Background
At present, rock/mineral wool is widely applied to heat insulation materials of building walls, and rock/mineral wool fiber forming equipment is important equipment for determining the yield and the quality of the rock/mineral wool. The four-roller fiberizing centrifuge is the most used rock/mineral wool fiberizing equipment in the market at present, and comprises four centrifuging rollers, as shown in figure 1, the four centrifuging rollers are a first roller 1, a second roller 2, a third roller 3 and a fourth roller 4 respectively, the diameters of the traditional centrifuging rollers are all 180 plus 230 mm, wherein the first roller 1 is a receiving roller for receiving a molten mass; the second roller 2 is positioned below the first roller 1, has a height difference of more than 110mm, and is used for guiding and throwing the molten mass onto the third roller 3; the third roller 3 is positioned below the first roller 1, and the axis of the third roller deviates to one side far away from the second roller 2 and is used for forming fiber; the fourth roller 4 is positioned below the second roller and is used for deslagging and fiber forming. Because only two rollers are used for forming fibers, the fiber forming rate of rock/mineral wool is limited by the arrangement mode and the diameter design, and the slag balls are more, namely the yield and the quality of the rock/mineral wool are limited, so that the current rock/mineral wool yield can only reach 4 tons/hour at most, and the breakthrough cannot be made.
