Abstract

本发明涉及机床部件技术领域,特别涉及一种数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置。包括用于夹持刀柄的锥形夹具本体,其特征在于:夹具本体与刀柄相接触的一端内均匀分布若干通电后可伸出夹具本体的压电陶瓷块,压电陶瓷块可伸出夹具本体的一端设有导电触碰端子,压电陶瓷块包括一活动型压电陶瓷块和若干固定型压电陶瓷块,固定型压电陶瓷块及活动型压电陶瓷块端部的导电触碰端子上施加有不同的电性。本发明在数控机床上刀时,检测刀柄与安装在数控机床电主轴上的刀柄夹具两端面、锥面两处接触面之间是否夹杂铁屑,检测的报警临界值可预设,数值稳定,提高检测的精确性、稳定性和可靠性。

Description

一种数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置
技术领域
本发明涉及机床部件技术领域,特别涉及一种数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置。
背景技术
数控机床是装备制造业的工作母机,其技术水平的高低代表了一个国家制造业的发展水平。加工中心是数控机床的第一要员。加工中心由于工序的集中和自动换刀,减少了工件的装夹、测量和机床调整等时间,使机床的切削时间达到机床开动时间的80%左右(普通机床仅为15~20%);同时也减少了工序之间的工件周转、搬运和存放时间,缩短了生产周期,具有明显的经济效果。加工中心适用于零件形状比较复杂、精度要求较高、产品更换频繁的中小批量生产。对加工航空、航天、船舶、汽车和模具等产品的制造业,都需要高档加工中心作为其重要的生产工具。高效、精密、可靠、智能是加工中心的主要发展趋势,然而,加工中心由于主轴夹屑造成的刀具不对中现象一直是世界各国机床制造业面临的难题之一。随着对高精度零件要求的不断提高,加工精度己经由毫米级、微米级向亚微米级甚至纳米级发展,在高精度加工过程中,主轴夹屑造成的刀具不对中会严重影响工件的加工质量。主轴夹屑的位置主要是两处:一是在刀柄上表面和锥塞下表面之间的缝隙中,二是在锥塞和刀柄接触的锥面上。在实际应用中发现:以上两处夹屑位置产生夹屑故障都发生在加工中心换刀过程中。因此,可以在刀柄预装进刀柄夹具过程中,检测和预警主轴夹屑故障,避免主轴夹屑对零件加工质量产生影响。
目前,机床设备的检测方法有传统的接触式测量方法以及刀柄内置传感器的检测方法。接触式测量技术虽然在工件定位、坐标设定、测量零件的几何尺寸和三维形状、刀具参数、刀具磨损检测等方面有一定的应用,但是却存在受力不均、测量时间长,测量点空间分辨率不够高、不能测量软质物体等缺陷。同时,由于受到离心力的影响,接触式传感器在机床主轴高速旋转、切削加工等场合的应用也受到很大的限制。
若采用刀柄内置传感器的检测方法,由于在工件批量化生产的过程中,每台加工中心需要多把刀柄配合加工,若均需要实现夹屑检测功能,则每把刀柄都需要内置相同的传感器及各种模块,对刀柄极大的需求量造成了很大程度的资源浪费。因此对于刀柄内置传感器的检测方法,虽然很好的弥补了传统接触式测量方法的不足,但由于机械加工过程中,加工一个工件可能要使用多把不同规格的刀具,如果所有的刀柄都带有相同传感器检测装置,无疑会增加产品的生产成本,降低产品的市场竞争力,并且造成资源浪费,违背绿色环保可持续发展的原则。由于刀柄制造时误差的存在是不可避免的,每把刀柄的报警临界值会有数值上的差异,一定程度上会影响检测精度,每把刀柄在使用前都需要标定数值。
最新的技术基于应变式的夹屑检测装置虽然能够很好的完成锥面和端面夹屑检测的任务、避免了资源浪费,但是由于其复杂的结构和难度极大的信号处理分析以及信号之间的互相干扰问题的存在,使得这种夹屑检测装置制造难度大、不易实现批量化的生产,而且单个装置成本昂贵,未能真正实现批量化生产和广泛应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置,在数控机床上刀时,检测刀柄与安装在数控机床电主轴上的刀柄夹具两端面、锥面两处接触面之间是否夹杂铁屑。
本发明为实现上述目的采用的技术方案是:一种数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置,包括用于夹持刀柄的夹具本体,夹具本体内设有锥形的凹槽,所述夹具本体与刀柄相接触的一端内均匀分布若干通电后可伸出夹具本体的压电陶瓷块,所述压电陶瓷块可伸出夹具本体的一端设有导电触碰端子,所述压电陶瓷块包括一个活动型压电陶瓷块和若干个固定型压电陶瓷块,所述固定型压电陶瓷块与活动型压电陶瓷块端部的导电触碰端子上施加有不同的电性,还包括设于夹具本体内用于当导电触碰端子被短接时检测固定型压电陶瓷块上所施加电压的检测电路。
进一步的,所述活动型压电陶瓷块设于夹具本体内部的一端通过弹簧与夹具本体活动连接,所述固定型压电陶瓷块设于夹具本体内部的一端与夹具本体固定连接。
进一步的,所述活动型压电陶瓷块端部的导电触碰端子接负电,所述固定型压电陶瓷块端部的导电触碰端子接正电。
进一步的,所述固定型压电陶瓷块的数量为6-10个。
进一步的,所述夹具本体同轴固定于数控机床电主轴的一端。
进一步的,还包括环绕安装在夹具本体上用于向压电陶瓷块及导电触碰端子提供电源的供电线圈,埋于供电线圈下部用于将检测电路检测的电压信号无线发射出去的信号发射模块,所述供电线圈外圈设有用于保护供电线圈的环氧树脂。
进一步的,还包括用于接收所述信号发射模块传输的数据并进行计算处理,判断是否存在电主轴粘屑情况的数据处理模块。
进一步的,还包括警报模块,当数据处理模块处理后的数据触发报警时,所述警报模块会发出报警,可以预设或更改数据的报警阈值。
本发明数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置的有益效果是:
1.压电陶瓷块安置于夹具本体内,检测精度高,报警临界值稳定,不需要频繁标定数值。
2.检测装置设置在电主轴上的夹具本体上,电主轴上的夹具本体在加工工件时不需要频繁的更换,因此每台加工中心只需要一套检测装置,节约资源,降低零部件的加工成本。
3.可检测刀柄端面、锥面两处接触面的粘屑,报警临界值可预设,数值稳定,提高检测的精确性、稳定性和可靠性。
4.检测装置的结构简单,减少了制造工序及制造难度,易于实现批量化生产,减少降低生产成本,可实现广泛应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明;
如图1-5所示,一种数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置,包括用于夹持刀柄1的夹具本体2,夹具本体2内设有锥形的凹槽,夹具本体2同轴固定于数控机床电主轴的一端。
夹具本体2与刀柄1相接触的一端内均匀分布若干通电后可伸出夹具本体2的压电陶瓷块,压电陶瓷块可伸出夹具本体2的一端设有导电触碰端子3,压电陶瓷块包括一个活动型压电陶瓷块4和7个固定型压电陶瓷块5,活动型压电陶瓷块4端部的导电触碰端子3接负电,固定型压电陶瓷块5端部的导电触碰端子3接正电,活动型压电陶瓷块4设于夹具本体2内部的一端通过弹簧6与夹具本体2活动连接,固定型压电陶瓷块5设于夹具本体2内部的一端与夹具本体2固定连接。
压电陶瓷块的长度可随施加的驱动电压而伸缩,因此通过控制驱动电压的大小控制压电陶瓷块带动导电触碰端子3伸长至与刀柄1接触,通过向导电触碰端子3施加不同的电性,使带有正负电性的导电触碰端子3通过刀柄1被短接。
还包括设于夹具本体2内用于当导电触碰端子3被短接时检测固定型压电陶瓷块5上所施加电压的检测电路。当带有正负电性的导电触碰端子3通过刀柄1被短接时,检测电路被触发,记录此时施加在固定型压电陶瓷块5上的电压值。
还包括环绕安装在夹具本体2上用于向压电陶瓷块及导电触碰端子3提供电源的供电线圈7,埋于供电线圈7下部用于将检测电路检测的电压信号无线发射出去的信号发射模块8,供电线圈7外圈设有用于保护供电线圈7的环氧树脂11。
还包括数据处理模块9,数据处理模块9用于接收信号发射模块8传输的数据并进行计算处理,判断是否存在电主轴粘屑情况。
还包括警报模块10,当数据处理模块9处理后的数据触发报警时,警报模块10会发出报警,可以预设或更改数据的报警阈值。
由于制造刀柄1时误差的存在是不可避免的,故每把刀柄安装后,锥形夹具本体2都会有一定的应力变化,这种变化同样会被夹具本体2内的检测电路检测出来,但是这样的变化应该在允许范围内,故可以通过调高测得数据的报警阈值,避免因为刀柄1加工误差导致的误报,提高本检测装置的工作稳定性。
检测流程:
电主轴内的拉刀机构将刀柄1拉进刀柄1的夹具本体2内,使刀柄1的外锥面与夹具本体2内锥面紧紧贴合,刀柄1的外锥端面与夹具本体2的锥型凹槽端面接触。完成上刀动作后,活动型压电陶瓷块4加电压伸长,直至带负电的导电触碰端子3接触刀柄1端面,使其刀柄1整体带负电,在弹簧6的作用下,导电触碰端子3与刀柄1端面始终保持接触,然后给其余固定型压电陶瓷块5施加电压使其伸长,当固定型压电陶瓷块5端部带正电的导电触碰端子3接触到刀柄1端面时,检测电路触发,检测电路记录此时施加在各个固定型压电陶瓷块5上的电压信号,并通过信号发射模块8将电压信号发送至数据处理模块9,处理模块9分析各个位置与刀柄1端面的距离。若刀柄1与夹具本体2接触面位置没有铁屑杂质,则各个固定型压电陶瓷块5均匀伸长,并且各个数值均在报警阈值之下,不会触发报警;若接触面位置有铁屑杂质,则各个固定型压电陶瓷块5不均匀伸长,一个或多个固定型压电陶瓷块5伸长的数值会超过报警阈值,触发报警,向数控机床的控制系统发送重新换刀指令。
调试方法:
1、将本夹屑检测装置安装到数控机床电主轴上;2、使用干净的纱布擦拭夹屑检测装置夹具本体2的内锥面、端面和刀柄的外锥面、端面,保证不会有杂屑影响调试结果;3、执行上刀程序;4、记录保存施加在各个固定型压电陶瓷块5上的电压值;5、重复操作3、4两步3~4次;6、标定空载数据,设置报警阈值,调试完成。

1.一种数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置,包括用于夹持刀柄的夹具本体,夹具本体内设有锥形的凹槽,其特征在于:所述夹具本体与刀柄相接触的一端内均匀分布若干通电后可伸出夹具本体的压电陶瓷块,所述压电陶瓷块可伸出夹具本体的一端设有导电触碰端子,所述压电陶瓷块包括一个活动型压电陶瓷块和若干个固定型压电陶瓷块,所述固定型压电陶瓷块与活动型压电陶瓷块端部的导电触碰端子上施加有不同的电性,还包括设于夹具本体内用于当导电触碰端子被短接时检测固定型压电陶瓷块上所施加电压的检测电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置,其特征在于:所述活动型压电陶瓷块设于夹具本体内部的一端通过弹簧与夹具本体活动连接,所述固定型压电陶瓷块设于夹具本体内部的一端与夹具本体固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置,其特征在于:所述活动型压电陶瓷块端部的导电触碰端子接负电,所述固定型压电陶瓷块端部的导电触碰端子接正电。
4.根据权利要求1所述的数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置,其特征在于:所述固定型压电陶瓷块的数量为6-10个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置,其特征在于:所述夹具本体同轴固定于数控机床电主轴的一端。
6.根据权利要求1所述的数控机床用压电驱动式电主轴夹屑检测装置,其特征在于:还包括环绕安装在夹具本体上用于向压电陶瓷块及导电触碰端子提供电源的供电线圈,埋于供电线圈下部用于将检测电路检测的电压信号无线发射出去的信号发射模块,所述供电线圈外圈设有用于保护供电线圈的环氧树脂。
