3.4) analyzing the active information power consumption abnormity, namely judging whether the situation that ① reverse active total electric quantity is increased along with the time lapse (non-photovoltaic users) exists in the line power consumption information collected by the electric energy meter in the intercepted time by the computer, ② reducing the forward active total electric quantity by more than 50 percent compared with the same period (selecting 0, 6 and 12 points), and if the power consumption information collected by a certain electric energy meter comprises one item, judging that the active information power consumption abnormity exists corresponding to the user by the electric energy meter;
