Background
The glass fiber reinforced plastic is named as Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), namely fiber reinforced composite plastic. The fiber is divided into glass fiber reinforced composite plastic, carbon fiber reinforced composite plastic, boron fiber reinforced composite plastic and the like according to different fibers. It is a composite material using glass fibre and its product as reinforcing material and synthetic resin as base material. Glass fiber reinforced plastic has the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, good insulation and good heat insulation performance, and is widely applied to power equipment.
The surface of the electric meter box made of the glass fiber reinforced plastics needs to be polished before use, and the traditional polishing method is manual polishing by using sand paper, so that the method is high in labor intensity, low in production efficiency and unstable in product quality. Chinese utility model patent with application number CN201820991052.3 shows a glass steel grinding machine, including the frame, the inside bottom of frame is provided with the rubber pad, and the inside of frame is passed through the connecting rod and is connected with the fixed plate, and the inside sliding connection of fixed plate has the limiting plate, and one side of limiting plate is passed through electric telescopic handle and is connected with the extrusion pad, lies in on the inner wall of frame to be provided with the slide between fixed plate and the rubber pad, and the top that the inside of frame lies in the fixed plate is provided with the toothed disc. The device passes through the motor and drives the toothed disc rotation, drives the piece of polishing through the second lantern ring when the toothed disc rotates and removes, still drives the slurcam through first lantern ring simultaneously and removes, and the slurcam is opposite with the direction that the piece of polishing removed, makes glass steel plate can be polished evenly through such mode, and compares the manual work and has improved the efficiency of polishing. However, when the device is actually used for polishing the surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electric meter box, the following problems still exist: (1) when the internal corners of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box are polished, the direction of the polishing block needs to be changed, and the operation is complicated; (2) because a large amount of abrasive dusts that can produce of the high-speed rotatory piece of polishing and glass steel surface friction during the polishing, the adhesion of abrasive dusts is on glass steel surface, has seriously reduced the quality of polishing.

Technical problem to be solved
The invention provides a finish machining device and method for a glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box, and aims to solve the following problems of the existing polishing device in polishing the surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box: (1) when the internal corners of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box are polished, the direction of the polishing block needs to be changed, and the operation is complicated; (2) because a large amount of abrasive dusts that can produce of the high-speed rotatory piece of polishing and glass steel surface friction during the polishing, the adhesion of abrasive dusts is on glass steel surface, has seriously reduced the quality of polishing.

The first bearing plate and the second bearing plate are in a vertical state, and the diameters of the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate are overlapped. The edge of the outer surface of the first bearing plate and the edge of the outer surface of the second bearing plate are fixedly connected with semicircular limiting rings with L-shaped cross sections along the circumferential direction of the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate. The outer surfaces of the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate are matched with circular rubber sheets. The edge of the rubber sheet is in sliding fit with the semicircular limiting ring. The surface laminating of sheet rubber has the paper of polishing, and the fixed annular ring gear that is provided with along its circumference in the internal surface edge of sheet rubber, the surface of first bearing board and second bearing board seted up with annular ring gear complex half slot. The first bearing plate and the second bearing plate are provided with through grooves. The inner surfaces of the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate are fixedly provided with motors, the output ends of the motors are fixedly connected with gears, and the gears penetrate through the through grooves and are meshed with the annular gear rings. The output end of the motor drives the gear to rotate, and the gear drives the annular gear ring meshed with the gear to rotate, so that the rubber sheet is driven to rotate; in the rotation process of the rubber sheet, the rubber sheet is always attached to the outer surfaces of the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate under the limiting action of the semicircular limiting ring. Thereby enabling the motor to continuously drive the motor to rotate.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, an air pump is fixedly arranged on the elastic telescopic rod, and an inlet of the air pump is communicated with the filtering mechanism. And the top and the bottom of the joint of the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate are respectively provided with an air suction port. The air pumping port is communicated with the filtering mechanism through a flexible pipeline. The filtering mechanism comprises a cylindrical upper cavity and a cylindrical lower cavity which have the same diameter, the upper cavity and the lower cavity are hinged together, and a filter screen is fixedly arranged in the upper cavity. The top of the upper cavity is communicated with the flexible pipeline, and the bottom of the lower cavity is communicated with the air pump.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a plurality of horizontal rollers are hinged at the joint of the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate along the vertical direction. The rubber sheet drives the paper rotation in-process of polishing, and the internal surface and the gyro wheel of rubber sheet produce rolling friction, compare sliding friction and have reduced frictional force, have improved the stability of rubber sheet rotation process.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the polishing paper consists of six one-sixth circles. The whole polishing paper is circular, and the circle center of the polishing paper coincides with the circle center of the rubber sheet. After the polishing paper is used for a period of time, the surface of the polishing paper can be abraded in different degrees, the parts with serious abrasion of the polishing paper can be replaced, the polishing paper does not need to be integrally replaced, and the use cost is saved.
The invention also provides a finish machining method of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box, which is implemented by matching the finish machining device of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box aiming at polishing the internal corners of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box and specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, placing the glass fiber reinforced plastic electric meter box on the upper surface of the bottom plate, and fixing the glass fiber reinforced plastic electric meter box through the fixture block.
Step two, the length of adjusting the flexible telescopic rod for grinding machanism contradicts on the corner of glass steel ammeter case internal surface, and at this moment, the rubber piece of first bearing plate surface laminating is contradicted in corner one side with the paper of polishing, and the rubber piece of second bearing plate surface laminating is contradicted at the opposite side of corner with the paper of polishing.
And step three, driving a gear to rotate through a motor, and driving an annular gear ring meshed with the gear to rotate through the gear so as to drive the rubber sheet to be matched on the outer surfaces of the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate to rotate under the limiting action of the limiting ring. And simultaneously polishing the two sides of the corner of the inner surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box by the polishing paper attached to the outer surface of the rubber sheet.
Step four, driving the polishing mechanism to move along the vertical direction through the cylinder, and polishing the corner of the inner surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electric meter box by the polishing mechanism. Simultaneously, the surface of the inner surface corner of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box is pumped by the air pump through the filtering mechanism, the flexible pipeline and the pumping hole, and the abrasive dust covering the surface of the inner surface corner of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box is removed.

Compared with the traditional polishing block polishing process in which one side is polished first and then the direction is changed to polish the other side, the invention greatly improves the polishing efficiency.
(3) When the finish machining device for the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box provided by the invention is used for polishing the inner corner of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box, the surface of the inner surface corner of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box is pumped by the air pump through the filtering mechanism, the flexible pipeline and the air pumping hole, and abrasive dust covering the surface of the inner surface corner of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box is removed, so that the polishing quality is improved.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment provides a finish machining apparatus for a glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box, which comprises a horizontal bottom plate 1. The upper surface of the bottom plate 1 is provided with a plurality of first sliding chutes 2 and second sliding chutes 3 which are vertical to each other. The first sliding chute 2 and the second sliding chute 3 are internally provided with springs 4 along the length direction. The end of the spring 4 is connected with a triangular clamping block 5 for fixing the glass fiber reinforced plastic electric meter box. The upper surface of the bottom plate 1 is fixedly provided with a door-shaped support 6, the middle position of the top of the door-shaped support 6 is fixedly provided with a cylinder 7 in the vertical direction, and the piston end of the cylinder 7 faces downwards. The bottom fixedly connected with installation piece 8 of cylinder 7 piston rod, four horizontal elastic telescopic rod 9 one ends of fixed connection on the installation piece 8, the contained angle between the adjacent elastic telescopic rod 9 is the same, and the other end fixed connection grinding machanism 10 of elastic telescopic rod 9.
The grinding mechanism 10 comprises a first semicircular bearing plate 101 and a second semicircular bearing plate 102 which are fixedly connected together, wherein the first semicircular bearing plate 101 and the second semicircular bearing plate 102 are identical in size and are perpendicular to each other. The first and second support plates 101 and 102 are in a vertical state and the diameters of the first and second support plates 101 and 102 are overlapped. The outer surface edges of the first bearing plate 101 and the second bearing plate 102 are fixedly connected with semicircular limiting rings 103 with L-shaped cross sections along the circumferential direction. The outer surfaces of the first and second bearing plates 101 and 102 are fitted with a circular rubber sheet 104. The edge of the rubber sheet 104 is in sliding fit with the semicircular limiting ring 103. The outer surface of the rubber sheet 104 is attached with polishing paper 105, an annular gear ring 106 is fixedly arranged at the edge of the inner surface of the rubber sheet 104 along the circumferential direction, and semicircular grooves matched with the annular gear ring 106 are formed in the outer surfaces of the first bearing plate 101 and the second bearing plate 102. The first bearing plate 101 and the second bearing plate 102 are provided with through grooves 107. The inner surfaces of the first bearing plate 101 and the second bearing plate 102 are fixedly provided with a motor 108, the output end of the motor 108 is fixedly connected with a gear 109, and the gear 109 penetrates through the through groove 107 and is meshed with the annular gear ring 106. The output end of the motor 108 drives the gear 109 to rotate, and the gear 109 drives the annular gear ring 106 engaged with the gear to rotate, so as to drive the rubber sheet 104 to rotate; in the rotation process of the rubber sheet 104, the rubber sheet is always attached to the outer surfaces of the first bearing plate 101 and the second bearing plate 102 under the limiting action of the semicircular limiting ring 103. Thereby enabling the motor 108 to continue to rotate.
In this embodiment, an air pump 11 is fixedly installed on the elastic telescopic rod 9, and an inlet of the air pump 11 is communicated with a filtering mechanism 12. The top and the bottom of the joint of the first bearing plate 101 and the second bearing plate 102 are respectively provided with an air suction port 13. The suction port communicates with the filter mechanism 12 through a flexible conduit 14. The filtering mechanism 12 comprises a cylindrical upper cavity 121 and a cylindrical lower cavity 122 which have the same diameter, the upper cavity 121 and the lower cavity 122 are hinged together, and a filter screen 123 is fixedly installed in the upper cavity 121. The top of the upper cavity 121 is communicated with the flexible pipeline 14, and the bottom of the lower cavity 122 is communicated with the air pump 11.
In this embodiment, the joint between the first supporting plate 101 and the second supporting plate 102 is hinged with a plurality of horizontal rollers 15 along the vertical direction. During the rotation process of the polishing paper 105 driven by the rubber sheet 104, the inner surface of the rubber sheet 104 and the roller 15 generate rolling friction, and compared with sliding friction, the friction force is reduced, and the stability of the rotation process of the rubber sheet 104 is improved.
In the present embodiment, the polishing paper 105 is composed of six one-sixteenth circles. The polishing paper 105 is circular as a whole, and the center of the polishing paper 105 coincides with the center of the rubber sheet 104. After the polishing paper 105 is used for a period of time, the surface of the polishing paper 105 can be abraded in different degrees, the parts of the polishing paper 105 which are seriously abraded can be replaced, the polishing paper 105 does not need to be integrally replaced, and the use cost is saved.
As shown in fig. 8, this embodiment further provides a finish machining method for a glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box, where the internal corners of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box are polished, and the finish machining method is completed by using the finish machining device for a glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box in a matching manner, and specifically includes the following steps:
step one, the glass fiber reinforced plastic electric meter box is placed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 1, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic electric meter box is fixed through the fixture block 5.
And step two, adjusting the length of the elastic telescopic rod 9 to enable the polishing mechanism 10 to abut against the corner of the inner surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box, wherein the rubber sheet 104 and the polishing paper 105 attached to the surface of the first bearing plate 101 abut against one side of the corner, and the rubber sheet 104 and the polishing paper 105 attached to the surface of the second bearing plate 102 abut against the other side of the corner.
And step three, driving a gear 109 to rotate through a motor 108, and driving an annular gear ring 106 meshed with the gear 109 to rotate through the gear 109, so as to drive the rubber sheet 104 to be matched with the outer surfaces of the first bearing plate 101 and the second bearing plate 102 to rotate under the limiting action of the limiting ring 103. The polishing paper 105 attached to the outer surface of the rubber sheet 104 simultaneously polishes both sides of the corners of the inner surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box.
Step four, driving the polishing mechanism 10 to move along the vertical direction through the air cylinder 7, and polishing the corners of the inner surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box by the polishing mechanism 10. Meanwhile, the surface of the inner surface corner of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box is pumped by the air pump 11 through the filtering mechanism 12, the flexible pipeline 14 and the pumping hole 13, and the abrasive dust covering the surface of the inner surface corner of the glass fiber reinforced plastic electricity meter box is removed.
