Description

Movable double-body floating dock
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of maintenance and guarantee of ships deployed or operated overseas, in particular to a movable double-body floating dock.
Background
A ship that is deployed or operated overseas for a long time will have a real problem in terms of maintenance since it is far from the mother port. In addition, in future resource development in areas where economy is to be developed (e.g., africa and arctic), more dedicated maintenance docks will be required to ensure the proper operation of the fleet throughout the resource development area. These ever-evolving demands place new demands on ship maintenance vessels. Therefore, the invention aims to newly design a movable double-body floating dock meeting the actual maintenance and protection requirements of ships.
For traditional ship maintenance, dry dock or floating dock is mainly adopted for maintenance.
The dry dock is provided with three sides connected with the ground and one side facing water, and the dry dock comprises a dock entrance, a dock chamber and a dock head. The dock entrance is used for entering and exiting a ship and is provided with a water-retaining dock gate, and drainage and irrigation water equipment of a dock is usually built in dock blocks on two sides of the dock entrance; the dock chamber is used for placing a ship, and a bottom plate of the dock chamber is provided with keel blocks and side blocks for supporting the ship; the dock head is the end opposite to the dock entrance, the plane shape of the dock head can be rectangular, semicircular and rhombic, and the space of the dock head is a part of a dock chamber, wherein a propeller and a tail shaft can be assembled and disassembled. When a ship enters a dry dock for repair, filling water into the dock by using a water filling and draining facility, opening a dock gate when the water level in the dock is level with the water level outside the dock, slowly pulling the ship into the dock by using a traction device, and then draining the water in the dock to enable the ship to be located on a keel pier. When the repaired or built ship is undocked, water is poured into the dock, the dock gate is opened when the water level inside and outside the dock gate is level, and the ship is pulled to be undocked.
The floating dock is especially one kind of specially constructed channel-shaped flat-bottomed ship with one huge concave cabin, two sides with walls and front and back ends opened. The dock walls and the buoyancy tank on the two sides are of box-shaped structures, and the buoyancy tank is longitudinally and transversely divided into a plurality of closed water tanks for filling and draining water so as to enable the dock to sink and float. When the ship needs to be repaired, the ship enters a floating dock, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, water is poured into a water tank of the floating dock to ensure that the floating dock sinks to the depth of water in the dock to meet the draught requirement of a ship entering the dock, and a winch arranged on the top of a dock wall is used for drawing the ship to be repaired into the dock. Meanwhile, after the ship to be repaired is aligned to the central axis, the four-side mooring lines are fixed. Then, the water in the water tank of the floating dock is pumped out. At this point, the pontoon floats until the pontoon deck is out of the water. Thus, the ship to be repaired can be repaired along with the emergence of the deck of the buoyancy tank from the water surface.
In order to solve the problem that the conventional floating dock is unpowered and cannot be remotely navigated, China also designs and manufactures a unique self-navigating floating dock, and the difference from the conventional floating dock is that a power system is directly matched on the conventional floating dock so that the conventional floating dock can be remotely navigated, but the linear type of the conventional floating dock is also the square linear type of the conventional floating dock, so that the defects of slow navigation speed, poor operability and the like occur after a real ship is built.
For dry docks, the following disadvantages exist:
1. the dry dock site selection is influenced by shoreline resources and geological conditions, and the space for constructing the dry dock is little or even no in the place where the shoreline resources are short. In areas frequently suffering from earthquake invasion, the safety of a dry dock is influenced more by earthquakes;
2. the time (tide size) for the ship to enter the dry dock is influenced, and the ship must be selected to enter the dry dock when the tide is properly large;
3. the ship needing to be docked cannot be actively approached, and further, the damaged ship cannot be docked, so that maintenance time is strived for as much as possible;
4. daylighting and ventilation conditions are inferior to those of a floating dock.
With conventional floating docks, there are disadvantages as follows:
1. the device can only work in a shielded water area without power, and can only be dragged to another position from one position by a tug when in displacement;
2. the floating dock is positioned by adopting an anchoring mode or a pile-embracing mode, and cannot meet the requirement of docking and positioning of a ship to be repaired in the open sea.
For self-propelled floating docks, the following disadvantages exist:
1. the ship body is not in a streamline design, so that the floating dock is low in navigational speed;
2. because the ship body is not in a streamline design, the bow of the ship is square, and the course stability of the floating dock is poor;
3. due to the special design of the ship, the ship is clumsy in maneuverability, and is not suitable for navigation in a channel with high navigation density and large-angle steering.
