 and A3 to the download queue for preloading.
As shown in fig. 6, a flowchart for preloading the first N magic expressions in the personalized recommendation list provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure specifically includes the following steps:
step 600, the terminal determines that the user clicks a magic expression entrance;
601, the terminal judges whether the current is a WiFi network, if so, step 602 is executed, otherwise, the process is ended;
step 602, the terminal judges whether all the magic expressions of the hot door front 3 are downloaded, if yes, the flow is ended, otherwise, the step 603 is executed;
step 603, the terminal judges whether the multiple magic expressions are contained, if so, the step 604 is executed, otherwise, the step 605 is executed;
step 604, adding the undelivered magic expressions into a download queue for preloading by the terminal;
and 605, adding the first sub-magic expression of the all-in-one magic expressions into a download queue for preloading by the terminal, and adding the common magic expression into the download queue for preloading.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the target object selects one un-downloaded material resource to use, if the material resource selected by the target object is not preloaded, the material resource selected by the target object is downloaded.
If the material resources selected by the user do not comprise the sub-material resources, the material resources selected by the user are not all-in-one material resources, so that the material resources downloaded by the user can be directly added into the download queue for downloading; and if the user selects the sub-material resources in a certain material resource, adding the sub-material resources selected by the user into a download queue for downloading.
In an optional implementation manner, if there are material resources being preloaded in the download queue when downloading the material resources selected by the target object, the material resources being preloaded need to be suspended, and the preloaded material resources that are suspended before can be resumed after the downloading of the material resources selected by the target object is completed.
For example, if the user a selects the material resource a4 to be downloaded, but the preloading of A3 needs to be suspended if the preloading of A3 is included in the preloading material resources, and the preloading of A3 is resumed after the downloading of a4 is completed.
In the disclosed embodiment, preloading means that preloading is being performed, or is in the download queue but not started, or is completed.
In an alternative embodiment, when a user selects a material resource, whether the material resource is not downloaded (or not preloaded) or is being preloaded, the next material resource of the user-selected material resource may be preloaded if the user-selected material resource is not the last one in the presentation panel and the next material resource of the user-selected material resource is not downloaded or preloaded.
Or, pre-loading the previous material resource of the material resource selected by the user, if the material resource selected by the user is not the first one in the display panel, and the previous material resource of the material resource selected by the user is not downloaded or pre-loaded.
In the following, the following description will be given mainly by taking preloading of the next material resource of the material resources selected by the target object as an example:
in an optional implementation manner, when determining the preloaded material resources according to the material resources selected by the target object, if the material resources selected by the target object are all-in-one material resources, that is, the material resources selected by the target object include at least one sub-material resource, in this case, the target object selects the sub-material resources in the material resources, at this time, there are several preloading manners, which can be summarized as: preloading the next sub-element resource of the sub-element resource selected by the target object; and/or preloading the next material resource of the material resource to which the sub-material resource belongs.
Specifically, the preloading mode needs to be determined according to whether the material resource to which the sub-material resource selected by the target object belongs is located at the first specific position or not, and whether the sub-material resource selected by the target object is located at the second specific position or not.
In the first mode, when the material resource to which the sub-material resource selected by the target object belongs is located at the first specific position in the display panel and the sub-material resource selected by the target object is located at the second specific position in the material resource to which the sub-material resource belongs, the sub-material resource selected by the target object is added into the download queue, and in this case, preloading is not performed.
Wherein the first specific position may represent the last one of the display panels or the first one of the display panels, or a designated position in the display panel, etc. The second specific location may represent the first or last of the all-in-one material assets (referring to the material assets including at least one sub-material asset), or a designated location, etc.
Suppose that: the a10 includes 3 sub magic expressions, which are a101, a102, and a103, respectively, and a10 is the last one of the display panels, and the sub magic expression selected by the user a is a103 of a10, then since a10 is the last one of the display panels and is located at the first specific position, and a103 is also the last one of a10 and is located at the second specific position, only the a103 selected by the user is downloaded at this time.
The user's action is typically selected from front to back, and optionally, a102 before a103 and a9 before a10 may be preloaded.
And secondly, when the material resource to which the sub-material resource selected by the target object belongs is located at the first specific position in the display panel and the sub-material resource selected by the target object is not located at the second specific position in the material resource to which the sub-material resource belongs, adding the sub-material resource selected by the target object into the download queue, and adding the next sub-material resource of the sub-material resource selected by the target object into the download queue for preloading.
Suppose that: the a10 includes 3 sub-magic expressions, a101, a102, a103, and a10 is the last one of the display panels, and the sub-magic expression selected by the user a is a102 of a10, then since a10 is the last one of the display panels, located at the first specific location, and a102 is not the last one of a10, not located at the second specific location, the user selected a102 is downloaded, and a103 following a102 is preloaded.
And thirdly, if the material resource to which the sub-material resource selected by the target object belongs is not located at the first specific position in the display panel and the sub-material resource selected by the target object is not located at the second specific position in the material resource to which the sub-material resource belongs, adding the sub-material resource selected by the target object into the download queue, and adding the next sub-material resource of the sub-material resource selected by the target object into the download queue for preloading.
Suppose that: the A8 includes 3 magic sub-expressions, a81, a82, a83, and A8 is not the last one of the display panels, and the magic sub-expression selected by the user a is a82 of A8, then since A8 is the last one of the display panels and is not located at the first specific location, a82 is not the last one of A8 and is not located at the second specific location, the a82 selected by the user is downloaded, and a83 after a82 is preloaded.
And if the material resources to which the sub-material resources selected by the target object belong are not located at the first specific position in the display panel and the sub-material resources selected by the target object are located at the second specific position in the material resources to which the sub-material resources selected by the target object belong, adding the sub-material resources selected by the target object into the download queue, and adding the next material resource of the material resources to which the sub-material resources selected by the target object belong into the download queue for preloading.
Suppose that: the A8 includes 3 magic sub-expressions, a81, a82, a83, and A8 is not the last one in the display panel, and the magic sub-expression selected by the user a is a83 in A8, then since A8 is the last one in the display panel, it is not at the first specific location, and a83 is not the last one in A8, it is at the second specific location, so that the a83 selected by the user is downloaded, and the a9 after A8 is preloaded.
In an optional implementation manner, if a next material resource of the material resources selected by the target object includes at least one sub-material resource, the first P sub-material resources in the at least one sub-material resource are preloaded.
For example, assuming that a9 includes a91, a92, a93, a94, and P is 2, a91 and a92 may be added to the download queue for preloading.
In an optional implementation manner, when determining the preloaded material resources according to the material resources selected by the target object, if the material resources selected by the target object are not the all-in-one material resources, that is, the material resources selected by the target object do not include the sub-material resources, the next material resource of the material resources selected by the target object is preloaded, provided that the material resources selected by the target object are not located at the first specific position of the display panel, and when the material resources selected by the target object are located at the first specific position, the preloading may not be performed.
When the next material resource of the material resources selected by the target object is preloaded, if the next material resource comprises at least one sub-material resource, preloading the first Q sub-material resources in the at least one sub-material resource; and if the next material resource does not comprise the sub-material resource (namely the next material resource is the common material resource), preloading the next material resource.
For example, the magic expression selected by the user B is B6, the next magic expression of B6 is B7, if B7 contains 3 sub-magic expressions, which are B71, B72, and B73, respectively, and if Q is 1, then B71 is added to the download queue for preloading.
When the magic expression selected by the user B is B8, the next magic expression of the B8 is B9, and the B9 is a common magic expression and does not include the child magic expression, the B9 is directly added to the download queue for preloading.
When the magic expression selected by the user B is B10, assuming that B10 shows the last magic expression in the panel, then B10 may be directly added to the download queue, in which case preloading may not be performed.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned preloading of the next or previous material resource of the material resource selected by the user is only an example, and the following or previous material resource selected by the user may also be preloaded, and the specific implementation is similar to the above-mentioned process.
In addition, the above listed modes are only examples, and there are many possible situations in actual operation, which cannot be exhaustive.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the user selection cost is reduced in a personalized recommendation mode; in addition, the waiting time of the user can be reduced through a preloading mode, and the user experience is improved. From the product perspective, the page click conversion rate of the product can be improved.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a complete method for recommending material according to an exemplary embodiment, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 700, the terminal determines that the user selects the magic expression;
step 701, the terminal judges whether the current is a WiFi network, if so, step 702 is executed, otherwise, the flow is ended;
step 702, the terminal judges whether the download queue has the preloaded magic expression, if so, the step 703 is executed, otherwise, the step 704 is executed;
step 703, the terminal interrupts all the preloaded magic expressions;
step 704, the terminal judges whether the magic expression selected by the user is all-in-one, if so, step 705 is executed, otherwise, step 717 is executed;
step 705, the terminal judges whether the magic expression selected by the user is the last magic expression under Tab, if so, step 706 is executed, otherwise, step 710 is executed;
step 706, the terminal judges whether the sub-magic expression selected by the user is the last sub-magic expression under Tab, if so, step 707 is executed, otherwise, step 708 is executed;
step 707, the terminal adds the sub-magic expression selected by the user into a download queue (without preloading);
step 708, adding the sub-magic expression selected by the user into a download queue by the terminal;
step 709, the terminal adds the next sub-magic expression of the sub-magic expression selected by the user into a download queue for preloading;
step 710, the terminal judges whether the sub magic expression selected by the user is the last sub magic expression under Tab, if so, step 711 is executed, otherwise, step 712 is executed;
step 711, adding the sub-magic expression selected by the user into a download queue by the terminal;
step 712, the terminal determines whether the next magic expression selected by the user is all-in-one, if so, step 713 is executed, otherwise, step 714 is executed;
step 713, adding the first sub-magic expression of the all-in-one magic expression into a download queue for preloading by the terminal;
step 714, the terminal adds the next magic expression into a download queue for preloading;
step 715, adding the sub-magic expression selected by the user into a download queue by the terminal;
step 716, the terminal adds the next sub-magic expression of the sub-magic expression selected by the user into a download queue for preloading;
step 717, the terminal judges whether the magic expression selected by the user is the last magic expression of the Tab, if so, step 718 is executed, otherwise, step 719 is executed;
step 718, the terminal adds the magic expression selected by the user into a download queue (without preloading);
step 719, the terminal adds the magic expression selected by the user into a download queue;
step 720, the terminal judges whether the next magic expression selected by the user is all-in-one;
step 721, adding the first sub-magic expression of the all-in-one magic expressions into a download queue by the terminal for preloading;
and step 722, adding the next magic expression into a download queue for preloading by the terminal.
It should be noted that, in the step shown in fig. 7, the material resource selected by the user or the next material resource of the material resource selected by the user is not downloaded and is not preloaded, if the material resource selected by the user is downloaded or is preloaded, the material resource selected by the user does not need to be downloaded, and if the material resource is being preloaded, the other preloaded material resources except the material resource selected by the user are temporarily downloaded.
Similarly, when the next material resource of the material resource selected by the user is downloaded, the next material resource of the material resource selected by the user can be preloaded, and if the material resource is also downloaded, the same goes on.
