and step three, driving a roller (40) by using a motor (2), driving the roller (40) to drive a conveyor belt (10) to move, rotating a butt joint slide way (15) by using a rotary clamping rod (19) to match with a fixed lining plate (23) so as to butt joint the butt joint slide way (15) with a combined slide way (18), enabling garbage to fall into the containing box (1) through the combined slide way (18), opening a sealing slide plate (28) of a rotary turning plate (7), and discharging water in the combined hanging box (6) by using a water discharge groove of the rotary turning plate (7) so as to enable residual garbage to be placed in the sliding clamping box (5).
