The sealing film 2s2 at the front end of the combined plastic box 2s has a through hole (the size of the through hole is approximately equal to that of the clamping hole 2s321 of the upper clamping sheet 2s32, not shown, if the head of the clamping cap 2s35 is sharp, the through hole of the sealing film can be omitted), the clamping cap 2s35 and the clamping rod 2s34 respectively pass through the through hole of the sealing film and the clamping hole 2s321 of the upper clamping sheet, and therefore the upper clamping sheet 2s32 and the lower clamping sheet 2s31 are fixed together.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view of a feeding cavity of a pot cover and a feeding device of a combined plastic box adopting a hard rod. The pot cover feeding cavity 2 can be used as a pot cover and is provided with a combined plastic box feeding device, the pot cover feeding cavity 2 also has the functions of a heating cavity/a heating furnace/a steaming pot, and the bottom 3b can be opened or closed according to requirements, and the details are shown in the related patent of the invention.
In FIG. 9, the roll 2g1 has a head 2g09 and a shaft 2g12 with an opening 2g 13. The combined plastic box 2s is placed on the pot cover feeding cavity 2, the cavity 2s1 on the combined plastic box, the sealing film 2s2 and the hard rod 2s3 at the front end of the sealing film are inserted into the groove 2g13, and when the rod body 2g12 rotates, the sealing film 2s2 can be wound on the rod body.
Fig. 10 is a schematic view of a cooking machine including a combined plastic box feeding device, wherein a combined plastic box 2s is positioned at the top of a pot cover feeding cavity 2, a composite winding rod 2g rotates to tear a sealing film on the combined plastic box 2s, so that cooking raw materials in the combined plastic box 2s fall into the pot cover feeding cavity 2 or the pot body 1 from a feeding port 2k at the top of the pot cover feeding cavity 2, and a movable partition plate 3a is opened during feeding. The bottom of the pot cover feeding cavity 2 is provided with a movable partition plate 3b which can be opened and closed. The pot body 1 is provided with a stirrer 6, the stirring shaft 61 of the pot body is in the horizontal direction in the schematic diagram of fig. 10, and the rotating shaft of the stirrer is in the vertical direction in some application occasions. The stirrer may take any form, but specifically includes the stirrer referred to in the patents associated with the present invention.

Moreover, the above technical features are combined with each other to form various embodiments which are not listed above, and all the embodiments are regarded as the scope of the present invention described in the specification; further, modifications and variations will occur to those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing description, and it is intended to cover all such modifications and variations as fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. The patents of the inventor/claimant are related to each other so that the description of the patents is more concise and repetition is avoided.

Claims (14)

1. A feeding device of a cooking machine is characterized by comprising a pot body, a pot cover feeding cavity and a combined plastic box feeding device;
the pot cover feeding cavity can be used as a pot cover, a feeding port is formed in the top of the pot cover feeding cavity and used for feeding materials to the pot cover feeding cavity, a movable partition plate is arranged at the bottom of the feeding cavity and can be opened or closed, so that cooking raw materials can fall from the feeding port and be stored in the feeding cavity, or the cooking raw materials stored in the feeding cavity can fall out of the pot cover feeding cavity into the pot body;
the combined plastic box feeding device comprises: the film tearing device comprises a winding rod, one end of the sealing film, close to the winding rod, is wound on the winding rod, the winding rod is driven by a driving device, and the sealing film is gradually torn off through the rotation of the winding rod;
the pot cover throws the material chamber and is equipped with the winding stem, the combination plastic box is located the pot cover and throws the top in material chamber, there is fluting or trompil on the winding stem, sealing film is close to one of winding stem is served to have hard piece or hard pole, and this hard piece or hard pole can insert in the fluting or the trompil of winding stem, work as the winding stem is rotatory, drives hard piece or hard pole are rotatory, thereby will sealing film on the combination plastic box twines on the winding stem, tears the sealing film on the combination plastic box gradually for cooking raw materials in the combination plastic box throws the material chamber top dog-house from the pot cover and falls into the pot cover and throw the material intracavity or fall into in the pot.
2. The feeding device of claim 1, wherein the feeding port at the top of the feeding cavity of the pot cover is provided with a movable partition plate, and the movable partition plate is opened when feeding is needed.
3. The charging device according to claim 1, wherein the lid charging chamber also functions as a heating chamber/heating furnace/steamer.
4. The feeding device according to claim 1, wherein a clutch or a ratchet is adopted between the winding rod and the driving device, and the clutch is in a connection state or the ratchet is in a stress direction in the film tearing process; and/or, after cooking, the rod can be extracted or retracted from the sealing film wound into a roll, so that the sealing film wound into a roll can be removed from the cooking machine without having to re-spread the wound sealing film.
5. The feeding device according to claim 1, wherein when the winding rod needs to be drawn out or retracted from the sealing film wound into the roll, the winding rod is reversely rotated to loosen the sealing film wound into the roll, and then the winding rod is drawn out.
6. The feeding device according to claim 1, wherein when the winding rod needs to be drawn out from the sealing film wound into a roll, the winding rod is provided with a slot, the slot penetrates through one end of the winding rod, the hard sheet on the sealing film can be inserted into the slot, when the winding rod rotates, the sealing film can be wound on the winding rod, when the winding rod is manually or automatically pulled out after cooking, the sealing film or the hard sheet gradually exits from the slot until the sealing film wound on the winding rod can be taken out.

The feeding device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a rotary latch supported at one end by the feeding device and rotatable about a center of rotation coincident with the winding rod, wherein the rotary latch has a flat latch thereon for insertion into the slot of the winding rod, and the rotary latch and the winding rod together form a composite winding rod.
8. The feeding device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the slotted end of the winding rod has a guide slot with a larger opening for guiding the flat pin of the rotary pin to be inserted into the slot; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the center of the flat bolt is provided with a cylindrical contact pin, the diameter of the cylindrical contact pin is larger than the width of the winding rod slot, the front end of the flat bolt is gradually transited to be in a pointed shape, correspondingly, a hollow cylindrical cavity is arranged in the center of the winding rod slot, and the size of the hollow cylindrical cavity is matched with that of the cylindrical contact pin.
9. A dosing device as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the rotatable latch has a recess in it and the slot has a protrusion in it, the recess matching the protrusion, and/or the winding rod has a protrusion and the dosing device has a recess matching the protrusion.

The feeding device according to claim 1, wherein when the winding rod has an opening, the winding rod is divided into two parts at the opening, and when the winding rod needs to be pulled out from the sealing film wound into a roll, at least one of the two parts can be manually or automatically pulled out until the sealing film wound on the winding rod can be taken out; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the roll rod is divided into two parts at the opening, at least one part is of a telescopic pull rod sleeve structure, and when the roll rod needs to be pulled out of the sealing film wound into a roll, the pull rod sleeve shrinks until the sealing film wound on the roll rod can be taken out.
11. The feeding device of claim 10, wherein the front end of one of the two winding rods is of a concave structure, and the front end of the other winding rod is of a convex structure, and the two winding rods are matched with each other and can drive the other winding rod to rotate.

The feeding device as claimed in claim 1 or 10, wherein when the sealing film is a hard rod structure on one end near the winding rod, the hard rod structure comprises an upper card and a lower card, the upper card has a card hole, the card hole has a certain elasticity to allow an object larger than the card hole to pass through, the hard rod is arranged below the lower card and corresponds to the opening on the winding rod, the upper end of the lower card is connected with a cutting rod, the length of the cutting rod is equivalent to the thickness of the sealing film of the combined plastic box, and the top end of the card rod is connected with a card cap, the size of the card cap is slightly larger than the card hole; the sealing film at the front end of the combined plastic box is provided with a through hole, and the clamping cap and the clamping rod respectively penetrate through the through hole in the sealing film and the clamping hole in the upper clamping piece, so that the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece are fixed together.
13. The feeding device of claim 1, wherein the cartridges on the combined plastic case are separated and have a gap in the middle.
14. The dispensing apparatus of claim 13, wherein the side of the modular plastic case has a graphic code label, the label comprising at least one of the following information: the number of the material box in the combined plastic box, the type of cooking raw materials in the material box, the dish information, the type or weight of the cooking raw materials.
