The invention discloses a high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism for multi-shaft screwing or multi-head press fitting, which comprises: the cam disc is sleeved outside the plurality of tightening shafts or the plurality of pressure heads, and the disc surface of the cam disc is provided with a plurality of cam grooves; the cam plate positioning and supporting mechanism is used for enabling the cam plate to freely rotate around the centers of the plurality of tightening shafts or the plurality of pressing heads; the servo mechanism is used for driving the cam disc to rotate; the guide mechanisms are used for providing guide for the radial movement of each tightening shaft and the pressure head; and the follow-up cams are positioned in the cam grooves of the cam plate, wherein the tightening shafts or the pressing heads are fixedly connected with sliding plates, the follow-up cams are arranged on the sliding plates, and when the servo mechanism drives the cam plate to rotate, the follow-up cams drive the tightening shafts or the pressing heads to move along the radial direction so as to realize the distance change of the tightening shafts or the pressing heads. Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism for multi-shaft screwing or multi-head press fitting.
Background
In order to meet the pitch-changing requirements of different products and different reference circles when the existing differential mechanism is screwed up by multiple shafts (more than 3 shafts) or a planetary wheel shaft is pressed, an actuating mechanism is required to realize the pitch-changing function.
For the existing multi-shaft screwing (multi-head press mounting) distance changing mode, a long-time adopted method is that a plurality of shafts (heads) independently change the distance to achieve the purpose of multi-shaft (head) distance changing. The servo control of each shaft (head) is mainly adopted, so that the variable pitch requirements of different products and different reference circles are met.
Although the pitch change of the method can also achieve the purpose of multi-axis (head) pitch change, each axis (head) needs to be provided with a set of servo mechanism, the servo mechanism is expensive in cost, a plurality of servo mechanisms need to be controlled, and the method is complex in debugging and time-consuming. When the available space of the equipment is narrow, the arrangement and installation of the mechanism cannot be performed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism for multi-shaft screwing or multi-head press fitting, which can realize multi-shaft (more than 3 shafts) pitch changing simultaneously through one set of servo mechanism so as to meet the assembly requirements of various products with different reference circles.
Therefore, the invention provides a high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism for multi-shaft screwing or multi-head press fitting, which comprises: the cam disc is sleeved outside the plurality of tightening shafts or the plurality of pressure heads, and a plurality of cam grooves are arranged on the disc surface of the cam disc; the cam plate positioning and supporting mechanism is used for positioning and supporting the cam plate so that the cam plate can freely rotate around the centers of a plurality of tightening shafts or a plurality of pressing heads; the servo mechanism is used for driving the cam disc to rotate; the guide mechanisms are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the tightening shafts or the pressing heads and used for providing guide for radial movement of the tightening shafts and the pressing heads; and the follow-up cams are positioned in the cam grooves of the cam plate, sliding plates are fixedly connected to the tightening shafts or the pressing heads, the follow-up cams are arranged on the sliding plates, and when the servo mechanism drives the cam plate to rotate, the follow-up cams drive the tightening shafts or the pressing heads to move along the radial direction so as to realize the distance change of the tightening shafts or the pressing heads.
Further, the high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism also comprises a bolt cylinder which is used for locking the rotating position of the cam disc when the cam disc rotates to the proper position.
Furthermore, the high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism also comprises a position signal detection mechanism which is used for triggering a position signal when the cam disc rotates to the position.
Furthermore, the cam plate positioning and supporting mechanism comprises a plurality of limiting rollers abutted to the inner periphery of the cam plate, a plurality of rollers supporting the cam plate in a rolling manner at the bottom of the cam plate, and a plurality of limiting plates arranged along the outer periphery of the cam plate.
Furthermore, a plurality of grooved wear-resistant plates are embedded on the cam plate, wherein the rollers are matched with roller grooves of the grooved wear-resistant plates.
Further, the servo mechanism comprises a servo motor, a gear driven by the servo motor and a sector toothed plate fixedly connected to the cam plate, wherein the gear is in meshing transmission with the sector toothed plate.
Further, the servo mechanism further comprises a sleeve type support used for vertically installing the servo motor and used as a semi-closed shell to protect the gear.
Furthermore, the high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism also comprises a substrate, wherein the cam disc positioning mechanism, the servo mechanism and the multiple groups of guide rail sliding block mechanisms are arranged on the substrate.
Further, the high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism is used for multi-shaft tightening of differential bolts, and the plurality of tightening shafts are 3-7 tightening shafts in circumferential array.
Furthermore, the high-precision servo flexible pitch-variable mechanism is used for press mounting of the planet wheel shaft, and the plurality of press heads are 3-7 press heads in circumferential arrays.
The invention provides a high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism for multi-shaft screwing (multi-head press mounting), which has simple structure and low cost and solves the pitch-changing requirements of different products and different reference circles when the differential mechanism is screwed by multiple shafts (3 shafts or more) and a planet wheel shaft is pressed and mounted at present.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Fig. 1-8 illustrate some embodiments according to the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the high-precision servo flexible pitch varying mechanism for multi-axis tightening of the present invention comprises: the device comprises a cam disc 4, a follow-up cam 5, a set of servo mechanisms for driving the cam disc 4 to rotate, a cam disc positioning and supporting mechanism for positioning and supporting the cam disc 4, and a plurality of groups of guide mechanisms for providing guide for radial movement of a plurality of tightening shafts 8.
With combined reference to fig. 5, in an embodiment, the servo mechanism includes a servo motor 1, a gear 2 driven by the servo motor 1, and a toothed segment plate 3 fixedly connected to the cam disc 4, wherein the gear 2 is in mesh transmission with the toothed segment plate 3 to rotate the cam disc.
Preferably, the servomechanism also comprises a telescopic support 17 for vertically mounting the servomotor 1 and shielding the gear 2 from exposure to the outside as a semi-closed housing.
With reference to fig. 6, a sliding plate 12 is fixedly connected to the tightening shaft 8, the plate surface of the sliding plate 12 is perpendicular to the axis of the tightening shaft, and the follower cam 5 is disposed on the sliding plate 12, the axis of which is perpendicular to the plate surface of the sliding plate 12.
With combined reference to fig. 7, the cam disc 4 is fitted over the plurality of tightening shafts 8, with a plurality of cam grooves 41 arranged on the disc surface thereof, and the follower cams 5 are located in the cam grooves 41 of the cam disc. The path of the cam groove 41 is shaped as the combined path of the rotational movement and the radial movement of the follower cam 5, which defines the range of the rotational angle of the cam disc, for example 30 °.
With combined reference to fig. 8, in an embodiment, the cam plate positioning and supporting mechanism includes a plurality of limit rollers 11 (5 circumferentially distributed limit rollers are shown in the figure) abutting against the inner periphery 43 of the cam plate, a plurality of rollers 14 rolling-supporting the cam plate 4 at the bottom thereof, and a limit plate 13 extending from the outer periphery of the cam plate 4 to the top surface thereof, thereby allowing the cam plate 4 to freely rotate around the center of the plurality of tightening shafts.
Preferably, the cam plate 4 is embedded with a plurality of slotted wear plates 15 in a sector shape, wherein the rollers 14 are engaged with the roller slots 151 of the slotted wear plates to roll along the roller slots 151.
As further shown in fig. 1 to 4, the guide mechanism is a guide rail slider assembly including a guide rail 6 extending in the radial direction of the cam plate 4 and a slider 7 engaged with the guide rail 6, and by providing the guide rail slider assembly, the moving direction of the tightening shaft, i.e., in the radial direction of the cam plate, is defined.
In the present invention, when the servo mechanism drives the cam plate 4 to rotate, the follower cam 5 located in the cam groove 41 drives the tightening shaft 8 to move in the radial direction, so as to realize a plurality of tightening shaft pitches.
Preferably, the high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism further comprises a latch cylinder 9 fixed on the mounting seat hole 42 of the cam plate and matched with the latch seat for locking the rotational position of the cam plate when the cam plate is rotated to the proper position.
Preferably, the high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism further comprises a position signal detection mechanism 10 for triggering a position signal when the cam disc rotates to the position.
Preferably, the high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism further comprises a base plate 16, wherein the cam plate positioning and supporting mechanism, the servo mechanism and the plurality of sets of guide mechanisms are all mounted on the base plate 16.
The operation principle of the high-precision servo flexible pitch varying mechanism will be explained below.
With combined reference to fig. 1 to 4, the servo motor 1 is mainly used for servo driving, and is connected with a driving gear 2, and drives a toothed sector plate 3 through gear meshing, so as to drive a cam plate 4 to rotate. The cam disc 4 is provided with a cam groove 41, the follow-up cam 5 moves in the groove along with the rotation of the cam disc, the tightening shaft 8 is connected with the follow-up cam 5 through a sliding plate 12, the sliding plate 12 is installed on a sliding block, and due to the limitation of a guide rail 6 and the sliding block 7, a plurality of follow-up cams 5 on the same graduated circle drive the tightening shaft 8 to move only in the radial direction, so that the distance change is realized.
The bolt cylinder 9 and the in-place signal detection mechanism 10 are used for in-place limiting of variable pitch, and the limiting roller 11, the limiting plate 13, the roller 14 and the wear-resistant plate with a groove 15 are mainly used for positioning and supporting the cam disc 4, so that the precision of the variable pitch mechanism is ensured.
The invention can realize multi-axis (3-axis or more) simultaneous distance change through a set of servo mechanism so as to meet the assembly requirements of various products with different reference circles, and has simple and reliable structure. Because only one set of servo mechanism is used, the servo mechanism has the advantages of compact structure, few parts, low manufacturing cost and the like.
The high-precision servo flexible pitch mechanism according to the invention can be used for differential bolt multi-shaft tightening, wherein the plurality of tightening shafts is 3-7 circumferential arrays of tightening shafts, for example 5 tightening shafts.
The high-precision servo flexible pitch-changing mechanism can also be used for changing the pitch of a plurality of pressure heads of the multi-head press-mounting mechanism, and at the moment, only the sliding plate needs to be installed on the pressure head, so that the radial movement of the pressure head can be realized, and the pitch can be changed. Wherein the plurality of indenters is 3-7 circumferential arrays of indenters, such as 5 indenters.

the servo mechanism is used for driving the cam disc to rotate;
the guide mechanisms are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the tightening shafts or the pressing heads and used for providing guide for radial movement of the tightening shafts and the pressing heads; and
a plurality of follow-up cams positioned in the cam grooves of the cam plate, wherein a sliding plate is fixedly connected to the tightening shaft or the pressure head, the follow-up cams are arranged on the sliding plate,
when the servo mechanism drives the cam plate to rotate, the follow-up cam drives the tightening shafts or the pressing heads to move along the radial direction, so that the pitch change of a plurality of tightening shafts or a plurality of pressing heads is realized.
2. A high precision servo flexible pitch mechanism for multi-axial tightening or multi-head press fitting according to claim 1, further comprising a latch cylinder for locking the rotational position of the cam plate when it is rotated into position.

A high precision servo flexible pitch mechanism for multi-axial tightening or multi-head press fitting according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a base plate, wherein the cam disc positioning mechanism, servo mechanism, multi-set guide rail slider mechanism are mounted on the base plate.
