In conclusion, when the brine tank for marinating food is used, marinating materials are crushed by the crushing motor 6 and the plurality of groups of crushing blades 8, the crushed marinating materials enter the discharging pipe 11 through the discharging hopper 10, then the material separating shaft 13, the driving wheel 14 and the driving rod 15 are driven to rotate by the material separating motor 12, the driving rod 15 drives the rotating disc 17 to intermittently rotate through rotation, so that the material separating disc 18 and the multi-component material pipe 19 intermittently rotate, the multi-component material pipe 19 is communicated with the bottom of the discharging pipe 11 in turn, the crushed marinating materials are uniformly put into the plurality of groups of marinating material gauze bags 20, then a proper amount of clear water is added into the brine tank 1, then the water is heated by the heating device 2, meanwhile, the material separating motor 12 is kept working, the plurality of groups of marinating material gauze bags 20 intermittently rotate in the clear water, and are boiled for a certain time, and finishing the preparation of the brine.

The brine tank for marinating food according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of groups of elastic rings (21), wherein a plurality of groups of fixing grooves are respectively formed in the outer side of the bottom of the multi-group material distributing pipe (19), and the plurality of groups of elastic rings (21) clamp the bag mouths of the plurality of groups of marinating material gauze bags (20) in the plurality of groups of fixing grooves.

The brine tank for marinating food according to claim 1, further comprising a stirring motor (22), a stirring shaft (23) and two sets of stirring blades (24), wherein the stirring motor (22) is installed at the bottom of the brine tank (1), the bottom of the brine tank (1) is communicated with and provided with stirring holes, the bottom end of the stirring shaft (23) passes through the stirring holes and is connected with the output end at the top of the stirring motor (22), and the two sets of stirring blades (24) are respectively fixed at the left side and the right side of the top of the stirring shaft (23).
4. The brine tank for marinating food products in accordance with claim 1, further comprising a timer (25), wherein the timer (25) is mounted on the top of the right side of the brine tank (1).
5. The brine tank for marinating food according to claim 1, wherein the inner side wall of the brine tank (1) is made of ceramic material.
6. The brine tank for marinating food according to claim 1, further comprising four sets of support means respectively installed at the front left side, the front right side, the rear left side and the rear right side of the bottom of the brine tank (1).

The bittern tank for marinating food according to claim 6, wherein each set of said supporting means comprises a leg (26), a supporting threaded rod (27), a supporting threaded pipe (28) and a supporting pad (29), said leg (26) is fixed on the bottom of said bittern tank (1), said supporting threaded rod (27) is fixed on the bottom of said leg (26), said supporting threaded pipe (28) is screwed on the bottom of said supporting threaded rod (27), said supporting pad (29) is connected with the bottom of said supporting threaded pipe (28) in a rotating manner.

The brine tank for marinating food according to claim 6, wherein each group of the supporting devices comprises a supporting rod (30), a damping rod (31), a damping tube (32), a damping spring (33) and a damping plate (34), the supporting rod (30) is fixed at the bottom of the brine tank (1), the damping rod (31) is fixed at the bottom of the supporting rod (30), the inside of the damping tube (32) is slidably connected with the bottom of the damping rod (31), the top of the damping spring (33) is fixed at the bottom of the damping rod (31), the damping spring (33) is located inside the damping tube (32), the damping plate (34) is fixed at the bottom of the damping tube (32), and the bottom end of the damping spring (33) is fixed at the top of the damping plate (34).
