The front face F refers to the front face of the electric toothbrush, i.e., the face on which the bristle surface of the electric toothbrush is located, and the back face B refers to the back face of the electric toothbrush, i.e., the back face of the bristle surface of the electric toothbrush.
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides an electric toothbrush including a body unit 1, a driving unit 2, a brush head 3, a circuit connection unit 4, an elastic member 5, and a sealing member 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the body unit 1 includes a body 11, a switch knob 12, a bottom cover 13, and a bracket 14. The main body 11 is substantially cylindrical with a cavity formed therein, a mounting opening communicating with the cavity is provided at one end (rear side end) in the longitudinal direction a of the main body 11, and a bottom cover 13 is attached to the rear side of the main body 11 and closes the mounting opening. The switch button 12 may be disposed on the front surface F of the main body 11, and the switch button 12 may be pressed downward to activate the first activation portion 43 mounted in the cavity. The bracket 14 may be fitted into the cavity of the main body 11 from the fitting opening, and the driving unit 2 and the circuit connection unit 4 are fitted to the bracket 14.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the driving unit 2 includes a motor 21 and a fixing member 22. The motor 21 is mounted on the bracket 14 through a fixing piece 22, the fixing piece 22 is connected to the rear side D of the motor 21, the fixing piece 22 abuts against the bracket 14, the contact part forms a fulcrum, and the motor 21 can swing to the front side and the back side around the fulcrum. The shaft part of the front side U of the motor 21 is used for connecting the brush head 3, and the shaft part of the motor 21 extends out of the cavity of the main body 11. The motor 21 can be a vibrating motor, and the brush head 3 can be driven to vibrate by the driving motor 21, so that a better tooth cleaning effect can be obtained.
Be provided with bellied muscle in the cavity of main part 11, the left and right sides of motor 21 cooperates with the muscle and spacing to motor 21, avoids motor 21 to move along left and right directions, left and right directions perpendicular to fore-and-aft direction and just back direction.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the circuit connection unit 4 includes a main board 41, a sub-board 42, a first trigger part 43, a second trigger part 44 and a battery 45, the first trigger part 43 is disposed on the main board 41, the first trigger part 43 is used for controlling the operating state of the motor 21, the second trigger part 44 is disposed on the sub-board 42, and the second trigger part 44 is used for controlling the operating state of the reminder element. The main board 41 is connected to the front surface F of the rack 14, the sub-board 42 is connected to the rear surface B of the rack 14, and the main board 41 and the sub-board 42 are connected by a wire, so that signals can be transmitted between the sub-board 42 and the main board 41. The reminding element may be at least one of a sound element, a light element and a motor 21, and the reminding element may be controlled to emit sound, light and/or differential vibration to remind the user by triggering the second trigger part 44. The differential vibration may be a different frequency or intensity of vibration than that used when motor 21 drives head 3 to clean the teeth. The first trigger part 43 is located below the switch button 12, and the first trigger part 43 can be triggered to be closed or opened by pressing the switch button 12.
The second triggering part 44 may be a tact switch 44a, the tact switch 44a is located on the back B of the motor 21, and the motor 21 swings around the fulcrum to the back B to press and trigger the tact switch 44a to close, so as to control and change the working state of the reminding element.
The battery 45 is connected to the bracket 14, and the battery 45 may be located at a rear side D of the bracket 14 in the length direction a, for example, the battery 45 is located at the rear side D of the motor 21.
The brush head 3 is detachably connected to the front side U of the motor 21, and the brush head 3 can be detached to replace a new brush head 3 after a period of use. The rear end face of the brush head 3 and the front end face of the main body 11 are provided with a gap, for example, a gap of 2 mm, which can provide a space for the motor 21 and the brush head 3 to swing around the fulcrum to the front side and the back side.
The elastic member 5 is disposed between the motor 21 and the main body 11, and the elastic member 5 is made of an elastic material. For example, the elastic member 5 may be ring-shaped, and the elastic member 5 is sleeved on the front end of the motor 21. When the brush head 3 receives an external force toward the back surface B, the motor 21 swings toward the back surface B around the fulcrum, the motor 21 compresses the elastic member 5, and the elastic member 5 can apply an elastic force toward the front surface F of the electric toothbrush to the motor 21. The elastic member 5 allows the motor 21 and the tact switch 44a to have a space therebetween when the brush head 3 is not subjected to an external force.
Further, the tact switch 44a is located between the elastic member 5 and the fulcrum, so that the distance of the tact switch 44a from the fulcrum is smaller than the distance of the elastic member 5 from the fulcrum. When the motor 21 swings toward the back surface B, the compressed stroke of the elastic member 5 is large, and the stroke of the tact switch 44a is small, so that the elastic coefficient of the elastic member 5 can be made small, and the pressure threshold for triggering the tact switch 44a can be easily selected by selecting the elastic members 5 with different elastic coefficients.
It can be understood that the smaller the elastic coefficient of the elastic member 5 is, the less the force of the brush head 3 is applied when the second triggering portion 44 is triggered; the larger the spring constant of the elastic member 5 is, the more the brush head 3 is stressed when the second triggering portion 44 is triggered. For example, the second trigger part 44 is triggered when the brush head 3 is subjected to a pressure of 100 g to 500 g.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the sealing member 6 is located on the front side U of the bracket 14, and the sealing member 6 fills the gap between the shaft portion of the motor 21 and the main body 11, preventing liquid from entering the inside of the main body 11 to damage the circuit connection unit 4, such as the main board 41.
As shown in fig. 7, the motor 21 and the brush head 3 are abstractly simplified into an elongated rod, the abutment of the fixing member 22 and the bracket 14 is regarded as a fulcrum of the elongated rod, the elastic member 5 can be located at any position on the elongated rod, and the second trigger part 44 is located between the elastic member 5 and the fulcrum. The elongate rod and the switch are spaced apart a distance such that the elongate rod does not trigger the second trigger 44 when the brush head 3 is not subjected to pressure towards the rear face B. When the brush head 3 is pressed towards the back side B, the elongate rod pivots about the pivot point, causing the resilient member 5 to compress, the elongate rod being adjacent the second trigger 44. When the pressure on the brush head 3 is large, the deformation of the elastic part 5 exceeds a set value, the slender rod can contact and trigger the second trigger part 44, when the stress on the brush head 3 is reduced or disappears, the elastic part 5 enables the slender rod to restore to the original state, the slender rod is separated from the second trigger part 44, and the second trigger part 44 is enabled to restore to the original state.
Further, the second triggering portion 44 may be a multi-position switch, and when the brush head 3 is subjected to forces of different magnitudes, the second triggering portion 44 is pressed to different positions, so as to feed back different signals, and the reminding unit makes different feedbacks, such as different sound volumes for making reminding sounds.
Second embodiment
The overall structure of the electric toothbrush according to the second embodiment of the present invention is the same as that of the electric toothbrush according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the same or similar components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 8 to 13, the present invention provides an electric toothbrush including a body unit 1, a driving unit 2, a brush head 3, a circuit connection unit 4, an elastic member 5, and a sealing member 6.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the bracket 14 is provided with an elastic sheet 15, for example, one end of the elastic sheet 15 is connected to the bracket 14, and the other end is suspended, the suspended end may be provided with a protrusion 16, the elastic sheet 15 is located on the back side B of the motor 21, and the protrusion 16 protrudes toward the motor 21. When the motor 21 swings around the fulcrum toward the back surface B, the motor 21 presses the projection 16 to deform the elastic piece 15.
The second trigger part 44 includes an elastic piece 15 and a strain gauge 44b, the strain gauge 44b is attached to a deformable region of the elastic piece 15, and the strain gauge 44b is connected to the main board 41 by a wire. When the brush head 3 is pressed to the back, the driving unit 2 swings backwards around the fulcrum, and the motor 21 presses the projection 16 to deform the strain gauge 44b along with the elastic sheet 15. The electrical signal generated by the deformation of the strain gauge 44b can be transmitted to the main board 41, the electrical signal generated by the strain gauge 44b is related to the deformation degree of the strain gauge 44b, a chip connected to the main board 41 can process the signal, and the reminding element is controlled to make different feedbacks according to the different deformation degrees of the strain gauge 44b, for example, the volume of the reminding sound is different.
