Background
With the development of society, a family of cars is more and more, car washing becomes a thing that many people and soldiers need to do, some people can choose to go to a car washing shop to wash, but sometimes need to queue up and wait for workers, so some people can choose to wash by themselves, but since many people live in a tall building, there is no place to wash cars, so car washing becomes inconvenient, and great trouble is brought to people.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the existing car washing has no proper place and needs to queue up for waiting for taking a long time for washing in a car washing store, the technical problem to be solved is as follows: the self-service car washing equipment can provide a place for car owner to wash car independently, is convenient to operate and saves time.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a self-service car washing device comprises a hollow box body, a first pressure sensor, a second pressure sensor, a first support rod, a control box, a display screen, a control panel, a second support rod, a first rotating shaft, a coiling wheel, a first hose, a spray gun, a hook, a high-pressure water pump, a first water pipe, a charging box, a second water pipe, a first electromagnetic valve, a water suction pump, a third water pipe, a fourth water pipe, a water charging box, a liquid level sensor, a water spray pipe, a spray nozzle, a second electromagnetic valve, a buzzer and a lifting device, wherein the left side of the inner bottom of the hollow box body is provided with the first pressure sensor, the right side of the inner bottom of the hollow box body is provided with the second pressure sensor, the front part of the inner bottom of the hollow box body is provided with the first support rod, the first support rod is positioned on the right side of the second pressure sensor, the top end of the first support rod is connected with the control box, the control box comprises a switching, the right side of the front wall of the control box is provided with a display screen, the left side of the front wall of the control box is provided with a control panel, the control panel is provided with a washing button and a spray washing button, a second supporting rod is connected between the left wall and the right wall of the lower part in the inner cavity of the hollow box body, a first rotating shaft is rotatably connected on the second supporting rod, a coiling wheel is installed at the rear side of the first rotating shaft, a first hose is wound on the coiling wheel and penetrates through the left wall of the hollow box body, the right end of the first hose is connected with a spray gun, the left wall in the hollow box body is connected with a hook, the spray gun is hung on the hook, the upper part of the left wall in the inner cavity of the hollow box body is connected with a high-pressure water pump, the high-pressure water pump is connected with the upper end of the first hose, the charging box is installed at the uppermost side of the left wall, the bottom of the water suction pump is connected with a fourth water pipe, a water containing tank is arranged on the left side of the top in the inner cavity of the hollow box body and is positioned on the right side of the charging box, a first water pipe is connected between the upper part of the high-pressure water pump and the lower part of the left wall of the water containing tank, the first water pipe is positioned on the rear side of the charging box, the fourth water pipe is connected with the upper side of the water containing tank, a liquid level sensor is arranged on the right side of the lower part of the rear wall in the water containing tank, a water spraying pipe is connected on the left side of the bottom of the water containing tank, the right end of the second water pipe is connected with the water spraying pipe, nozzles are uniformly connected at the bottom of the water spraying pipe, a, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor, the display screen, the high-pressure water pump, the first electromagnetic valve, the water suction pump, the liquid level sensor, the second electromagnetic valve, the buzzer and the lifting device are all connected with the control module through lines.
In one embodiment, the lifting device comprises a support plate, an arc-shaped sliding rod, a first motor, a straight gear, a stop block and a rack, the support plate is installed on the right side bottom wall in the inner cavity of the hollow box body, an arc-shaped sliding hole is formed in the upper portion of the support plate, the arc-shaped sliding rod penetrates through the arc-shaped sliding hole, the first motor is installed at the top of the support plate, the straight gear is installed on the rear side of the first motor, a through hole is formed in the right side of the bottom wall of the upper portion of the hollow box body, the stop block is connected to the bottom of the arc-shaped sliding rod and penetrates through the through hole, a rack is connected to the right side.
In one embodiment, the rocking chair further comprises a first bevel gear, a bearing, a second rotating shaft, a second bevel gear and a rocking handle, the first bevel gear is mounted at the front part of the first rotating shaft, the bearing is mounted at the left side in the hollow box, the second rotating shaft is mounted in the bearing and is positioned at the front side of the first supporting rod, the second bevel gear is connected to the left end of the second rotating shaft and is positioned at the front side of the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear is meshed with the first bevel gear, and the rocking handle is connected to the left end of the second rotating shaft.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises an extrusion box, a stuffing box, a first one-way valve, a guide rod, a pressing plate, a conveying pipe and a second one-way valve, wherein the extrusion box is installed on the lower portion of the left wall of the hollow box body, the stuffing box is installed on the left side of the extrusion box, the left wall of the extrusion box is connected with the bottom of the stuffing box through a pipe, the first one-way valve is installed in the communicated pipe, a guide hole is formed in the top wall of the extrusion box, the pressing plate is connected in the extrusion box in a sliding mode, the top of the pressing plate is connected with the guide rod, the guide rod penetrates through the guide hole, the conveying pipe is connected to the right side of the top wall of the extrusion box, the tail end of the conveying pipe is located.
In one embodiment, the automatic cleaning device further comprises a second hose, a handle, a manual valve and a cleaning disc, the second hose is connected to the left side of the bottom of the water spraying pipe, the handle is connected to the tail end of the second hose, an inner cavity is formed in the middle of the handle, the second hose is communicated with the inner cavity formed in the middle of the handle, the manual valve is installed on the lower portion of the handle, and the cleaning disc is installed at the bottom of the handle.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: according to the invention, the charging two-dimensional code is displayed on the display screen, so that self-service car washing is realized, long-time waiting is not needed, the stop block which moves up and down can be prevented from entering the hollow box body under the condition of no payment, car washing liquid and water can be conveniently and uniformly sprayed on the car body due to the arrangement of the spray head, the spray gun can spray the water column to facilitate washing of stains, the first hose can be conveniently wound due to the arrangement of the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear and the like, the practicability of the device is increased, the stains can be conveniently cleaned back and forth by the cleaning disc, and the stains can be conveniently cleaned by the effluent water, so that the car body can be conveniently cleaned.
