Abstract
本发明公开了一种油膏剂的制备方法，涉及中药制剂技术领域。本发明油膏剂的制备方法主要包括以下几个步骤：取大黄炭、地榆炭、赤石脂、炉甘石、五倍子的粉料混合成药粉备用；将麻油倒入干净铜锅中加热，边加热边缓慢放入黄蜡使其溶解；待油温上升到油烟从黑色变为白色时，白烟从锅中间大量冒出，此时用温度计测量油温在220℃‑240℃，达到滴水成珠，停止加热；趁热向滤液中加入上述所述药粉，边加边搅拌至溶解；待温度降至60℃时，最后加入研碎后的冰片，搅拌均匀后，至自然冷却。本发明制得油膏剂可以治疗各种原因引起的烧伤，效果十分明显，具有清热燥湿、解毒疗疮、收敛生肌等功效，经过临床使用多年反馈，效果较佳。

技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂技术领域，特别是涉及一种油膏剂的制备方法。
背景技术
八号烧伤膏是我院特色中药制剂，是鼓励“西学中”的成果，从1969年就进行烧伤膏的实验研究，经过多次调整，药方终于形成了现在所使用的医院制剂。八号烧伤膏历经50年发展使用，探索变化，没有形成一种固定的成熟的制备方法。
目前，现有技术中制备八号烧伤膏剂时，存在如下问题：1、炼油的温度过高，会导致药粉糊化；油温太低，导致药粉不能产生化学反应；2、添加冰片时间的把握，加早了导致冰片挥发了；加迟了导致冰片融化不了；3、主药和辅料的配比，太稠了不利于涂抹；太稀了药物浓度低，达不到较好的疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种油膏剂的制备方法，制得油膏剂可以治疗各种原因引起的烧伤，效果十分明显，具有清热燥湿、解毒疗疮、收敛生肌等功效。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本发明为一种油膏剂的制备方法，该油膏剂主要由按重量份计5份的主料和16份的辅料配制而成；所述主料包括以下重量份的原料：大黄炭1份、地榆炭1份、赤石脂1份、炉甘石1份、五倍子1份、冰片1/10份；所述辅料包括以下重量份的原料：黄蜡1份、麻油25份；
该油膏剂的制备方法主要包括以下几个步骤：
-取大黄炭、地榆炭、赤石脂、炉甘石、五倍子的粉料混合成药粉备用；
-将麻油倒入干净铜锅中加热，边加热边缓慢放入黄蜡使其溶解；
-待油温上升到油烟从黑色变为白色时，白烟从锅中间大量冒出，此时用温度计测量油温在220℃-240℃，达到滴水成珠，停止加热，并及时转移铜锅；
-将加热后的麻油倒入覆盖有纱布的铝桶中进行过滤，保留铝桶中滤液；
-趁热向滤液中加入所述药粉，边加边搅拌至溶解；
-待温度降至60℃时，最后加入研碎后的冰片，搅拌均匀后，盖上硬纸板至自然冷却，即制得油膏剂成品。
进一步地，所述主料包括：大黄炭0.5kg、地榆炭0.5kg、赤石脂0.5kg、炉甘石0.5kg、五倍子0.5kg、冰片0.05kg；所述辅料包括：黄蜡0.5kg、麻油7.5kg。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
本发明制得油膏剂可以治疗各种原因引起的烧伤，效果十分明显，具有清热燥湿、解毒疗疮、收敛生肌等功效，经过临床使用多年反馈，效果较佳。
当然，实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明为一种油膏剂的制备方法，该油膏剂主要由主料和辅料配制而成；其中，主料包括以下原料：大黄炭0.5kg、地榆炭0.5kg、赤石脂0.5kg、炉甘石0.5kg、五倍子0.5kg、冰片0.05kg；辅料包括以下原料：黄蜡0.5kg、麻油7.5kg；
该油膏剂的制备方法包括以下几个步骤：
-取大黄炭0.5kg、地榆炭0.5kg、赤石脂0.5kg、炉甘石0.5kg、五倍子0.5kg的粉料混合成药粉备用；
-清洗锅灶，将7.5kg麻油倒入干净铜锅中加热，边加热边缓慢放入0.5kg黄蜡使其溶解；
-待油温上升到油烟从黑色变为白色时，白烟从锅中间大量冒出，此时用温度计测量油温在220℃-240℃，达到滴水成珠，停止加热，戴上隔热手套将铜锅及时转移；
-将加热后的麻油倒入覆盖有纱布的铝桶中进行过滤，保留铝桶中滤液；
-趁热向滤液中缓慢加入药粉，边加边搅拌至溶解，可防止药液外溢；
-待温度降至60℃时，最后加入研碎后的冰片0.05kg，搅拌均匀后，盖上硬纸板防止污染，至自然冷却，即制得油膏剂成品，清洗锅灶，打扫卫生。

1.一种油膏剂的制备方法，其特征在于，该油膏剂主要由按重量份计5份的主料和16份的辅料配制而成；所述主料包括以下重量份的原料：生大黄1份、地榆炭1份、赤石脂1份、炉甘石1份、五倍子1份、冰片1/10份；所述辅料包括以下重量份的原料：黄蜡1份、麻油15份；
该油膏剂的制备方法主要包括以下几个步骤：
-取大黄炭、地榆炭、赤石脂、炉甘石、五倍子的粉料混合成药粉备用；
-将麻油倒入干净铜锅中加热，边加热边缓慢放入黄蜡使其溶解；
-待油温上升到油烟从黑色变为白色时，白烟从锅中间大量冒出，此时用温度计测量油温在220℃-240℃，达到滴水成珠，停止加热，并及时转移铜锅；
-将加热后的麻油倒入覆盖有纱布的铝桶中进行过滤，保留铝桶中滤液；
-趁热向滤液中加入所述药粉，边加边搅拌至溶解；
-待温度降至60℃时，最后加入研碎后的冰片，搅拌均匀后，盖上硬纸板至自然冷却，即制得油膏剂成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油膏剂的制备方法，其特征在于，所述主料包括：大黄炭0.5kg、地榆炭0.5kg、赤石脂0.5kg、炉甘石0.5kg、五倍子0.5kg、冰片0.05kg；所述辅料包括：黄蜡0.5kg、麻油7.5kg。
