Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of infant hygiene, and particularly relates to a non-woven fabric for a diaper surface layer.
Background
The diaper surface layer is a surface layer directly contacted with the skin of an infant, which is the beginning of the excrement absorption process, the non-woven fabric is formed by forming a fiber web structure by orienting or randomly arranging textile short fibers or filaments and then reinforcing the fiber web structure by adopting a mechanical method, a thermal bonding method or a chemical method and the like, and has the advantages of no generation of fiber scraps, toughness, durability, air permeability, water permeability, softness, low cost and the like, and the non-woven fabric is usually used as the diaper surface layer.
For the diaper surface layer, the indexes for measuring the quality of the diaper surface layer are mainly represented by the following points: the surface layer of the diaper mainly plays a role in guiding urine to the absorption core layer, and the water permeability is required to be far greater than the liquid absorption amount; because the surface layer of the diaper is directly contacted with the skin, the air permeability is a factor influencing the comfort and the health of a user; the rewet amount refers to the amount of liquid that is rewet when external force is applied or the use time is too long. Since diapers are disposable products for infants, there is a need for a nonwoven fabric having good water and air permeability and being less likely to be rewet as a surface layer of the diaper.

The thickness of the skin-friendly non-woven fabric layer 1 and the thickness of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric layer 4 are not more than 1mm, the thickness limitation of the skin-friendly non-woven fabric layer 1 is to ensure the air permeability, and the thickness limitation of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric layer 4 is to ensure the permeability.
The water permeability, gas permeability, prevent that the back permeability index is relevant with non-woven fabrics self structure, like the aperture of non-woven fabrics mesh, fibre specific surface area, fibre interval etc. however, the water permeability is inconsistent with the gas permeability, prevent that the back permeability all requires the large aperture to structural performance, and prevent that the back permeability requires little aperture, adopts the compound non-woven fabrics of multilayer with the non-woven fabrics for the diaper top layer, optimizes each layer performance, and then optimizes holistic water permeability, gas permeability, prevents the back permeability performance.
As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of sets of flow guide grooves 5 are uniformly formed on the liquid-guiding nonwoven fabric layer 2, the flow guide grooves 5 are semi-enclosed grooves which are not through from top to bottom, and the depth of the flow guide grooves 5 is not less than 1/2 of the thickness of the liquid-guiding nonwoven fabric layer 2, so as to ensure the flow guide effect. Guiding gutter 5 guarantees its effective area and scope for the wave along leading 2 plain noodles on liquid non-woven fabrics layer, guiding gutter 5 is narrow toper structure about wide along leading 2 tangent planes on liquid non-woven fabrics layer, be favorable to the water conservancy diversion to reduce the backward flow simultaneously, guiding gutter 5 has increased liquid area of contact, and play the even effect of water conservancy diversion, increase liquid permeation speed, simultaneously guiding gutter 5 makes the structure of leading liquid non-woven fabrics layer 2 circuitous more, can hinder liquid and rise, thereby reduce the rewet volume.
The skin-friendly non-woven fabric layer 1 and the drainage non-woven fabric layer 2 are subjected to fiber splitting treatment, so that the fiber spacing is increased, the water permeability and the air permeability are increased, and the specific fiber splitting treatment steps are as follows:

As shown in fig. 1, the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric layer 4 is provided at the bottom thereof with a plurality of sets of protrusions 3, and the protrusions 3 are formed by hot rolling the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric layer 4.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in figure 1, the non-woven fabric for the surface layer of the diaper is formed by sequentially overlapping a skin-friendly non-woven fabric layer 1, a three-layer liquid-guiding non-woven fabric layer 2 and a hydrophilic non-woven fabric layer 4 from top to bottom, wherein the thicknesses of the skin-friendly non-woven fabric layer 1 and the hydrophilic non-woven fabric layer 4 are not more than 0.5 m.
The skin-friendly non-woven fabric layer 1 and the drainage non-woven fabric layer 2 are subjected to fiber splitting treatment, so that the fiber spacing is increased, the water permeability and the air permeability are increased, and the specific fiber splitting treatment steps are as follows:
(1) immersing the non-woven fabric in 10g/l NaOH solution in an ultrasonic oscillator, performing ultrasonic oscillation, increasing the temperature from room normal temperature to 80 ℃ within 15min in the oscillation process, and continuing for 25min at the constant temperature of 80 ℃;

As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of sets of flow guide grooves 5 are uniformly arranged on the liquid-guiding non-woven fabric layer 2, the flow guide grooves 5 are semi-closed grooves which are not through from top to bottom, the depth of the flow guide grooves 5 is not less than 1/2 of the thickness of the liquid-guiding non-woven fabric layer 2, the flow guide grooves 5 are wavy along the flat surface of the liquid-guiding non-woven fabric layer 2 and have a tapered structure with a wide top and a narrow bottom along the section of the liquid-guiding non-woven fabric layer 2, and the flow guide grooves 5 on adjacent liquid-guiding non-woven fabric layers 2 are distributed.
As shown in fig. 1, the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric layer 4 is provided at the bottom thereof with a plurality of sets of protrusions 3, and the protrusions 3 are formed by hot rolling the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric layer 4.
The reason why the highest temperature of 60-80 ℃ is adopted in the step (1) of the opening treatment of the skin-friendly non-woven fabric layer 1 and the liquid-guiding non-woven fabric layer 2 is that a large number of experimental tests show that the high temperature of more than 60 ℃ is favorable for improving the opening effect and efficiency, but the glass transition temperature of most non-woven fabric fibers is 80-90 ℃, and the fiber deformation of the non-woven fabric is easily caused by the overhigh temperature. The permeability of the skin-friendly non-woven fabric layer 1 and the liquid-guiding non-woven fabric layer 2 subjected to fiber opening treatment is tested by using a geotextile vertical permeameter, the permeability of the skin-friendly non-woven fabric layer 1 and the liquid-guiding non-woven fabric layer 2 subjected to fiber opening treatment is tested by using a fabric permeameter, the permeability of the water is higher than 8500mL/min, and the permeability of the air is higher than 7500 mm/s. The hydrophilic nonwoven layer 4 is in direct contact with the absorbent core layer and also acts as a barrier against rewet, so that it is not subjected to a splitting treatment.
The foregoing merely represents preferred embodiments of the invention, which are described in some detail and detail, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various changes, modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and these are all within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
