Abstract
The invention discloses a conveyor belt module, comprising: the sheet is provided with a ball frame, and the inner walls of two ends of the ball frame are provided with lugs; the ball is provided with a rotating shaft, and the ball is connected to the lugs at the two ends of the ball frame through the rotating shaft. At present, compared with a belt conveyor belt, the modular conveyor belt is not prone to snaking and deflection, has the characteristics of cutting resistance, collision resistance, oil resistance, water resistance and the like, can be widely applied to the fields of assembly lines, automatic production, logistics transmission and the like, and is necessary equipment for conveying articles in various fields.
In a conventional conveyor belt module, in order to fix the balls in the sheet, a ball frame matched with the sizes of the balls is arranged on the sheet, so that the balls can be limited in the ball frame, but the side wall of the sheet is thinned due to the arrangement of the ball frame; when the conveyer belt is in transportation, the balls rotate at high speed, so that the balls and the inner wall of the sheet material are violently collided, and the sheet material is easy to break; in addition, the wall of the sheet becomes thin, so that the sheet is easy to break when the sheet is punched, and the limiting force of the balls fixed on the sheet is insufficient, thereby affecting the transportation stability of the conveyer belt.

A conveyor belt module belongs to a partial module in a modular conveyor belt, as shown in figure 1, a plurality of modules are spliced with each other to form a complete conveyor belt; the lower surface of the conveying belt is provided with clamping grooves which are longitudinally distributed, the clamping grooves are matched with teeth of the gears on the conveying belt, and the teeth of the gears drive the conveying belt to advance when the gears rotate. The width of the sheet 1 can be set according to the actual situation, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the sheet 1 is provided with ball frames 2, and the number of the ball frames 2 can be planned according to the actual width of the sheet 1; the inner walls of the two ends of the ball frame 2 are provided with lugs 3; and ball 4 then the suit is outside the pivot, and ball 4 uses the pivot to rotate as the axle, and ball 4 connects on the lugs 3 at ball frame 2 both ends through the both ends of its pivot to realize ball 4 spacing in ball frame 2, when the conveyer belt forward motion, ball 4 also can rotate as the axle by the pivot.
The distance between the two lugs 3 in the same ball frame 2 is greater than the length of the balls 4, so that the arrangement of the lugs 3 does not influence the normal rotation of the balls 4, even if the balls 4 rotate at high speed when the conveying belt advances at high speed, the balls 4 firstly impact the lugs 3 instead of directly impacting the side wall of the sheet 1, the sheet 1 can be prevented from cracking, and the service life of the sheet 1 is prolonged.
And the thickness of lug 3 is less than 2 to the thickness between the sheet 1 border of ball frame, and lug 3 is too thick can make the material used too much, increases manufacturing cost, and the whole weight of lug 3 increases simultaneously, increases the degree of difficulty of being connected between lug 3 and the sheet 1 inner wall, leads to lug 3's fastness poor, drops easily after the striking.
Because the pivot of ball 4 is connected on lug 3, in order to avoid ball 4 skew to appear in ball frame 2 installation, it is same two lugs 3 in ball frame 2 orthographic projection on the horizontal direction and ball frame 2 orthographic projection's mid point coincide mutually for the pivot is connected on lug 3 back ball 4 axle center is in ball frame 2 internal midline, two lugs 3 orthographic projection on the vertical face coincide mutually promptly, and the distance on lug 3 and ball frame 2 both sides is all the same, avoids ball 4 excessively to be close to ball frame 2 lateral wall, increases unnecessary frictional force to ball 4's rotation.
The rotating shaft is connected with the lugs 3 of the ball frame 2 through the pin holes 5, the two lugs 3 in the same ball frame 2 are provided with the pin holes 5, and the rotating shaft is inserted into the pin holes 5 to fix the balls 4 in the ball frame 2. In order to further improve the assembling convenience of the ball 4, a pin hole 5 on one lug 3 in the ball frame 2 extends towards the inside of the sheet material 1, and the depth of the pin hole 5 is smaller than the distance between the lug 3 and the outer edge of the sheet material 1, namely, the pin hole 5 does not penetrate through the sheet material 1; the pin hole 5 on the other lug 3 extends to the inside of the sheet 1 and penetrates through the sheet 1, the depth of the pin hole 5 is equal to the distance between the lug 3 and the outer edge of the sheet 1, namely, the pin hole 5 just penetrates through the sheet 1, so that when the ball 4 is assembled, the ball 4 can be firstly placed in the ball frame 2, then a rotating shaft is inserted into the pin hole 5 penetrating through the sheet 1 from the outside of the sheet 1, then the rotating shaft passes through the axle center of the ball 4 and is finally clamped into the pin hole 5 not penetrating through the sheet 1, thereby completing the assembling action of the ball 4 and improving the assembling speed of the ball 4.
In order to prevent the rotating shaft from being inserted into the pin hole 5 and blocked by the connecting blocks 6 on the sheet material 1, the pin hole 5 penetrating through the sheet material 1 is arranged on a midline between two adjacent connecting blocks 6 at one side of the pin hole 5, and the other pin hole 5 is coincided with an extension line of one connecting block 6 at one side of the pin hole 5; in addition, the orthographic projection of the two lugs 3 in the ball frame 2 in the horizontal direction is coincided with the orthographic projection of the rotating shaft in the horizontal direction, and the pin hole 5 is formed in the middle point of the lug 3, so that the rotating shaft, the pin hole 5 and the lugs 3 can be kept in the same straight line, the rotating shaft can be conveniently and accurately positioned on the pin hole 5 in the ball frame 2, the pin hole 5 is rapidly inserted into the pin hole 5, and the assembly efficiency of the ball 4 is improved.
In addition, as the pin hole 5 is arranged on the midpoint of the protruding block 3, the pin hole 5 is prevented from excessively inclining to one side of the protruding block 3, and when a hole is punched, the side of the protruding block 3 is easily too thin to cause a crack, the height of the protruding block 3 is set to be larger than the diameter of the rotating shaft and smaller than the height of the ball frame 2, and the upper edge of the protruding block 3 is at the same height with the upper surface of the sheet 1, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rotating shaft is positioned at a position where the inner side wall of the sheet 1 is relatively upper, the distance from the upper vertex of the ball 4 to the upper surface of the sheet 1 is larger than the distance from the lower vertex of the ball 4 to the lower surface of the sheet 1, namely, the sheet 1 is obviously protruded above the ball 4, the contact area between the ball 4 and the goods on the sheet 1 is increased, the goods are prevented from directly.

Claims (9)
1. A conveyor belt module, comprising:

5. The conveyor belt module of claim 1, wherein the orthographic projections of the two lugs in the same ball cage in the horizontal direction coincide with the midpoints of the orthographic projections of the ball cages in the horizontal direction.
6. The conveyor belt module of claim 1, wherein two of the protrusions in the same ball frame are provided with pin holes, and the rotation shaft is inserted into the pin holes to fix the balls in the ball frame.

The conveyor belt module of claim 1, wherein a pin hole in one of the lugs in the ball cage extends inwardly of the sheet, the pin hole having a depth less than a distance between the lug and an outer edge of the sheet; a pin hole on the other lug extends towards the interior of the sheet material and penetrates through the sheet material, and the depth of the pin hole is equal to the distance between the lug and the outer edge of the sheet material.

A conveyor belt module as in claim 1 wherein the sheet extends outwardly from both sides with offset connecting blocks, and a pin hole through the sheet is located on a centerline between two adjacent connecting blocks on one side of the pin hole, and the other pin hole coincides with an extension of one connecting block on the other side of the pin hole.
9. The conveyor belt module of claim 1, wherein the height of the protrusion is greater than the diameter of the shaft and less than the height of the ball cage, the pin hole is formed at a midpoint of the protrusion, and an upper edge of the protrusion is at the same height as the upper surface of the sheet.
