according to the invention, the angle adjusting cylinder 4 drives one end of the mounting plate 3 to swing upwards, so that one end of the mounting plate 3, which is provided with the cutting disc 5, swings downwards, the cutting disc 5 descends to cut the PE corrugated pipe 12, and the cutting disc 5 is convenient to adjust, thereby ensuring the cutting effect;
according to the clamping and cutting device, the swing motor 18 drives the swing arm 19 to rotate, the swing arm 19 is attached to the tangent plane of the PE corrugated pipe 12, the discharge motor 13 drives the screw rod 20 to rotate, the swing arm 19 is driven to move, the PE corrugated pipe 12 is pushed by the swing arm 19 to be led out from the discharge hole in the second vertical plate 11, the clamping and cutting device can achieve automatic discharging, the phenomenon that the cut PE corrugated pipe 12 is retained to cause obstruction to subsequent cutting work is avoided, and therefore the working efficiency is improved.

the clamping and cutting device comprises the following specific working steps:
inserting a PE corrugated pipe (12) from an opening at one end of a feeding pipeline (28), enabling one end of the PE corrugated pipe (12) to penetrate through a middle through hole of a three-jaw chuck (7), enabling the PE corrugated pipe (12) to be located on a cushion seat (14), clamping and fixing the PE corrugated pipe (12) by starting the three-jaw chuck (7), starting a speed reducing motor (9), enabling an output shaft of the speed reducing motor (9) to rotate and drive a first driving wheel (25) to rotate, and driving a first driven wheel (26) to rotate through a first belt (27), enabling the first driven wheel (26) to drive the feeding pipeline (28) to rotate and drive the three-jaw chuck (7) to rotate, and enabling the three-jaw chuck (7) to drive the PE corrugated pipe (12) to rotate;

and step three, after the PE corrugated pipe (12) is cut off, starting a discharging motor (13), rotating an output shaft of the discharging motor (13) and driving a lead screw (20) to rotate, driving a vertical plate (17) in threaded connection with the lead screw (20) to move, driving a swing arm (19) to move to a cut of the PE corrugated pipe (12), starting a swing motor (18), driving the swing arm (19) to rotate by the swing motor (18) and enabling the swing arm (19) to be attached to a cut surface of the PE corrugated pipe (12), driving the swing arm (19) to move through the discharging motor (13), and pushing the PE corrugated pipe (12) through the swing arm (19) and leading out from a discharge hole in a second vertical plate (11).
