In this embodiment, when the brush head 60 is stressed, the connected motor shaft 55 deflects downwards, because the motor frame 52 is coupled to the motor fixing block 321, the motor assembly 50 rotates, the sensor pressure head 53 at the rear end of the vibration motor 51 extrudes the elastic body 54 upwards, when the offset of the sensor pressure head 53 is large enough, the sensor assembly 40 is triggered to generate a signal and transmits the signal to the main control circuit board 20, and an alarm signal is sent or power supply is stopped to the motor assembly 50 until the brush head 60 is not stressed too much any more, so that the risk of damaging the gum can be effectively reduced, and the bad brushing habit of the teeth can be improved by a user.
Referring to fig. 1, another embodiment of the present invention further provides an electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor, wherein the sensor assembly 40 includes a sensor support circuit board 42 and a sensor 41 attached to the sensor support circuit board 42, the sensor support circuit board 42 is mounted on the sensor fixing block 322, the sensor 41 faces downward and is positioned right above the sensor head 53, and the sensor support circuit board 42 is electrically connected to the main control circuit board 20.
In the present embodiment, the sensor support circuit board 42 and the sensor 41 are provided, and the sensor 41 is directly above the sensor head 53, and after the sensor 41 is pressed, a signal is output to the main control circuit board 20 through the sensor support circuit board 42.
Referring to fig. 1, another embodiment of the present invention also provides an electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor, wherein the sensor 41 is a piezoelectric sensor. The piezoelectric sensor can effectively monitor weak vibration signals.
Referring to fig. 1, another embodiment of the present invention further provides an electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor, wherein a waterproof silicone rubber 57 is disposed between the shaft hole and the motor shaft 55, and a top pillar 56 is disposed between the front end of the motor frame 52 and the housing 10.
In this embodiment, the top pillar 56 and the waterproof silicone 57 are combined to achieve the waterproof function, and the waterproof silicone 57 is tightly sleeved on the motor shaft 55 to form a sealing ring surface, so as to prevent moisture from entering the inside of the housing 10 from the shaft hole.
