发明内容
为了解决上述无法带压工作的技术问题,本发明提供一种新型快速接头。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新型快速接头,包括阳接头和阴接头,阳接头包括插头,插头后部内壁套设有接头体A,接头体A内壁中部设有阀座A,阀座A与阀芯A接触,阀座A和阀芯A之间设有阀芯弹簧A,插头前部外壁设有止退槽,阴接头包括壳体和外套,壳体后部内壁套设有接头体B,接头体B内壁中部设有阀座,阀座B与阀芯B接触,阀座B和阀芯B之间设有阀芯弹簧B,壳体前部设有钢珠,钢珠与外套连接,外套套设在壳体外壁,外套和壳体之间设有外套弹簧。
所述阀芯A和阀芯B包括柱体A、连接体和柱体B,柱体A通过连接体和柱体B连接,连接体设有阀芯O型圈安装槽,阀芯O型圈安装槽两侧斜面,后侧斜面宽于前侧斜面。
所述外套前设有外套挡圈。
所述壳体内壁设有插头前部凹陷处接触的壳体O型圈。
使用本发明的技术方案,结构新颖,设计巧妙,通过一体阀芯的头部顶动,长距离,能够带压工作,适应更多场景。

如图1、2、3、4所示的快速接头,包括阳接头和阴接头,阳接头包括插头2,插头2后部内壁套设有接头体A11,接头体A11内壁中部设有阀座A5,阀座A5与阀芯A4接触,阀座A5和阀芯A4之间设有阀芯弹簧A12,插头2前部外壁设有止退槽,阴接头包括壳体1和外套3,壳体1后部内壁套设有接头体B,接头体B内壁中部设有阀座,阀座B与阀芯B接触,阀座B和阀芯B之间设有阀芯弹簧B,壳体1前部设有钢珠8,钢珠8与外套3连接,外套3套设在壳体1外壁,外套3和壳体1之间设有外套弹簧9。
所述阀芯A4和阀芯B包括柱体A16、连接体17和柱体B18,柱体A16通过连接体17和柱体B18连接,连接体17设有阀芯O型圈安装槽,阀芯O型圈安装槽两侧斜面,后侧斜面宽于前侧斜面。
所述外套3前设有外套挡圈10。
所述壳体1内壁设有插头2前部凹陷处接触的壳体O型圈14。
使用时,插头2内壁和接头体A11外壁连接,连接处一侧设有凹陷处,凹陷处设有接头体壳体O型圈A14,两次密封,接头体A11内壁前部平滑,与斜面A21衔接,斜面A21与凹槽A20衔接,凹槽A20与平滑壁19衔接,平滑壁19为插头2前部内壁,这是一大特点,平滑壁长度较长,柱体B18位于插头2前部,与内部不接触,且离壁口有距离,连接体17与斜面A21接触,密封,并通过阀芯O型圈A13增加密封效果,这是可以带压操作的接头,阀芯B跟阀芯A4一样,阀芯A4和阀芯B顶动,阀芯A4和阀芯B端部平整,长度较长,通过顶动,流道打开,插头2内壁和阀芯A4、阀芯B之间也形成流道。
