本发明一种水下内切割系统及其切割方法,包含有搁置于桩管(101)顶部开口端上的固定架(1),所述固定架(1)通过牵引索(3)悬挂有吊装于桩管(101)管腔内的托架(2),金刚石绳锯切割机安装于托架(2)上,所述托架(2)上竖向或斜向安装有支架(4),所述支架(4)滑动设置有移动架(5),所述移动架(5)上左右对称安装有一对主动轮(6),所述托架(2)或移动架(5)的两侧安装有引导轮(7),所述金刚石绳锯切割机的锯绳从桩管(101)内壁上的待切割物的下方绕过后缠绕于主动轮(6)和引导轮(7)之间。本发明一种水下内切割系统及其切割方法,其结构简单、操作方便,能够快速的在水下对桩管进行切割。

一种水下内切割系统及其切割方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内切割系统及其切割方法,尤其是涉及一种应用于水下环境中、对桩管内壁上安装的内吊耳等进行切割的切割系统及其切割方法。
背景技术
目前,在海风风电桩基施工过程中,需要采用切割方式对桩管进行切割,常规的热切割或砂轮切割无法在水下顺利进行;为此,有企业研发了如中国专利CN200810202813.3公开的一种“低桩承台水下切割施工方法”,其采用切割链条对水下承台进行切割;但是其仅能对横向设置的待切割物体进行切割,无法对竖向的桩管进行切割;为此,有企业再此基础上研发了如中国专利CN201710969812.0公开的“一种水下立管金刚石绳锯切割机”,其采用金刚石绳锯切割机对水下立管进行切割,但是其整体结构复杂,安装不够方便,且无法对桩管内的内吊耳进行切割;为此,亟需一种结构简单、操作方便的切割系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种水下切割系统及其切割方法,其结构简单、操作方便,能够快速的在水下对桩管进行切割。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种水下内切割系统,所述系统包含有搁置于桩管顶部开口端上的固定架,所述固定架通过牵引索悬挂有吊装于桩管管腔内的托架,金刚石绳锯切割机安装于托架上,所述托架上竖向或斜向安装有支架,所述支架滑动设置有移动架,所述移动架上左右对称安装有一对主动轮,所述托架或移动架的两侧安装有引导轮,所述金刚石绳锯切割机的锯绳从桩管内壁上的待切割物的下方绕过后缠绕于主动轮和引导轮之间。
本发明一种水下内切割系统,所述支架上沿其长度方向设置有齿条,所述移动架上安装有液压马达驱动的齿轮,且齿轮啮合与齿条上;从而驱动移动架沿支架的长度方向移动。
本发明一种水下内切割系统,所述托架的侧壁上旋置有定位螺杆,该定位螺杆抵靠在桩管的内壁上;从而对托架起到固定作用,使得金刚石绳锯切割机工作时能够稳定工作。
一种水下内切割系统的切割方法,将金刚石绳锯切割机安装于托架上,利用吊机起吊固定架,固定架带动安装好金刚石绳锯切割机的托架向下升起并移动至桩管的正方向;吊机缓慢下降固定架,使得托架吊入桩管的管腔内,直至固定架搁置在桩管的顶端;将固定架和托架固定于桩管上,将绳锯缠绕在桩管内壁的待切割物、主动轮和引导轮之间,启动金刚石绳锯切割机开始切割待切割物,并且在切割过程中主动轮随移动架上升保证绳锯与待切割物的紧密接触,直至将待切割物锯断。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过金刚石绳锯切割机对水下桩管进行切割,且整个切割安装机构可方便的吊装于桩管管腔内,极大的简化了整体结构的复杂度,从而大大便于操作者进行使用。

具体实施方式
参见图1~3,本发明涉及的一种水下内切割系统,所述系统包含有搁置于桩管101顶部开口端上的固定架1,所述固定架1通过牵引索3悬挂有吊装于桩管101管腔内的托架2,金刚石绳锯切割机安装于托架2上,所述托架2上竖向或斜向安装有支架4,所述支架4滑动设置有移动架5,所述移动架5上左右对称安装有一对主动轮6,所述托架2或移动架5的两侧安装有引导轮7,所述金刚石绳锯切割机的锯绳从桩管101内壁上的待切割物(如内吊耳)的下方绕过后缠绕于主动轮6和引导轮7之间;
进一步的,所述支架4上沿其长度方向设置有齿条,所述移动架5上安装有液压马达驱动的齿轮,且齿轮啮合与齿条上;从而驱动移动架5沿支架4的长度方向移动;
进一步的,所述托架2的侧壁上旋置有定位螺杆2.1,该定位螺杆2.1抵靠在桩管101的内壁上;从而对托架2起到固定作用,使得金刚石绳锯切割机工作时能够稳定工作;
一种水下内切割方法,将金刚石绳锯切割机安装于托架2上,利用吊机起吊固定架1,固定架1带动安装好金刚石绳锯切割机的托架2向下升起并移动至桩管101的正方向;吊机缓慢下降固定架1,使得托架2吊入桩管101的管腔内,直至固定架1搁置在桩管101的顶端;将固定架1和托架2固定于桩管101上,将绳锯缠绕在桩管101内壁的待切割物、主动轮6和引导轮7之间,启动金刚石绳锯切割机开始切割待切割物,并且在切割过程中主动轮6随移动架5上升保证绳锯与待切割物的紧密接触,直至将待切割物锯断;
具体的讲,所述步骤为:
步骤一、将金刚石绳锯切割机安装在托架2上;
步骤二、将安装有金刚石绳锯切割机的托架2与固定架1之间用牵引索3连接;
步骤三、将安装有金刚石绳锯切割机的托架2吊入桩管101内后,托架2与桩管101固定连接;
步骤四、连接液压油管;
步骤五、潜水员将绳锯安装于桩管101内壁的待切割物、主动轮6和引导轮7之间,并主动轮6的位置,保证绳锯与待切割物紧密接触;
步骤六、启动液压动力站,带动绳锯高速转动,开始切割,绳锯转速控制在20m/s左右;且在切割过程中主动轮6逐渐上移,从而带紧绳锯,确保绳锯切割线上的切割压力;
步骤七、切割过程中绳锯过长或断裂,暂停切割,重新连接安装绳锯;
步骤八、切割完成后起吊移除托架2和固定架1,并移除被切割物(如内吊耳)。

1.一种水下内切割系统,其特征在于:所述系统包含有搁置于桩管(101)顶部开口端上的固定架(1),所述固定架(1)通过牵引索(3)悬挂有吊装于桩管(101)管腔内的托架(2),金刚石绳锯切割机安装于托架(2)上,所述托架(2)上竖向或斜向安装有支架(4),所述支架(4)滑动设置有移动架(5),所述移动架(5)上左右对称安装有一对主动轮(6),所述托架(2)或移动架(5)的两侧安装有引导轮(7),所述金刚石绳锯切割机的锯绳从桩管(101)内壁上的待切割物的下方绕过后缠绕于主动轮(6)和引导轮(7)之间。
2.如权利要求1所述一种水下内切割系统,其特征在于:所述支架(4)上沿其长度方向设置有齿条,所述移动架(5)上安装有液压马达驱动的齿轮,且齿轮啮合与齿条上。
3.如权利要求1所述一种水下内切割系统,其特征在于:所述托架(2)的侧壁上旋置有定位螺杆(2.1),该定位螺杆(2.1)抵靠在桩管(101)的内壁上。
4.如权利要求1所述一种水下内切割系统的切割方法,其特征在于:将金刚石绳锯切割机安装于托架(2)上,利用吊机起吊固定架(1),固定架(1)带动安装好金刚石绳锯切割机的托架(2)向下升起并移动至桩管(101)的正方向;吊机缓慢下降固定架(1),使得托架(2)吊入桩管(101)的管腔内,直至固定架(1)搁置在桩管(101)的顶端;将固定架(1)和托架(2)固定于桩管(101)上,将绳锯缠绕在桩管(101)内壁的待切割物、主动轮(6)和引导轮(7)之间,启动金刚石绳锯切割机开始切割待切割物,并且在切割过程中主动轮(6)随移动架(5)上升保证绳锯与待切割物的紧密接触,直至将待切割物锯断。
