Thereby effectively alleviating a plurality of problems caused in the process of replacing the oil product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of lubricating oil, in particular to a gear box cleaning oil composition which is different from conventional industrial gear oil in use and has excellent compatibility, oxidation resistance, emulsification resistance and the like.
Background
Industrial gearboxes, which are one of the main drive units, are the core part of many devices, and therefore gear oil for lubrication protection in the gearbox should be paid sufficient attention.
Industrial gear oil technology has developed to date, and the life cycle of oil products can be extended to over 2500 hours or even longer, under the condition that the gearbox is subjected to more than 60 oil change processes in the complete life cycle, assuming that the design life of the gearbox is 20 years. And each new oil replacement is a key link influencing the service life of oil products and gears.
The filling of new oil after the gear box and the lubricating system are cleaned in the oil changing process is considered to be a scientific and feasible effective means for ensuring the states of the new oil and equipment. However, according to the practical operation experience, the following hidden troubles are caused by the fact that the cleaning operation is not carried out or the cleaning link is not operated properly in the oil changing process: 1) impurities, oxidation deposits, and the like remain. The residual substances are mixed with the newly added lubricating oil to generate a catalytic action on the oxidation of the new oil, so that the oxidation rate is accelerated and the service life of the oil product is shortened; 2) and (4) residual of old oil. The mixing of old oil can also reduce the multifaceted performance of new oil, causing damage to the normal operation of a transmission system, and even the situation that the residual old oil is incompatible with the filled new oil can pollute and block the whole lubricating system and seriously damage the health of equipment.
The current situations of difficult operation, long time consumption, large oil consumption, high cost and the like exist in the cleaning and oil changing processes of some special fields such as wind generating sets, large vertical mill main speed reducers and the like, and the objective factors restrict the cleaning and oil changing effects.
In view of the above, there is a need for a cleaning oil composition with high cleaning ability, good compatibility with the oil used in the oil, and low cost to solve the above problems.
