The middle die 200 is located between the lower die 100 and the upper die 300, the middle die 200 is fixed in position, a die hole 210 is formed in the middle die 200, the lower die 100 extends into the die hole 210, and the upper die 300 is located right above the lower die 100. The upper die 300 comprises an upper punch 310 and a supporting part 320, in order to enable the invention to press tablets with different shapes, the upper punch 310 is fixedly connected below the supporting part 320, and the supporting part 320 is fixedly connected with the action end of the punching device; the diameter of the upper punch 310 is larger than that of the support part 320, the diameter of the die hole 210 is slightly larger than that of the upper punch 310, and an air outlet gap 211 is formed between the die hole 210 and the upper punch 310. Meanwhile, in order to create the present invention capable of pressing tablets of different shapes, the lower die 100 includes a base 110 and a lower punch 120, the lower punch 120 is fixedly connected to the base 110, the diameter of the lower punch 120 is identical to that of the die hole 210, and an operator can select the upper punch 310 and the lower punch 120 which are matched with each other according to the shape of the tablet. In order to reduce the dust, the sheeting mechanism further comprises a wind deflector 400, the size of the wind deflector 400 is larger than the diameter of the die hole 210, a mounting hole matched with the supporting part 320 is formed in the wind deflector 400, the supporting part 320 penetrates through the mounting hole, and the wind deflector 400 is arranged on the supporting part 320 in a manner of moving up and down, so that the wind deflector 400 is limited above the upper punch 310; specifically, the wind deflector 400 is shaped as a circular ring. A plurality of air outlets 410 are annularly arranged on the wind shield 400, all the air outlets 410 are communicated with the air outlet gap 211, and each air outlet 410 is internally provided with a filter screen 411 capable of filtering dust.
In other embodiments, in order to facilitate demolding of the tablet after compression molding, the tablet compressing mechanism further includes an up-down lifting mechanism (not shown in the drawings), which drives the lower punch 100 to move up and down, and the up-down lifting mechanism is specifically a hydraulic cylinder. After the medicine materials are pressed and formed, the upper die 300 is reset upwards, then the upper and lower lifting mechanisms control the lower die 100 to lift upwards, so that the tablets after being pressed and formed are higher than the die holes 210, and the next step of demolding is facilitated. In addition, the up-down lifting mechanism can also control the dosage of the medicine, and before filling, if the lower punch die 100 is lifted upwards, the space in the die hole 210 is reduced, and the dosage of the medicine filled in the die hole 210 is correspondingly reduced; if the lower die 100 is lowered, the space in the die hole 210 is increased, and the amount of the medicine filled in the die hole 210 is increased accordingly.
In other embodiments, the wind deflector 400 has magnetism, the middle mold 200 includes a magnetic plate 220 and a mold plate 230, and the magnetic plate 220 is fixedly connected above the mold plate 230; the purpose of this is to: when the upper punch die 300 punches downwards, the wind deflector 400 can cling to the middle die 200; when the upper die 300 is reset upward, the wind deflector 400 can be closely attached to the middle die 200 before the wind deflector 400 is not yet abutted against the upper punch 310. In addition, the purpose of this arrangement is to enable horizontal retrofitting of the sheeting mechanism.

The working process of the tablet press is as follows:
1. the automatic feeder fills the medicine into the die hole 210;
2. the stamping device drives the upper die 300 to stamp downwards, and the wind shield 400 abuts against the upper surface of the middle die 200;
3. after the medicine materials are pressed and formed, the punching device drives the upper die 300 to reset upwards, and after the upper punch 310 abuts against the wind shield 400, the wind shield 400 is driven by the upper punch 310 and resets upwards together;
4. the upper and lower lifting mechanisms drive the lower punch die 100 to lift upwards, so that the tablet after compression molding can be conveniently demoulded;
5. after the tablet is demoulded, the up-down lifting mechanism drives the lower punching die 100 to reset downwards.
