Abstract
本发明公开了一种平开窗的可调节传动装置,涉及平开窗领域,包括滑条,所述滑条的内部设置有滑槽,且滑槽的一侧设置有卡槽,所述滑槽的内部活动连接有相配合的凸块,所述凸块的一侧设置有与卡槽相配合的卡齿,且凸块另一侧设置有弹簧槽,所述弹簧槽的内部设置有弹簧。本发明在滑槽的一侧设置有卡槽,且在凸块的一侧设置有与卡槽相匹配的卡齿,另一侧设置有弹簧,当需要调整窗户开缝大小时,通过拉手对凸块内部的弹簧进行挤压,使得凸块可以在滑槽中滑动,当滑动到合适位置时,将卡齿卡在卡槽上,从而固定凸块在滑槽中的位置,使得滑槽不需要拧紧螺帽固定,方便对调整后平开窗的开缝大小进行固定。

本发明涉及平开窗领域,具体为一种平开窗的可调节传动装置。
背景技术
平开窗的优点是开启面积大、通风好、密封性好、隔音、保温、抗渗性能优良,缺点是窗幅小、视野不开阔,其分为内开式和外开式两种,内开式的擦窗方便,外开式的开启时不占空间,外开窗开启要占用墙外的一块空间。
现有的滑撑是平开窗五金配件的一种,滑撑的作用是在窗户开启和关闭时起到承重支撑和定位功能,但现有的滑撑需要拧紧螺帽固定,在调整窗户开缝大小的时候不方便固定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现有的滑撑是平开窗五金配件的一种,滑撑的作用是在窗户开启和关闭时起到承重支撑和定位功能,但现有的滑撑需要拧紧螺帽固定,在调整窗户开缝大小的时候不方便固定的问题,提供一种平开窗的可调节传动装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种平开窗的可调节传动装置,包括滑条,所述滑条的内部设置有滑槽,且滑槽的一侧设置有卡槽,所述滑槽的内部活动连接有相配合的凸块,所述凸块的一侧设置有与卡槽相配合的卡齿,且凸块另一侧设置有弹簧槽,所述弹簧槽的内部设置有弹簧,且弹簧的末端连接有与滑槽相接触的钢珠,所述凸块的两侧位于滑条的顶部设置有限位块,所述凸块的一端位于滑槽内连接有连接块,且连接块的顶部通过转轴活动连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆远离连接块的一端活动连接有安装块,且安装块的两侧对称设置有连接孔。
优选地,所述支撑杆通过连接轴与安装块活动连接。
优选地,所述凸块的顶部设置有拉手。
优选地,所述滑条的底部设置有安装孔,且安装孔的内部拧入有螺钉。
优选地,所述滑槽与凸块为相配合的凹凸状。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在滑槽的一侧设置有卡槽,且在凸块的一侧设置有与卡槽相匹配的卡齿,另一侧设置有弹簧,当需要调整窗户开缝大小时,通过拉手对凸块内部的弹簧进行挤压,使得凸块可以在滑槽中滑动,当滑动到合适位置时,将卡齿卡在卡槽上,从而固定凸块在滑槽中的位置,使得滑槽不需要拧紧螺帽固定,方便对调整后平开窗的开缝大小进行固定。

请参阅图1-3,一种平开窗的可调节传动装置,包括滑条1,滑条1的内部设置有滑槽2,且滑槽2的一侧设置有卡槽3,滑槽2的内部活动连接有相配合的凸块4,凸块4的一侧设置有与卡槽3相配合的卡齿5,且凸块4另一侧设置有弹簧槽6,弹簧槽6的内部设置有弹簧7,且弹簧7的末端连接有与滑槽2相接触的钢珠8,凸块4的两侧位于滑条1的顶部设置有限位块9,凸块4的一端位于滑槽2内连接有连接块10,且连接块10的顶部通过转轴11活动连接有支撑杆12,支撑杆12远离连接块10的一端活动连接有安装块14,且安装块14的两侧对称设置有连接孔15。
本发明通过在滑槽2的一侧设置有卡槽3,且在凸块4的一侧设置有与卡槽3相匹配的卡齿5,凸块4的另一侧设置有弹簧7,当需要调整窗户开缝大小时,通过拉手16对凸块4内部的弹簧7进行挤压,使得凸块4可以在滑槽2中滑动,当滑动到合适位置时,将卡齿5卡在卡槽3上,从而固定凸块在滑槽2中的位置。
请着重参阅图1、图3,支撑杆12通过连接轴13与安装块14活动连接,本发明通过使用连接轴13使支撑杆12与安装块14活动连接,从而使得在窗户闭合时,支撑杆12可以进行收纳。
请着重参阅图1、图2和图3,凸块4的顶部设置有拉手16,本发明通过在凸块4的顶部设置有拉手16,通过拉动拉手16带动凸块4在滑槽2内滑动,从而使得更方便活动凸块4。
请着重参阅图1、图2和图3,滑条1的底部设置有安装孔17,且安装孔17的内部拧入有螺钉18,本发明通过在滑条1的底部设置有安装孔17,且滑条1通过与安装孔17相配合的螺钉18进行安装,从而使得滑条1的安装更为牢固。
请着重参阅图1、图2和图3,滑槽2与凸块4为相配合的凹凸状,本发明通过将滑槽2与凸块4设置为相配合的凹凸状,使得凸块4不易从滑槽2中滑脱。
工作原理:使用时,螺钉18通过安装孔17将滑条1安装在窗框内,通过连接孔15将支撑杆12安装于窗户底部,通过拉手16对弹簧槽6内部的弹簧7进行挤压,使得凸块4在滑槽2内滑动,当滑动到合适位置时,使卡齿5与卡槽3相卡,从而固定凸块4在滑槽2中的位置,凸块4因内部的弹簧7反作用力固定更为牢固,且凸块4的形状与滑槽2为相配合的凹凸状,使得在遇到大风天气时,凸块4不易从滑槽2中滑脱。

1.一种平开窗的可调节传动装置,包括滑条,其特征在于:所述滑条的内部设置有滑槽,且滑槽的一侧设置有卡槽,所述滑槽的内部活动连接有相配合的凸块,所述凸块的一侧设置有与卡槽相配合的卡齿,且凸块另一侧设置有弹簧槽,所述弹簧槽的内部设置有弹簧,且弹簧的末端连接有与滑槽相接触的钢珠,所述凸块的两侧位于滑条的顶部设置有限位块,所述凸块的一端位于滑槽内连接有连接块,且连接块的顶部通过转轴活动连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆远离连接块的一端活动连接有安装块,且安装块的两侧对称设置有连接孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种平开窗的可调节传动装置,其特征在于:所述支撑杆通过连接轴与安装块活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种平开窗的可调节传动装置,其特征在于:所述凸块的顶部设置有拉手。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种平开窗的可调节传动装置,其特征在于:所述滑条的底部设置有安装孔,且安装孔的内部拧入有螺钉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种平开窗的可调节传动装置,其特征在于:所述滑槽与凸块为相配合的凹凸状。
